Jared quickly identified where my leak was coming from even pointing out that although the water was coming up in one area the pipe should not be there and it wasn't. The water just traveled the path of least resistance and ended up coming to the surface a couple feet away from where the leak was. Very happy with the service provided.

In short, another plumber had been out to my house and claimed that my blockage was mud due to a pipe collapsing under my home. I was applying for a line of credit / personal loan in excess of $10,000 and called OBryans for a second bid. They were at my house within an hour and began working. After 3 hours of hard work, Vance and Bobby broke through the blockage which was actually grease, not mud. They ran a camera down the pipes and were able to show that the pipe had not collapsed and my issues were resolved. Despite the 3+ hours of work, my bill was a fraction of what the first company's bill was for less than an hour's worth of work.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They work hard for their positive reviews and are truly good people. I have given their information to 3 separate people already who I told this story to as they all plan on using OBryans and even added them to their phone contacts to be sure they remembered.

Like having someone work on your car, you need someone who you can trust when it comes to plumbing. OBryans saved me over $10,000 over a scam from another company and I am so grateful.

OBryan saved the day. After a slow draining toilet caused trouble for a few days, we woke up to water coming from underneath. OBryan had someone out within an hour, and they got to work quickly finding the mortar in our pipe. Hot Water slab leak.
Chance came out and suggested an up and over reroute was the best long term solution to my problem.
Bobbie and Tanner arrived promptly at 8:00am, started work immediately. Two of the most down to earth guys you'll ever meet.
Chance dropped by to see how things where going. He must have picked the short straw that day because Chance was the one who had to handle the Attic part.
Man it was Hot up there, Bobby and Tanner enjoyed 70 degree AC all day so the heat didn't seem to bother them.
Excellent Company, Great Team Members working together.
Would hire this company in a heart beat should I need any plumbing service in the future.

I used O'Bryan to replace an underground gas line the went to our outdoor BBQ. They came out, dug a huge trench, replaced the line, pressure tested it, got t w city permit, scheduled the inspector and once it was inspected, they filled in the trench. Well worth the price.

The techs called to see if it was ok to come 20 minutes early. They were courteous and professional and followed safety guidelines with masks. I can’t say enough good things about O’Bryan Plumbing Services. I learned that I had water in my gas line and had to have Atmos turn my gas off. I called and they were able to send someone out quickly, even though they were booked up. They came out, verified that the line did have water in it and took the time to explain everything. They were extremely nice and professional. It turned out that my entire gas line from the the meter to the house had to be replaced (cast iron pipe had several holes and was corroding). The estimate provided was very close to the final bill. The crew that performed the work at the house did a great job, took great care when working in the yard and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. You can’t go wrong using O’Bryan Plumbing Services. They’ve become my go-to for future plumbing service needs!

If possible I would have given more stars. We had a leak and was not sure where it was leaking. When we reached out to O’Bryan plumbing services they sent us Ryan for diagnosis. He was able to find the leak quickly and gave us an exceptional quote that we couldn’t turn down. On the day of out job Ryan was accompanied by Jared and both of them are excellent with exceptional knowledge. They explained the issue and they completed work in a day. They found an alternative solution and with this estimate we lowered cost comparable to the quote given. We are really grateful for having them. Even Amber scheduled our appointment very quickly when I told her we have no water supply and she was able to accommodate us with Ryan even when he was not available. Needed a plumber quickly to fix the flow of hot water in the kitchen sink. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and accommodating. When the technician came by, they did an amazing job of trying to fix the issue but also explaining what the issue is so we could understand. This company was awesome in every way. When I called to ask for an appointment the person who answered the phone was so friendly and explained the process and I quickly booked an appointment. I received a text reminder the day before my appointment and another text with a picture of my technician as he was travelling to my home. As with all plumbing it's never cheap, but I certainly felt I got value for money. Dalton explained what he recommended and quoted me a price. Amazing from start to finish. The miracle workers at O'Bryan Plumbing rapidly located the holy grail of specialty sized propane water heaters. Everyone else said they would have to special order.
I work in construction and knew the difficulty level required a 33rd degree master wizard in plumbing. These guys made it look elementary. Vance and Evert cut, reconfigured, and soldered every joint tactically with surgical precision. They finished in impressive time.
Bottom line is they set bar for all plumbing companies. The attitude of everyone I dealt with made me want to work there. This is the first time in years I've been compelled review a company.

I could and would have given O'Bryan Plumbing five stars but for Kile. HIs lack of honesty kept this from happening. Kile came on a service call to unstop a sewer drain. While he did accomplish this, while doing so', he broke the rooter linkage. When he removed the linkage from my clean-out access, I noticed that the bit was missing. I didn't say anything at the time thinking he may not have used a bit on the unit. The toilet flushed and the drain seemed clear.
Later, I had to call O'Bryan Plumbing back with what seemed to be the same problem. The sewer was plugged again. I paid full price for the service. That's my problem.
Upon returning Ryan found the problem with the broken bit. And the additional problem with the sewer line being broken. He quoted me what I consider a fair price and facilitated the rather extensive repair. His work and professionalism is well deserving of five stars and more.
I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber with one exclusion. Guess what that is.

O'Bryan Plumbing Services repaired my washing machine drain line that was backing up onto the floor. The job involved replacing the p-trap and part of the drain line and installing a clean out for the future. They were very professional and got the job done right the first time in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

The folks did a good job. The only thing i was kinda of surprised by was the price. Quoted 2600 , reduced to 2300 in the end and no foundation work was done at all. Three square hols cut in was wall and that was it for that amount of money seemed over priced.

On Sunday our toilet started to back up and simultaneously our shower drain as well.

I was able to call O'Bryan on Monday later morning and they had next day availability and said they would let me know if something became available later that day (which didn't happen but good to know they offered and tried to accommodate)

Reece and his partner arrived ahead of our scheduled time (with notice provided) and diligently and respectfully listened and investigated the situation. They thoroughly looked around the house for the least invasive entry points and started to work. After a few tries they were able to diagnose and remove the blockage on our line! Everything was looking great and I thought we were near the end but during the last round of checks the toilet started to overflow again.

So Reece and his partner went back to work; and started inspecting the toilet, reran their auger, even took the toilet apart to check the seal, and discovered a small tag had somehow choked off the toilet during the initial checks!

After about two hours of work they were able to fix everything and left our place in pristine order. If Reece is an indication of O'Bryan's character I'd hire them over and over.

I called them out for service on my sump pump today and the tech who came out was able to figure out what was wrong in minutes. Since it was something as easy as loosening a wire for me he said he didn’t feel right charging me. I could not recommend this company enough... After my experience today, O'Bryan Plumbing Services will be my go-to plumber from now on.

I had a leak I thought was in the bathroom wall. A different plumbing company, who was dispatched by my homeowner warranty, came out twice to assess. made no repairs and ultimately told me I needed to re-pipe my entire house. I called O'Bryan Plumbing Services for an assessment & 2nd opinion/estimate. Reece came out the same day I called, checked the leak under the house and determined it was a broken connection. He provided an estimate and the guys set to work repairing it. They determined there were no additional leaks. And they did a really great job of cleaning up behind themselves, because it was pretty muddy under there. I am THRILLED with the responsiveness, the service and the price from O'Bryan Plumbing Services. And I can't say enough good things about Reece and his assistant! .

As luck would have it, I discovered a pretty significant natural gas leak in my backyard 2 weeks ago in the early morning when temps were getting down into the 30's at night . After Atmos Energy's emergency team turned my gas off, I quickly contacted O'Bryan Plumbing to fix the leak since it was under my grass and Atmos couldn't diagnose where it was coming from. Jeromey and his team were quick to be on site at 9am, diagnose the issue, walked me through pricing before they started the work (extremely fair by the way) and got to work right away.

All of this was happened when I had a critically important flight to catch that night out of DFW, and I was not going to leave Dallas with pets inside my home and no heat running. Within a few hours, Jeromey had my line fixed and even coordinated to have the city of Dallas Inspector sign off on his work by the early afternoon. By 5:30pm Atmos were able to turn my gas back on, and after a hell of a day, the issue was fixed and I was able to barely make my flight.

None of this would have been able to happen without Jeromey and the O'Bryan Plumbing team. I could not be more thankful for their ability to coordinate everything so quickly and provide high quality work. I will only ever use them moving forward and could not recommend them enough!

Had them install a toilet for me. They ended up keeping a poorly installed flange where I would have preferred they do a new one, but it's more than likely good enough. They weren't very accommodating on schedule, and ended up showing up much earlier than the window they gave me, but luckily it worked out.

Jared and his assistant Brian arrived on time, professional, and went right to work. They were able to escalate our issue quickly as this will be a larger repair. There will be an addendum as this was the first of what may be a few visits. The office staff, specifically Kaitlyn(spelling?) was able to guide us and get our problems addressed quickly. This experience was greatly needed and appreciated. ..... Follow up: On their second visit, the same gentlemen performed exactly what was quoted for the quoted price. Work done well, on time, and we are pleased.

I am extremely happy With O'Bryan Plumbing. They fixed a water heater problem, which strangely was too much hot water, that we had been experiencing for years. We had at least 6 other plumbing firms out during and after water heater replacements, and nobody could figure out the problem between the 2 hot water heaters and a recirculating pump. Between Ryan, Dylan and Tanner, they brainstormed and figured it out, when no one else could. Had a small issue after completion with a water hammer noise, but they were very responsive to come out and fix that immediately. All were very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Very very happy with the company and the work, so highly recommend them.

Trying to sell our home, the buyers had a plumber inspect and say that we had a sewer leak. You guys came out, did the test correctly, and discovered no leak. The buyers then had a different plumber out, said there was a leak, then were hired to come back and find the leak. I don't know what they actually did, but this last time, they said there was NO leak....just like O'Bryan did the first time!! Your staff texted me a video showing the work and what they found in real time. Thank you for your integrity and quality of work! I highly recommend O'Byan Plumbing!
