I have been patient with ARS for as long as I have had two of my Units replaced through ARS. One year and a couple months after one of my two units were replaced the compressor went bad. Since the warranty had expired after a year and a couple months they told me that I was going to have to pay for another one. I took the issue to higher level management and they came out to evaluate and discovered that there was a problem with the initial install and ended up replacing the whole system. But not until I had to take the issue as far as I had to go. After one of my service checks, I ended up getting an air cleaner for $2,000.00. The following year I was informed that I would have to replace the filter that cost a $100.00 every year which was not told to me upon the installation. I paid cash for the filter and for four months after that I kept getting billed for the filter and threatened to be turned over to collections. After the first notice I sent them a copy of the receipt where I paid in cash but still continued to get the letter in which I had to follow up on to ensure that it would not go to collections and affect my credit rating. This went on for four months. Then a service tech came out to provide the twice a year check and failed to diagnose a bad thermostat which required me to have them return and install another one. About a year and a half later to this date, my unit wasn't working. A tech came out a diagnosed a bad control unit which was going to cost me about $640.00. They told me they would order me a control panel and let me know when they would come out to replace it. Three weeks later I still had not heard from them. So, I called the assistant manager who would look into the problem. I called the assistant manager the following day to get more specifics on time frames and assurances. She never called me back. So I made two attempts to contact the manager who never returned my phone call. By the end of the week, I got a call from someone saying that my control panel came in. Because of the house not having the air conditioning with the weather getting warmer, we made plans of going away for the memorial day weekend. The weekend before, my fiance and I got married and dealt with the inconvenience of having to prepare for our wedding in a house that was unreasonably warm. The Tech came out on the Tuesday following memorial day. Come to find out, it was not the control panel! It was faulty wiring in the thermostat that we had replaced a year and a half prior! This whole issue could have been fixed five weeks ago! The bill for them to fix a faulty wire in a thermostat that is a year and a half old? $448.00!!! I had a major issue with this. The Tech called the company and came down half of that cost to $224.00.... In light of the total inconvenience of what we have been through for the past five weeks under a misdiagnosed problem, It was still extremely difficult for me to pay that much for nothing more than a FAULTY WIRE! The Tech made another phone call about applying the $99.00 service charge from the initial visit going back to 4/28/2021. So, I ended up paying $125.00. In light of what I would consider substandard customer service throughout the several years I have been with them, today was the defining moment for me. I have been a loyal, faithful and gracious customer. But, this whole ordeal that we just went though was a defining moment!! I attempted to call the assistant manager to let her know that I was writing a review to give her a chance to respond and possibly reconcile for a bad situation but have not heard back. On the home page it said, 100% satisfaction with our Exceptional service guarantee. I really don't know what that means with this company! Well, the assistant manager has not called me back to talk about this ordeal that we have been through for the past five weeks and.... beyond, so I am hitting the send button. Hope your service is better than what I have been through!

I highly recommend Grassland Plumbing. We had an urgent need, with an old, worn out cast iron sewer pipe. Josh responded promptly and corrected the problem quickly and thoroughly. A pleasure to work with.

Had an appointment scheduled today between 3-5pm. Got a call before 4pm saying they were running a behind and wouldn't be there until just after 5pm. Told them that was fine. 5:45pm rolls around and I hadn't received my call that they were on their way yet. Called Hiller and cancelled the appointment since we had dinner plans, which is why we booked the appointment between 3 and 5pm. Now our water heater will be out all weekend, but I certainly won't be using Hiller to fix it.

I had a drain that would not drain and tried to fix it myself. I couldn't make it work so I called around and No Problem Plumbing was able to make it out that day. Their representative Jason was quick to start looking and when he found the problem he showed me under the house exactly what he was going to do. The project needed some parts so he came back the next day and completed the work. They were upfront with pricing and quick to get the work done! Thank you, will definitely use No Problem Plumbing in the future and recommend to family and friends in Nashville who need a plumber.

I have a Cinch home warranty and they keep assigning this business to resolve my claim. This business has never contacted me, and when I call, their number is disconnected. They tell Cinch that they've made the appointment and take Cinch's money, but never actually do any of the work. SCAM.
