Highly recommend Kevin! I had my sump pump stop working and a basement full of water. One call and he was at my house in what seemed like just minutes! Awesome company and extremely professional. We had a bit of miscommunication (Yelp's fault), and it was cleared right away and remedied immediately. I thought the reserved slot was for 9AM, but was due to Yelp's mistake, no one showed up. So I called and Scott got me in at 2PM to snake out the clog in my toilet. The plumber was courteous and professional, quickly getting to work and promptly leaving after payment. I would definitely keep these guys in my favorites list for future accidents. We are so happy we chose Chris and his dad the installation. Even though our project was small and we were on a budget, Royal Heating didn't shy away or make us feel insignificant.
Chris saved us $$$ by recommending a soffit for this particular project which worked out great as I was able to implement in ceiling speakers.
When we came home after a holiday and the AC wasn't kicking in, Royal Heating had an employee dispatched immediately.

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

excellent communication, and confirmed the appointment in just a few minutes. They got my main line corrected properly, and within a couple of hours. Note that I contacted them around noon on Friday and yet by 4 pm that same day I was back in business. They knew what they were doing, used high quality parts, and cleaned up like it never happened. Finally a plumber I can count on.

WOW! This company is awesome. My water heater started leaking. I reached out to multiple companies but decided to give this company a chance because of the pricing. Miguel showed up early. Found out my water heater was over 20 years old and needed replaced. He promptly replaced my water heater and now I have hot water again. I highly recommend this company.

They will help you find the best solution and if the problem is not in their wheelhouse they have resources that are. Always helpful.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
