Bill Smith Plumbing installed a pot filler, utility sink, and an air switch for my disposal, which helped make my home just like I wanted. Thoroughly cleaned up after these projects. Reasonably priced!!

Over the years we have had a hard time finding a great plumber. Today, Bill arrived on time, found and fixed our water problem. I now have a go to company that I can rely on in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Bill has come to repair small sections of leaky pipes on two occasions. He is nice, seems fair with assessments and took care of the immediate issue on those days. That said, I do not recommend him for a large job as he has pushed back our appointments more than once at the last minute to have the pipes replaced in our home. It is understandable that things come up in a small business, but when customers are having to schedule PTO multiple times it comes across as unprofessional and leaves much to be desired; Particularly when the appointment is cancelled at 09:30 pm the night before scheduled service.

Look no further if you need an honest, reliable, plumber who shows up on time and does great work. Bill is incredibly kind and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!
