Past few years at the start of the season we had to call out an HVAC company to fill our unit with freon we been using the same company each time they came out they would strongly recommend replacing the whole system for 10k-15k. We were not able to offed this so we usually went with the $700 charge to fill the unit with the freon. We decided to get another opinion last year (2018) and called 3G Heating & Cooling. They came out same day and did an assessment on our unit. They found a bad connection with the pipe that was causing a slow leak and the freon to need replacement every year. They fixed the leak and filled the unit. I wasn't convinced so I waited till this season to write a review. Guess what? That's right powered up this year and system is working beautifully.
You guys are amazing and HONEST!!!! could have ripped me off like the other company but when asked why he didn't. He answered without hesitation That is not how we do business Don't worry i reported the other company to BBB and everywhere else that would listen

Excellent experience service very satisfied

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Hired them to do a complete plumbing job including adding a bathroom. They never finished the job. I have leaks in all 3 bathrooms! Called and no one ever came back out nor returned the call. Had to hire someone else to finish their work. Plus the plumber smoked inside my house and left ashes on the floor!

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

This was a confusing arrangement (at least, to me). I agreed initially to the $249.00 guaranteed repair. The vendor assigned my repair came back to me with an estimate TWICE the CANDU price, which put the SCREECH on the project causing a delay on the repair of my stove. CANDU and their vendor came to an agreement/understanding and the repair was completed for the originally quoted price to me. Overall, it was a stressful and anxiety filled experience but I am VERY HAPPY about the outcome, repair and price.
