Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Terry is always great to respond right away and get us help. He was able to get help the same day, very professional.
An Atmos plumber came into the house to check all appliances after repairing a gas leak. He said that our water heater was leaking and he would not reconnect it. I called Terry and told him what Atmos said-that we probably needed a replacement due to the leak and age of the unit. Terry responded promptly. His quick diagnosis determined that the problem was condensation and not a leak. He hooked up the unit immediately. Works fine.
Terry is the epitome of integrity. He will be my go to person for any plumbing problems.

Excellent service! The work was done the same day I called. The plumber, Tony, arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, having texted he was en route. He started by putting down a pad to protect the flooring, then checked to see if the water heater just needed repair instead of replacement. The new WH and any other supplies needed were delivered, so no time was wasted. I will definitely use IC Plumbing in future and highly recommend them.
Couldn’t have had better service from these guys, fix my problem completely haven’t had an issue. Things are working great. They were able to pick up the pieces from another Services work and complete the job perfectly. Very professional very fast and efficient. Absolutely recommend going with them. Thanks Issac!

I had a kitchen faucet leaking and didn't catch it in time before water damage had affected the bottom of my cabinet. Jamie for IC-Plumbing was on time , quick and professional ! I feel he went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family 😁

This crew was outstanding! We installed a new kitchen and IC handled the whole process. Tim was very proactive with me, offering updates and answering questions as we waited on other contractors to do their part (countertops, electrical, etc). They handled all aspects of the plumbing and they did it fast and thoroughly. Great quality and character in this one!

IC Plumbing has been the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Terry Stokes and his team were professional and extremely competent. They found a leak in a water line and capped off the leak and rerouted the water line. Not only were they prompt and courteous, their work was perfect. I was notified when the plumber was en route and they were able to explain the problem and the repair process. IC Plumbing referred a water restoration company who has the same level of customer service and competency. I could not have been more pleased and grateful. I will refer all my friends and associates to IC Plumbing.
