Spencer Marshall provided exceptional services while providing me with all of the information I needed to know my building was in excellent hands. I never knew buying and setting up an appointment to get a new unit, furnace, and thermostat put in would be so easy, but it was! Spencer was patient, and professional. My randomly stopped working on an afternoon contacted these guys and within 2/3 hours there was a tech at my building already doing the diagnostics and repairs. My air conditioner was draining quite a bit of water out of the outside drain. This was my first experience with them and I am impressed with the company and the staff. I spoke to Paulo on the phone and he scheduled to come out that afternoon. He came on time and was professional and courteous. He spent a lot of time checking my air conditioning system and diagnosing the problem. He was patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the project before he left. I will request him whenever I need work in the future because he is AWESOME! I endorse this company and their technician !

John and David were great! They came in a timely manner, were polite about covering their wet shoes and communicated well prior to beginning their work. They followed up with warranty information and advice for prolonging the life of our disposal. Great team!

I had a building supply line crack and flood my entire backyard overnight. Stewarts Plumbing was responsive and were willing to assist with the repair. Unbeknownst to me the supply line was ran through a concrete footing. And of course the pvc was broken inside of this footing. Doc and his helper came and within an hour and little elbow grease had the problem fixed. Doc was knowledgeable and personable. The work was completed in a timely fashion and for a fair price. I would use Stewarts again and they will be my first recommendation to someone in search of a plumber.

Consult meeting with Brendon was great. Was efficient. We will be having our heating system replaced. We didn't feel pushed to make a decision and answered all questions we had. Thank you Brendon! Roman was fantastic. He detailed the workings of our system for us. Showed us how should project and what wasnt working properly. restored the issues he was able to fix and found a crack on my boiler that was a concern. He was able to get us heat and answered question we had. We are so happy to have had Roman come out to repair what he could for us until we can get a new system put it. I suggest this plumbing service! This plumbing work is outstanding! We used them several years ago for a leak in our rental. When we asked questions about the previous repair they had a file on it. Ken was our repairman and he was polite knowledgeable and on time! He called to let us know the issue that we were having and the options that we had to fix it. He let us know which option would be the most money saving.The service department let us know when Ken was on his way and how long he would be there. Ken was polite and helpful to the current tenants of our property and also called us to let us know how much things would cost.This was one of the best plumbing experiences I’ve had and we will continue to use earls plumbing for any plumbing needs in the Redding Chico area!
