Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog charged at him and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

Tom was great, called last minutes he came right out and fixed the problem. will use again!

The person that I first contacted from 24 HR Emergency Plumber St Louis Inc was polite, professional and friendly. The handyman showed up within the hour and made an impeccable job My sink was fixed. Yay.

Great company they kept our company open while my father / owner of company was in Afghanistan for that they will all ways get out business

Jay is absolutely great and his knowledge on plumbing services is outstanding. I have used him on multiple projects and plan to continue using him in the future! In the past, he has helped me to install a water heater, water softener, sink, garbage disposal and more. He even has let me join him on the projects!!

I called after seeing a sign near Grove Barton road and received a very fast response. Not only were they responsive to my request in a quick manner but arrived in a quick manner also.

Carl was professional, knowledgeable, on time, straightforward, respectful, and personable. He explained the issues and the corrective actions that he took. Carl was quick to get the issues addressed and make sure things were working properly. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the time he took to explain what issues he addressed. Carl was thorough and efficient. He completed the work, left my home the way they found it, and did it all with ready smiles.

The service I received from Drain Right Services was second to none and exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service. It also was appreciated that the pricing was very fair.

I would highly recommend them for you plumbing and drain needs. I hope I never have another plumbing and drain issue, but if I do, they have earned my business for sure.

We replaced our counter tops. Tyrrell came out the day before counter installation to unhook everything. Then came back the day after to reconnect everything. Tyrrell is awesome he is frendly, and professional I highly recommend Under Pressure Plumbing

Had to have all the drain piping under the house repaired. This required a tunnel to be dug under the house from front to back to access the piping, two days digging the tunnel, two days replacing piping, and two days filling in the tunnel. Hole in One got the job done on time inspite of rain every day. When they were finished everything was clean. After the toilets were reseated, the floors were clean too.

Alex replaced a water heater for us & was amazing to work with. He worked quickly & efficiently, and was very respectful & professional. He thoroughly explained our options & his pricing was VERY reasonable compared to other bids we had received. He arrived on time & went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, and took extra time to answer questions about other plumbing projects we are considering having done. I had just been through the ringer with a bad plumber so he came in and was like fresh air. He charged me fairly and felt horrible for all I had already been through. He was in fast and fixed it in a day. He even bought my tenants that were living there pizza. I was referred to him through a sheetrock guy I had used and both of their work spoke for itself. Very please with his professionalism and service.

Does anyone work there? No call back after leaving a message for a simple wax seal to be fixed.
