My entire experience with Jayk’s Plumbing was fantastic. I got an appointment set up quickly, Lou my plumber arrived on time and he was super knowledgeable. I had so many items that I had questions about and he was able to address all of them. The prices were also very affordable. I highly recommend them!

Figured out it was a electrical not a plumbing problem referred a electrician name

Jeremy and Rachel came all the way from Durham to Fuquay Varina to work on my house. They did an excellent job and even went above and beyond! You get your money’s worth and a great attitude!

I had a mainline clog that despite my best efforts I was unable to clear. I called Classic on a Saturday at 6 and my technician, Gareth, was to my house by 7. He was incredibly fast and very mindful that I was paying weekend rates and worked very efficiently to get the clog cleared. He checked every toilet inside to find the issue, cleared the clog through the main, and took the time to go back through and run all the toilets and drains to make sure things were good. Even while moving quickly from task to task, he took the time to explain things to me that helped me understand both what he was doing and looking for and to better be able to manage issues like this in the future. He also shared some key tips to diagnose problems. This is my second time to use classic (previously used for a gas leak at my outside meter) and I’ll definitely use them again. Simple hourly rate pricing let’s you know what you’re getting in to and the guys have been very conscientious of working efficiently knowing the pricing is by the hour. Thanks!

We had a pretty inconvenient water issue happen late on Saturday. Roto Rooter was one of the few companies to answer on a weekend, and the ONLY one to not charge us some crazy weekend fee. (One company quoted $200 just to drive out). After a reasonable fee and about an hour or so of work, we were back in business. I normally avoid 'chain' businesses but these guys were great.

Jairo and Mario at V.I. Drains are true heroes! We had a sewage backup and they were able to come out right away and take care of the problem. We couldn't be more grateful for their quick and efficient service.

We reached out to RS Home Services and had the pleasure of working with Spencer he came out and fixed our garbage disposal he gave us a great overview on the subject and gave us a great deal. We then called him out to do our Baseboards, Security door installment, dishwasher installment, and water heater replacement. He truly cares about his clients best interest. The knowledge that he has in his work area is comforting because you have a full understanding on what he is doing and why. You know exactly what your paying for. He is so reliable on his time and will work until your project is finished and you are satisfied. He is very professional and honest. We are excited to keep him in our contact book for all our home repairs or installations. He does anything from small to big just ask and he will work with you ! Our water heater rusted out, and so we drained it and called around for someone who could come right away. A lot of places were booked out for 2-3 weeks, and a couple places suggested we try the replacement ourselves.

Kevin Wagner said he was busy, but he could come the following evening. He came out, and we are so glad we didn't try the replacement ourselves. He was done in a bit over an hour, re-plumbed the pipes that he noticed were seized up and leaking, and gave us recommendations for keeping our water heater maintained better in the future!

We really can't say enough good things about Kevin! He's our first call from now on!

I was in an emergency situation with NO water service to the house. Matt answered my call personally and then took my location information via text ... he looked at the photos I sent of my valve and had the part I needed when he arrived. He was willing to come LATE in the evening (with no overtime charge) to get us up and running again!! Will certainly call him again if I need a plumber!!

Tim Golden Hands did a great job in getting a broken air conditioner out of our window, even helping me carry the bulky unit to the garage for storage, although that wasn't part of the original job. Very responsive and a reasonable rate.
