It does not take a genius to understand how serious air conditioning and plumbing is in a stat like Arizona. However, despite that fact, Silver Fox made an effort to show that when it came to it, they were, in fact, geniuses. My technician really seemed familiar with how my system worked and finished in a timely manner. I have honestly not encountered any problems since then. Great service, (not to mention reliable) and guys who know what they're doing it? I'd say that's a good deal. I definitely recommend them.

My experience with Silver Fox was no experience because they were a no show for an appointment to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. I called them & they said they had an emergency and so the appointment was rescheduled for 2 days later. Guess what? No show again so I called & Cara said Bill is on the way but I received no call and he never showed up. Finally I called Cara again & she said they were working on the east side and would be later to get to my side of town. I told her I would call someone who wanted the job. My husband had driven 80 miles for this appointment and we gave them 2 chances. Very disappointed with the treatment we received.

I had bricked my toilet earlier today and the plunger just wasn't doing it's job. I called around like 4 places before I found this one. Their price was great and they came out literally 30 minutes after I called. Most other places were charging like, 200 just to snake my toilet and they couldn't make it until the next day. These guys did it for 90 + tax. I was very relieved to know my toilet was unclogged and ready for another battle.

Came to my house around midnight for an emergency A/C fix. Swapped out a compressor cooling fan in 100 degree heat. I have a pregnant wife who had to go to work in a few hours and Silver Fox went above and beyond my needs and I will go straight to them for my next fix or repair no questions asked and I highly recommend them for anyone else. Once again these guys did a great job. They picked up the phone, showed up within an hour, and did a great job fixing a plumbing issue I had. I highly recommend!

There was a huge leak in my bathroom and if we'd asked maintenance we would have been charged 10 times more than a regular plumbing company would. We were recommended by another resident. They told me all we had to do was call in and they'd have some one out at my convenience. Usually when my maintenance guy comes in to do work, he does a sloppy job. He would leave a huge mess where ever he'd been working, use smelly chemicals for the pipework and only come when it was cleared on his schedule. Sometimes I had to endure long weeks with leaking pipes and a problematic toilets. I would wait so long that the leaking would cause water damage causing more money needed to spent on household damages. Silver Fox came in on time. They told me what they were going to do and estimated when they were going to be done. They did a great job with my sink and I haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend them!!!!

I’m in a rental house and the maintenance person repaired the dishwasher incorrectly. Water leaked all over our counter and under the sink. It was a mess! We called Silver Fox and it was fixed right away. The service person was friendly and courteous and stuck around to make sure it didn’t leak when the washer ran again. Much appreciated!

We had a leak in our home at 9pm at night, and there was water all over the bathroom floor. I was worried that we'd have to wait til morning, but Silver Fox's emergency repairman got there quickly, found the problem, and fixed it - and it didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. Plus, the problem has stayed fixed - no more unwanted water on the floor! Great job!
