Two young men came to my mobile home and repaired a broken pipe and ran a new hot water feed to my dishwasher in a short period of time. They were professionals. I can't recommend this Company enough. They are terrific!

I called them For water pressure not stay equally it’s drop when second faucet open. And told them make sure bring a pressure valve operator. When tech shows up he was not sure what to do he start calling all over even I told him we need that part. After 2 and half hours talking over phone he went back and got part. It took him 25 minutes to install and charged me about 5 hours for labor. Which is too much for 20 minutes job. I will not calling them back.

I had self-diagnosed my furnace problem and wanted a technician to do the work (dealing with the gas valve). Now it won't be the first time that a homeowner was wrong in his diagnosis, but I was most impressed with how patient Robert was and how he explained everything to me. Ultimately something was partially restricting a nozzle. He cleaned it out, put the system back together and the flame looks really good. The repair was a whole lot less than I expected and , for what I received, quite fair. That's why I have called Korte each time I have needed a repair.

They did plumbing disconnect and reconnect for my countertop installation. Everything went smoothly. Even I asked to make some more room in the sink cabinet and they tried their best.

This man is a thief! He was sent out through American Homeshield and 1- upcharged me on the permit to install a water heater, from $56 with the city to $170! He was also provided with a Rheem water heater by the insurance company and arrived with another brand heater, considerably less expensive. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and I would steer clear of this company.
