We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

We discovered a pretty bad leaky pipe that went to our hose out back- called Rich (the owner) that day, which was on a Saturday, and they came out first thing Monday morning. His colleague, Jason, was friendly and walked us through what he was going to do. His service was quick and and the work was top-notch quality. And their price was more than fair! Best Plumber in the State.

Uriel provided prompt and professional service in clearing our pipes of roots and debris, saving us thousands of dollars. Although we will eventually need to replace the pipes, it is not an urgent matter. We will certainly hire Pure Plumbing again, and specifically request Uriel for any future plumbing needs.

When I took over my property we had lots of neglected plumbing from previous management. The work load was next to impossible in the time frame I had. Rob Essary & crew came in(almost 30% less than another competitor) completed the work earlier than planned & I couldn't be happier with the results!

The service was so extremely bad I wouldn’t recommend this company or the plumber Leo, to anyone.

Im specifically calling out a worker from the company named Leo but whoever hired him is at fault here too.

Leo was late to the appointment with no notice, made a mess and expected us to clean it up, broke our cabinet door, moved the appliances to where they couldn’t be operated and had the audacity to tell us to do it and to toughen up. Then, he left without saying anything and leaving the job unaccomplished.

Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with their performance and attitude.

best plumber ever

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.
