The water was backing up in the toilet and tub when we ran the washing machine. I called Plano Plumbing and described the plumbing issue we were experiencing. Jake knew exactly how to resolve the problem. Jake and his team came to my house within the hour as promised and resolved the problem. They ran test to ensure the issue was resolved. They did quality work, was professional and quick. Thank you so much Jake and guys.
My hose bib copper pipe split leaking water in the front of my house and called four different plumbing companies to try and schedule a repair so I could get my water turned back on, all four said it would be Wednesday or Thursday before they could get me on the schedule. I called Plano Plumbing, Jack answered the phone and I explained my situation and he said I'll call you right back, five minutes later he called and said he could have someone there in thirty minutes, and right on time four professionally dressed men showed up and explained the repair, removing the brick, replacing the pipe and new hose bib. From the time I called to completing the job exactly 1 hour! Couldn't believe it! Great Job!!! Thank you Jack and his team getting me taken care of! Thank You Thank You!!!!!!!

Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out to my home and found a leak in the pipes under my home. They were able to fit me in to their schedule to get the leak repaired quickly and save me a lot of money! They were very professional to work with and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Plano Plumbing saved me a lot of money compared to other companies in the area. I had a gas leak and another Atoms Energy Authorized Gas Dealer claimed the whole line needed to be dug up and replaced. Plano Plumbing told me I have plastic lines and there is no need to replace them. It's very refreshing to find an honest company like this and the customer service was outstanding.

I called about a possible leak due to a high water bill. They were very clear about pricing and scheduling. They were able to come out the same day I called. They came the same day I called and did a great job. They did extra work at a fair price. Communicated and acted professionally. They were also friendly and polite. Jack and Mario did the work. Good Job.
Provided accurate time of arrival. Repaired toilet pipe in foundation with limited removal of floor tile. Returned to replace toilet after floor repair was made. Checked pressure in kitchen sink and determined head needed to be replaced. Suggested contacting manufacturer to request replacement. Great work fast and efficient.
We had a main water line break in the front yard. Got several bids and theirs was competitive. Came out same day to bid and returned the next morning in full force and fixed it quickly with minimal landscape disruption. No complaints here!

There was an angel on my shoulder when I was referred to Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. I woke up New Year's Eve Saturday to step into flooded carpeting. I called Jack and he came right out and immediately diagnosed the problem. Since it was a holiday, his team wasn't available until Monday, but he turned off the hot water to avoid additional damage. The flood was the result of broken pipes under my slab. Jack, Mario and his team rerouted the hot water lines through the attic and walls. This avoided digging up the slab and additional expense. Jack took the time to explain every step and he and his team were very professional and really took care to complete the job perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. Even my insurance agent commented what an outstanding job Jack did writing up the estimate for my claim.

Jack was very responsive and he and his team completed the job efficiently (water heater replacement). They worked well as a team and left everything clean and orderly. They did a nice job and we appreciated getting our hot water back up and running so quickly!
I had to call Plano Plumbing twice this week and both days they came out same day. When you call, you talk to the plumber so you know exactly what has to be done. They come when they say they will come, price extremely reasonable and the work is done quickly. Will use again.
Don't be fooled by this business, particularly don't be fooled by the five star rating on this google review, because it is fake or fraudulent.
Here is why.
I called and made a service appointment for detecting a possible leak BOTH inside and outside my house. The plumber/owner very specifically told me that he would detect leaks both inside and outside my house.
When he showed up, he did test my indoor plumping and found no leak. Therefore he reached the conclusion that my sprinkler system was leaking.
BUT he did not indicate WHERE the leak was. He told my wife that he DID NOT detect irrigation system leaks or work on sprinkler systems. However, there is a five star google review with pictures showing exactly that a man was working on the sprinkler system/pvc pipes only 7 months ago.
How can this plumber/owner tell his customer that he/his company has never worked on irrigation systems for the past ten years, whereas a google review gave him 5 star rating doing just that only 7 months ago.
He charged me 175 dollars for half of the leak detection he promised and another 150 dollars to replace a toilet water tank inlet valve. Now I have to hire somebody else to check my sprinkler system to see IF there is a leak.
This company is a sham.

My parents had previously used Plano Plumbing for their water heater and a slab leak and were very satisfied, so when my water heater broke it was a no brainer to call them. Even though they were very busy, because my parents were previous customers he got me in the next day (I called after 6pm so next day would be the absolute best I’d expect from anyone). He had me take pictures of my unit and text them to him so he knew what he was working with and would have the right parts with him when he came. Came, installed and left within an hour. Easy to work with and very pleased with my experience.

They responded immediately when we had to shut our water off and they were able to come out same day and get our water back on. Jack and his crew were great! My hot water heater burst on a Friday going into a holiday weekend. Plano Plumbing came out immediately and installed a new hot water heater. They were efficient and had me up and running with in 2 hours. I will definitely be using them in the future
This company was wonderful. I needed a pipe repaired that was underground. The guys came out the day after I called and had the pipe fixed very quickly. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The broken pipe was an unusual issue, and they went out of their way to make sure it was fixed properly and that there would not be any future problems. They answered all of my questions even though I had a lot. The price was awesome and I will continue to call them for any future leaks or repairs.
Had a water leak in my foundation. Had a few other companies try to do a leak locate and diagnoses with no luck. Jack with Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out and spent almost 2 hours finding the leak. He did a fantastic job. They include a very detailed verbal report. We also had them make the repair our home the next day, the did a reroute of the water line, instead of jackhammering my floor. Should have started with Plano Plumbing & Detection. I highly recommend them.

Called them to check out a potential leak on main feed line to home. They were very prompt in arriving and determined that the house water line was NOT leaking. Suggested I have the irrigation company check their lines, they had already supposedly checked, and reported no leak. Plano Plumbing and Leak detection positively demonstrated no house water leak. They would not even accept payment for their time, highly honest and ethical company. I would highly recommend they to anyone!!!
We had a water leak and called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. Jack, the owner, and Mario were here that day with their equipment and diagnosed and located the slab leak doing a leak locate. Next days later, three great plumbers, Mario and Roman and Jack arrived and fixed the leak in 3 1/2 hours.

Plano Plumbing came out the Monday after Thanksgiving when my regular plumber was too booked. Jack and his team located the leak and did a quick fix to get my restoration company to work. He returned a few days later and did the permanent repair to my satisfaction. Jack communicated well via text and arrived on time. He pulled in the needed resources to get my plumbing fixed. With us everything tends to break down during holidays, but it was no problem for them to fix a broken water line under a tree. All in 4hrs! They where very reliable and fast. Found the leak, when the other 2 plumbers couldn't. So yes they do deserve a 5 star rating, no joke! Right before 4th of July!
Had a great experience. The slab leak was quickly identified and options were presented on how to fix it. Everyone arrived on time with great communication.

Jack and his guys were a true savior!!! I had water coming from under my baseboard in the dining room (luckily was home and caught it in time to shut the water off). Austin and Matthew came the following day and were able to locate the leak in my foundation within an hour. Two days later they came back along with Jack and were able to re-route my water pipes with 4 little holes in the wall (I was thinking that they were going to have to cut sheetrock like crazy). Along the way, they discovered another issue and stayed until the problem was completely taken care of. These guys couldn't be any more professional and are the true definition of experts at what they do. There is no reason to call anybody else if you have any type of plumbing issues!!!!

Plano Plumbing has provided multiple services over the years at our home. This includes water leaks under the slab, sink faucet repairs, garbage disposal repair and replacement, removing gas lines that were not needed and several other items. As far as I'm concerned you could not find a better plumbing company. The service is great for estimates, work done in a timely manner and great people to work with who are very professional and friendly.

Top notch. Got right to it finding the leak and rerouting hot water through the attic rather than under the foundation. Jack and his crew were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank goodness, because our plumbing was a challenge (poorly done when the house was built). They went beyond what one would expect and really did it right! Great locally owned business. My son flushed a toy down our toilet and clogged it. They were prompt and came to my house as they promised- same day. These guys did an excellent job! We had a hot water heater go out and they were at our house within an hour ready to go. They replaced the heater and all the fittings and made it look great. I really appreciate the attention to detail. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. We will be using them again whenever we need a plumber!

Jack and his team was truly amazing. The line from my meter to the house had persistent leaks before I turned to Jack. Everyone was just patching the leaks every other year. Not only did Jack find the leak, but was able to ripped it out entire line like magic and pulled in a new line in one swoop. The best part is, he didn't have to dig trenches in my yard to do it. Simply a hole at the meter and a hole in my flower bed next to the house.
I have since use Jack for other plumbing needs and will continue to use him. Thanks, Jack!!!

Called Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection, came out next day. He marked down the pipe where the leak is happening. The fix is reroute a new pipe on the ceiling and through the wall as he will not jackhammer the foundation. We were hesitant to do it as we would need painters later, prefer to do it from below. Anyway, we are so glad we did below because and he completely missed where the leak is. He labeled a wrong pipe. As you can see, the leak is at the third hole, complete different pipe. If we had him to do the pipe, we would still be having a water leak issue after he repipe the house.
Jack and his team at Plano Plumbing and Leak did a terrific job rerouting a hot leak for us. The reroute saved us from having to jackhammer slab, rip up wood floors, and avoid numerous complicated, extremely expensive repairs. I highly recommend these guys. Responsive, diligent and reasonable.
Honest plumber. The best in the business, I've used him for many, many years and he's never tried to overcharge me and only wants a fair deal for everyone involved.

Jack and his crew were very professional. They detected the leak and came out the next day to repair it. He showed me where the leak was after they opened the wall and explained how they were going to fix it. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. Wow! These guys are great. They came out, used sophisticated equipment to locate a leak under our slab and fixed it in record time without having to bore through our floor with a jackhammer or dig up our entire yard. Plano Plumber was excellent. They were on time and did the service ahead of schedule. It was quick and efficient. They cleaned up and left our place immaculate. But the best thing was their creativity: The leak was under the slab but they came up with a solution to bypass that pipe and not break into the slab. They hosed from the water heater through the walls and hooked up to the correct pipes. I don't know the exact details but it worked... and a lot less expensive. Loren R Johnson.
Avoid this place like the plague ! Jack's got quite a sales pitch going here, but beware: this is a classic ripoff. There is no way that 20 minutes of work is worth $1500 (even if I have a $250 Atmos coupon).
A timed 20 minutes to replace a 4 foot section of gas pipe that hooks up to our gas inlet pipe right after the meter.
He phrases his written estimate as between $500 and $1500 depending on how much pipe we have to replace. Surprise, 4 feet = $1500. Stay away from this guy...

Having a gas leak can be quite nerve racking, but my Plano Plumber put me at ease with his expert knowledge of the problem, how to repair it at a reasonable price, and even waited for Atmos to show up to turn on my water heater. I will never use anyone else!

Jack and his team came out to diagnose a house I was looking to purchase and found that the entire system was essentially failing. They worked with the sellers to resolve a solution and were able to effectively replace all of the existing cast iron plumbing with new schedule 40 PVC.
The plumbing has actually been working so well, that it has caused the city main to clog from the great flow! Jack not only has offered to come and run a camera for free, but also said he will deal with the City directly to get the problem fixed at my new home.
Service thus far has been immaculate, and I will post an update as soon as the outcome of the City negotiating takes place! Thanks again Jack.

Plano Plumbing/Leak Detection responded promptly two days ago when we discovered our water and gas bills shot up recently indicating a slab leak under the house. Mario, the tech sent on our job, quickly located the hot water line leak under the slab in our garage.
We decided to go with Plano Plumbing and the plumbing reroute option because who needs the noise and mess and repouring of
concrete after drilling into the slab to find and repair the leak? Mario and crew just left after rerouting the line through our attic to the water outlets in the back of the house. I sent in a request for a leak detection online. Jack reached out very promptly afterwards and we were able to set up an appointment. Mario came out very quickly and located the leak. He explained different options and pros and cons for each. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to get with my insurance company to see what they would cover and would let them know what I decide. Jack helped me communicate with my insurance to make this process very smooth and easy. After, Jack was able to schedule me in quickly for the repiping. On the day of the repiping, everything was great. Jack and his team did a tremendous job keeping me updated with the progress. After the job was done, they did an amazing job cleaning up. I thought there were going to be holes in the walls and my responsibility to hire someone to redo the drywall. Nope! They screwed back in the drywall which would make it easy for me to patch up. The flooring was clear of debris and trash. I was very impressed.
In all honesty, I hired a plumbing company right before I hired Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection for the leak detection. They were slow, unresponsive and barely communicated with me. This led me to Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and they will be my go-to place for all my plumbing needs. Thanks!
On a Tuesday evening I heard a hissing noise in my wall near the floor. A few hours later we started to notice water seeping onto the floor. The dreaded water leak under the foundation. I shut the water off at the main valve and called Plano Plumbing early the next morning. They had another job that morning but got to me by noon and began to search for the leak with their special leak detection tools. The owner of the company and his crew seemed very experienced and knew exactly what to do. It was obvious they had many years of experience doing this type of work. I was also impressed on how their equipment could locate the leak, trace the entire pipe section under the slab and then know where the pipe is actually leaking below the slab. In a couple of hours they had rerouted the new pipe, above ground, through the walls and had the problem fixed. I prefered them rerouting the entire pipe section versus jackhammering the slab and replacing only a small section of pipe. If you do the repair under the slab you leave an big section of otherwise bad pipe that may soon begin to leak again. I couldn't sleep very well knowing there was a new patch in an old string of pipe that could spring a leak at anytime. Rerouting the entire section makes more sense in the long run and is also less expensive. Will not hesitate to call Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection in the future.

Great guys . I had a major leak outside. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Within a few hours, I had running water. They were very professional and kept me informed the whole time. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services

We have had water leak in one of the water lines in our master restroom for several months. Two other plumbing companies came to check but could not find the leak location. Mario and Gerold came to our house on Monday and detected the leak within 30 minutes. Two days later they fixed the problem in few hours. They explained clearly what they will do and did minimum damage to the room/floor. Their repair charges is very reasonable as well. Very strongly recommend their services!

I have used Plano Plumbing several times now for my house in Plano and there really isn’t anything bad I can say. Jack and Mario and the team have always been quick to answer my calls, questions and concerns. They come out to my house within 24hours of calling them, they are honest and upfront about pricing (right? Who would have thought there was an honest plumber out there haha) and they show and explain everything to me and give several updates throughout the process as they fix the problem. I highly recommend the professional services of Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. I contacted Jack from Plano Plumbing on a Saturday and described my issue. Jack was able to diagnose the problem over the phone which was a slab leak. He then arranged to have a crew report to my residence on Monday. The crew arrived and I worked directly with Mario. Mario was very professional and took the time to explain the repair process. His team conducted a thorough leak detection test to identify the leak which was a busted hot water line. He then explained how they would conduct the repair which involved a reroute. In all the services provided by this company was exemplary. I had a water leak at my home in Plano recently. So I figured I would call a plumber and they would fix the problem for me. After the plumber investigated, I was told I had a leak under my foundation. I figured OK what do we do next? To my surprise, I was told I need a slab leak specialist that can detect the leak and then come up with a repair plan. So after talking to the plumber and getting more information, I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. They seemed very knowledgeable and confident in their diagnosis and were pretty quick to identify the problem. They came out the next morning and repaired my leak. If you are unlucky enough to have this problem, I would call these guys to fix a slab leak.

The guys from Plano Plumbing were able to make it out to unclog our AC drain the same day we called. They came in and had the job done quickly. Nice guys and give us pointers on what to do to help prevent that drain from clogging. This is the second time we use Plano Plummers and highly recommend them.

We had a hot spot on our tile floor in the kitchen. I called a Leak detection company and it was determined we had a water leak slab leak under the house. Scheduled them to come out the next day to make the repair and thankfully they did a reroute of the pipe and didn't have to jack hammer up our tile floor. Great job and highly recommended.

Surprisingly curt and rude. I called asking about a possible collapsed cast iron sewer line, and the person answering said “I don’t do any sewer repair” and hung up, even though the website has a whole section devoted to it.
Really awesome job! I called them on a Saturday and they came within an hour to my house. I had a clog in my kitchen sink and they cleared it up really quickly. They even put a camera down there so they could show me what was going on and what the potential problems were/could be. Jack and Mario came to our house this morning to inspect for a possible slab leak. They identified the probable source but stated that it would require jack hammering for repair, which is outside of their area of expertise. They did not charge us for the visit.
Although we are disappointed that they could not complete the repairs, we are very happy with their level of honesty and integrity.
Very prompt same day service. I had a busted outlet pipe from my water heater that they fixed in less than 30 minutes! The technician and his associates very prompt, knowledgeable proficient and professional. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Jack and Mario.

How do you know a trustworthy business? When they evaluate your problem for NO CHARGE if they cannot fix it. I called with my problem, they arrived on time, looked at the problem and said I needed heavier duty equipment than they had, and gave me a recommendation. All for NO CHARGE. I’m not surprised they have so many good reviews. I recommend highly.

Called today about a leak, and the person I had on the phone was rude. He said they don’t do work in Farmers Branch, but it’s listed on their website as a city they do service, and my house is 20 minutes from their office. I guess they’re too busy to give a new customer the time of day.

Called for information and instantly the man was very rude interrupted me and said they didn't have anything until next week and I wasn't calling to book just to get some information. Not very good customer service.
Jack and his crew were working a house in my neighborhood this morning, and I just happened to catch him on the phone as he drove by my house...
Had a laundry room pipe burst, and Jack was kind and generous enough to add our house to his routes as he finished at my neighbor's home. Him and his crew were in and out of our house in about half an hour - got our water turned back on and ensured there were no further leaks.
Every time we've used these company, they're honest, affordable, and get the job done without hassle. Can't recommend highly enough.

Suspected hot water slab leak and called Plano Plumbing. Can't say enough about Jack, Mario and the crew. Neat, professional and thoroughly explained the process to re-route leaking hot water pipe versus jackhammer the the slab to repair. Jack was upfront with potential repiar cost. Other plumbers would not give general quote without coming out first.
I usually don't write reviews but I believe Jack and Mario at Plano Plumbing derserve a thumbs up for their service.

Outstanding Job. I had water coming up from the floor, I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and the promptly sent out their locate team. They determined my leak was under the kitchen floor and suggested a re route would be the best repair. They came back next day around 8 a.m. with 2 crews and had the repair done by 2 pm and cleaned up and left my house clean. Great job and I highly recommend them and their professional job.
We had a slab leak on Friday night, our first house and we didn't know what to make out of the water leaking from the foundation. We had the city switch the water line to our house for the night. I called Plano Plumbing on Saturday morning and Jack was at our house in 30 mins to do the leak detection. He came as a savior when needed and as an experienced leak detector, found the type of leak and provided suggestions on what will be needed. He offered us an estimate but also asked us to check around to compare. We were lucky that he had a slot available for Monday morning and we blocked that to fix our problem.
The crew was at our house right at the time and setting up everything required. Jack suggested rerouting the hot water line, which was leaking, through the attic and walls. They were spot on with their work, rechecked the leak, verified that there are no other leaks, fixed the leak by rerouting the hot water line in few hours and voila, we finally had water to our house within 2 days.
We are grateful for the excellent service and knowledge of the Plano Plumbing. Thanks Jack & Mario.
Recently I have noticed a hot water leak under the slab, and I submitted an online request to Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection based upon my research on local plumbers. Jack responded the next day as well as contacted me in the morning for scheduling an inspection. The initial detection and water leak repair estimate went well and quick. His crew came out after two days and the leak is fixed in the morning (reroute). I was quite impressed by Jack's knowledge, thoughtfulness, and effectiveness. There is no doubt that his expertise is what matters the most, and I am happy that there is no more water leak.

Plano Plumbing is a wonderful company! I called and within and hour two plumbers arrived at my home. They quickly found the leak and were to remediate where the issue was. They kept their workspace very clean and were great to work with. They also helped write an assessment for our insurance. Very affordable too! I highly recommend this company they are great to work with! I will call them again if I need a plumber!

Shop around!
Water heater caused low pressure, so they sent someone out to diagnose it by simply looking at my water heater. Zero troubleshooting and then it's $1900 to replace the unit but I don't guarantee it will resolve the issue. Happily paid the visit cost and called the next number in Google search. $1200 for same exact part and labor from another local company. Also, this company is masquerading under multiple listings on Google, so beware and report the listing.
I recently had a water leak which Plano Plumbing quickly identified and located. The next day they efficiently repaired the leak and had my water running with no problems. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and impressed by their knowledge and the care in which they addressed my water leak problem.
I had a slab leak this week and when I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection, Jack answered the phone to hear about our situation. He still managed to squeeze our consultation/visitation into his busy schedule to identify and inform us of the cause of the leak and how it can be fixed. Jack returned calls if they were missed to ensure everything was okay.
When I made an appointment for the repair and rerouting of the pipes, Jack and his crew came right on time and got to work. They cleaned as they performed their work and didn't leave a mess when they left! Jack had always patiently listened and answered my questions until I understood, even when I asked the same questions multiple times.

We were able to get an appointment the next day. Jack showed up right on time, did the work quickly, and did it well.
I had a water leak at the commode valve. I called Jack and they came out within 20 minutes. These guys were great! Did the work and were out of here in less than 30 minutes. Fair prices too!
