Our residential remodel contractor hired this company to work on our project. These plumbers were terrible. One spent most of the time talking on the phone or complaining to us about our project details and his workload. He forgot to seal a stack that carries raw sewage through our garage. The second professional on our job told us the fixtures we picked out would not work with the counter top, so we had to show him the product instructions explaining exactly how this could be done. The second plumber also failed to seal a sink faucet, creating a leak into our cabinets and requiring yet another visit to correct the mistake. I would not use E-Z Plumbing again.

Scott and ez plumbing are hands down the most helpful and honest contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I use them for both my commercial properties and home!

I had to use EZ Plumbing several times because they were the only plumber that worked with American Home Shield home warranty. Almost every time they refused to do more than basic troubleshooting and would tell me I had to do lots of troubleshooting myself first and pin point the problem.
We had a water heater that the thermostat wasn't working right. We told them that but they did a bucket test and said it had enough buckets of hot water. Then they kept talking about the Moan cartridges possibly having issues. Finally they asked me to do three full draw down bucket tests and record the temperatures. When the draw down at the highest setting was the temperature it should be at the lowest setting they finally believed me that the thermostat was messed up. When they first came it was already at the highest setting so they could have figured this out easily.
Another time we had a mystery leak from a bathtub. They came once and identified that it might be coming from around the shower faucet handle and caulked that. I called them back when we found it had leaked again. However they said they couldn't do anything until we could reproduce on demand or identify the source. Funny, that's what I thought a plumber was for. We finally found out that it was leaking from the bottom of the drain. Her could have easily found this because there was a massive hole but in the wall for troubleshooting in the back of the tub.
Good news, now I've learned a lot about troubleshooting plumbing. However, the reason I call a plumber is to get something fixed which these guys generally made far too difficult.
I also had to listen to Scott complain about how awful AHS is too many times.

Came out right away the next day to care of the issue and a couple more simpler things. Respectful, educational and fast. He explain what he repaired and answered a few more questions we had. I highly recommend them.

We needed a repair done for a plumbing leak... my husband popped in to inquire on their availability and they were onsite within an hour! Very professional, at reasonable rates and a job well done. Would highly recommend!!

Called for service and was hung up on... First time ever, GOOD JOB!

We have used E-Z Plumbing for various plumbing projects over the past 6 years, most recently for a triple bathroom remodeling project. They have always done a fantastic job at a reasonable price, and personally I would recommend them without hesitation.

In the past two years I've had 2 plumbing emergencies. Desperate to get help, I've called all plumbers in the Verona area to see who can get out first. In both cases, EZ Plumbing not only answered quickly (not all the plumbing businesses even answered the phone) but went above and beyond to make sure they could get someone to come out ASAP. They are fast, professional and charge a very fair price. I can't recommend them enough. They even helped put me in touch with a great restoration company to help with some water damage. So much better than having to wait a week or two for the other area plumbers to even come out. Thank you EZ Plumbing! I called EZ plumbing for several things. I just recently bought a house and am selling my current one and need some plumbing work. I called and they came to install a new gas line in the old house and did an ok job (they did bust the tile floor pretty bad but it’s under the range) and I asked for an estimate on the new house. That was 3 weeks ago and 3 visits from 2 different plumbers (scott and Jason) and I am yet to have even an inkling if what their estimate is. I had to have them back to run gas lines (they didn’t finish but left when my appointment block ran out) because I am now behind schedule due to lack of plumbing being done. I was at one point told my scott that he didn’t know my goal was to get an estimate (even though he came to my property for an hour and I told him what I wanted). I guess in his business he just looks at properties for fun. At this point I will move on and look for more plumbing options. Ez likes to waste your time. Update: another week has passed. I received a bill in the mail even though they haven’t completed the work (shut offs for gas lines) still haven’t received estimate for installing drain for toilet and shower (4 weeks). My payment will be in the same place their estimate has been left

I have used E-Z Plumbing on two separate jobs in the past year. I had them install a new water heater, and also a new water softener. They completed both jobs quickly and were very efficient , and professional. I would highly recommend E-Z Plumbing. They also changed my meter valves and worked out timing with Oregon's water utilities so I was not without service for any length of time

These guys are amazing! First reason, they return your phone call. Second reason, they get you scheduled as quickly as possible. Their plumber Mark is great to work with and communicates with the customer. I highly recommend them.

I have used EZ plumbing several times over the past 15 years from water heater installations to sink and faucet replacements. While my recent request could not be completed due to the way the water pipes were originally installed, they made three visits (even the owner and his son on a Saturday morning). I appreciated the time taken and the fairness of the agreed-upon result.

My garbage disposal was suddenly making a terrible sound. I was sure the disposal was shot. Scott saved me a $149 visit. He guided me thru using the wrench and flushing it out. What I thought was a trashed disposal was only something caught in it that I couldn’t see. Works great now! Thank you Scott!!

We are the Badger Prairie Needs Network and Scott came right over to help with a Men's room problem. He could not have been more professional and kind. Came over first thing in the morning and when he found out what we do to help families in crisis, he offered to donate his services! Such a generous person. Everything was fixed in no time and our food pantry was back in business :) Scott is the official BPNN plumber from now on. Call him - he's a great guy.

EZ plumbing was able to come out on short notice when we had water leaking from our basement ceiling. They were able to quickly find and repair the leak. I would definitely use them in the future.

Great service continued. EZ Plumbing has been to my home twice more since my initial review. Each time exceeding expectations. Great customer service, answered all of my questions and made time for us (last minute)in their busy schedule just before Christmas. Simply top notch.

Hot Water Heater went out on a Friday evening. Called EZ Plumbing Saturday AM. Scott the owner, answered and we discussed all options. Long story short Scott picked up a water heater for me from Home Depot on his way home from running personal errands and installed on a Saturday afternoon. Best part he allowed me to be his gofer/helper. :).

Best Buy installed a washing machine but could not hook up the drain, due to different sized hookups to our standpipe. Scott came out on a Saturday within an hour from when we first placed the call, and helped us figure out how to get it together, as the Best Buy installers could not/would not do anything about it. Very great service and professional advice on what we need to do going forward with our drain situation.

We have used EZ Plumbing for over 20 years for our home plumbing needs and for a 2-unit apartment on campus. Scott is responsive, skilled, professional, honest, and fair. He has provided plumbing for new bathrooms, repairs and replacement of fixtures, new water heaters, and plumbing challenges of all kinds. He has fixed little things he noticed while tackling the bigger jobs with no additional cost because he (or Jason) are on site and because he likes to see things working! One time he called to ask if he could be a few minutes late because he had taken a call from an elderly customer and he thought she sounded confused. He wanted to stop by her house to make sure she was alright. That's Scott. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

We needed a new water heater and they came in and out as quickly as possible. They communicated with the supplier of the water heater and were able to install the new water heater quicker than than the supplier initially told them. The service was great!

The team at EZ Plumbing is amazing! After what felt like a simple service call to address a clogged drain pipe, my wife and I found ourselves in a very complicated plumbing situation. The EZ Plumbing team did great work with identifying the problem and providing timely assistance. Our plumbing issue required a lateral sewage pipe replacement. The replacement process involved substantial excavation in our front yard. Although Scott and his team do not perform this type of work, he went above and beyond by contacting multiple excavating companies on our behalf to help us get our issue resolved within a week’s time. His level of care to support our situation was above and beyond. Much appreciation to Scott, Joe, and John at EZ Plumbing! We are very thankful!

Not very timely. I have been waiting for 3 1/2 hours for the repair person to arrive (scheduled arrival: 9-11 It is now 12:30. Hope they arrive soon and that the work they do is amazing. I called, and was told that they have no way of knowing where the repair people are. All she could do offer to take a message! Well, here's the message - still waiting and not happy!

UPDATE: showed up at 2:50!!! ... after multiple phone calls on my part to see if they were even going to show up at all.

Same thing happened when they came to do an estimate. Business card I was presented with at the time was also quite disgusting...dimpled, slightly dirty, and frayed. Not very professional.

I had an emergency with my water heater and they came out quickly for the emergency and then replaced my heater. Very responsive and fantastic to work with.

My experience was great, I called about a leaking water heater, Joe was able to come diagnose the issues within 24 hours (for free). He then helped me understand that I was likely under warranty and walked me through the steps to contact the manufacturer and set myself up with a replacement heater. We've used E-Z Plumbing for all our plumbing needs over the last 14 years!...From installing a new 3/4 bathroom and utility sink in our basement to replacing original valves, the occasional rotor-rooter and most recently upgrading a toilet...Scott and Jason have been just wonderful to work with! They are always both so dependable and flexible no matter the job! :o)

Scott has responded to 2 emergency calls from us at our new address within minutes and at non-ideal times. He's stopped by to pickup the old water softener after the new install and to drop off new Kohler slow close toilet seats we just ordered...There is no job too big or too small at anytime for Scott, he is loyal to his customers! We are so thrilled with the services we've received at our new residence and he has been willing to educate us on a house that doesn't feel as familiar to us as our last house did!

We have an older farm house and based on past experiences we felt we needed a plumber who had service experience working with older plumbing. I explained that when I called and talked with Colleen and we got the plumber we needed with Corey. He also installed our new dishwasher, correctly...I will recommend EZ Plumbing when asked in the future.

Running a business is stressful, especially when your hot water heater goes out. E-Z was there within the hour and fixed it! Jason was very friendly, efficient and a life saver! Thank you E-Z and Jason for a great experience!

Scott will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. My only recommendation is to always request a quote previous to the work been done and to request a breakdown of parts and labor on the final invoice, as these are not automatically provided unless requested.

The work was good and the end result turned out nicely. Scott was responsive during scheduling and the communication was professional. The only bit holding this back from 5 stars, was that there was some struggle getting the Smart Valve installed and time spent there. Thankfully I had time that morning to research during install to see that a regular smart meter adapter fits the Phyn water smart valve. I would certainly go with EZ Plumbing again. I am EXTREMELY happy with EZ Plumbing...I had a plugged toilet and Scott took care of it the same day. His fees are very reasonable...he has done lots of work for me and is a very kind and helpful person....truly cares about the customers :-)

We have used EZ Plumbing for the last 15 years. My husband's family have used them for many more years than that. We have always been happy with the work and explanations of what went wrong. There usually have been different options to how to go about fixing something....ie.. water heater size... ect. Those options came with different price ranges that allowed us to choose how expensive a job would be. We have always gotten and idea ahead of time how much something will cost. The cavoite is that if you have to tear a wall out to find a leak you cannot see what is happening until it is open. We have and will continue to go-to EZ Plumbing for all of our needs.... SCOTTY ROCKS!!

Real estate clients raved about EZ Plumbing so I referred EZ to a new homeowner client who needed a myriad of new plumbing installations (gas line install for stove, dishwasher, new laundry hook-up location). I loved meeting Scott, and was so impressed with his calm demeanor and deep experience. Hence we asked the EZ team to be the plumbing crew for our personal bathroom remodeling (happening shortly). Scott gave me very practical tips for selecting our new shower pan and doors- so we're following his gentle smart guidance. I'll write another review when that bath is completed.
In the meantime, a condo in our association had a leak in the crawl space that we estimated was somewhere underground. Another plumbing company had worked on a similar leak (same unit) last spring. They weren't coming to find the leak until the next day. Not good. I called EZ and Colleen (love her!) had Joe out to the condo in an hour. He spent some time digging in the frozen front yard to find the shutoff (former plumber wouldn't tell us where to locate this valve)- and had the water shut off in an hour. Jason showed up to dig in the crawl space with Joe- and leak discovered and repaired. Scott came by too- and a little follow-up work was completed the next day.
Thanks to EZ's outstanding customer service- to say nothing of their accomplished plumbing expertise - this owner didn't have to move out of her home that night- and we were spared a lot of remediation due to EZ's timely repair of this nasty leak in a water supply line.

Exceptional service and professional work! Called to have a new sink and faucet installed after new counters were put in. I called the Tuesday after Memorial Day, so they were busy. Scott answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with. It turned out they had a technician in my area with some extra time due to a part needing to be ordered for another job. Jason arrived within 10 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He treated my home with respect. Had the new sink and faucet installed in under 90 minutes. He did a fabulous job. The sink was a granite one bowl and the faucet was a Delta touch20. The silicone around the sink is perfect. The cabinet under my sink has never looked so tidy. I'm beyond happy that I called these guys!

I first met Scott about 15 years ago on a late Sunday afternoon at Menards. A friend and myself were in the middle of remodelling my kitchen when we ran into a plumbing emergency. We were standing in the plumbing isle dumbfounded about how to repair the problem we created. He must of sensed our desperation and offered to come to the house to see what could be done. Within about an hour he had us back in business. Since then he has been to my house many times. He also takes care of my elderly parents plumbing needs, and my workplace. Scott and his team are wonderful to work with and take the stress out of plumbing.

My water heater needed replacing, decided to shop around. Called Benjamin plumbing and they quoted me 350 more than ez did, for the same water heater! I was skeptical but the service was excellent. Had a professional, small business type feel. Highly recommend.
