The crew that helped me out was very effecient overall. From talking to people on the phone to those who worked at my house. I had one of the guys try and troubleshoot a few things inside to see if maybe we could get my insurance to cover my cost. After seeing it was a problem from outside they were still willing to work with me so that I didn't have to pay the whole thing at once which was greatly appreciated considering it was a pretty big job. They worked on the problem right away and got my leak taken care of. Not sure why the negative reviews because they did the job and got it done.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

Samuel came and serviced our water softener and reverse osmosis system. Also ended up having him replace an old water heater. He is efficient, clean and super conscientious about his work. He checked for leaks 3 times after his service to be sure everything was working normally.

My meter (and bill) have been running high the last 3 months. Having two previous companies come out with attempted patches and/or large estimates, I decided to reach out to someone new. Dylan was prompt and deliberate. He found some things under my very slim crawlspace that other companies had not, took pictures, and gave a very reasonable estimate. After the job, he checked the meter reading (which no one else did) to ensure the leak was fixed. Highly recommend!

Had a basement flooding and we called Chula Vista Plumbers. They inspected and located the blockage and the sump right away. The plumber team cleaned the drain and sump, added a riser and and new lid for sump. They are efficient, professional and the invoice is very seasonable. Highly recommended.

We called Bruce's to have a stopped up sewer line cleaned. Darrel answered the phone and scheduled the appointment for two days later and showed up at the exact time. Once we explained what was backing up Darrel walked outside to look at the roof clean outs. He told us to fill up our washing machine with water and leave water running in the sink. He then went onto the roof and started snaking the line he had determined was the culprit. In short order the line was cleaned, no more backups and it's working like new. Darrel is a very nice guy plus he knows how to determine what needs to be done and is very efficient in his work. Very reasonable price for his service and we couldn't be happier. This guy is really good.

We had a high image plumbing company come out on some recent work and the quote we got was outrageous. We looked up local plumbers and found out that Capital Plumbing had good reviews. After meeting Dave we decided to go ahead with the work because he was very upfront, honest and his quote was a fraction of the other company. We are extremely happy with the work Dave and Dan did. We look forward to working with them again on some future projects. Great guys too.
