A huge shout out to Rick, Manny, Sam, and the whole team at John Padilla Plumbing. They just installed a brand new water heating system at one of my laundromats. From top to bottom they were professional, competent, efficient, friendly, and did it all at a very reasonable price. The system works great, and will help us get those stubborn stains for our customers' laundry. These guys are definitely my new go-to plumbers!

Fernando Torres spent three days replacing many of our antiquated plumbing figures, snaking drains, and descaling our water heater. His services were superb and I would recommend him without hesitation!
Edgar Aguirre fixed my outdoor spigot. And Fernando Torres fixed my faucet. Both were quick, professional, and did a great job.
Our plumbing technician, Julio Valle, came quickly and fixed the problem very well. He also answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He repaired our how water circulator on our water heater and now our hot water is running great.

You know it's going to be a rough day when you're a renter and your bathtub backs up for the third time in a week. You know it's a rougher day when you find out that it's because your apartment's old piping is deteriorating. Mercifully, my landlord called Padilla, because they were top notch, extremely fast, and excellent communicators.
Not only did they repair the damaged shower piping and replace the shower in general, they also came back a month later and did systematic, rapid repairs of all the kitchen sinks in the unit. This coud've been exhausting and overwhelming, but the kindness, efficiency, and good humor of Ricardo and Edgar made it so much better of an experience.
I find they're upfront, honest, and wonderfully reliable people. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had John Padilla Plumbing add an emergency shut off valve and pressure regulator to my water line. The technician, Arnold Valadez and his trainee Jesus, arrived at the scheduled time. They were both extremely professional and pleasant. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Arnold explained everything he was doing. Our kitchen sink was backed up and we needed it fixing fast. John Padilla Plumbing sent out a plumber the same morning. Arnold quickly identified the problem and fixed it promptly. When we asked for a new basket strainer to be fitted as well, since ours had been leaking for a while, he was happy to provide a quote and complete the job the same day - even though he had to leave to get more parts. Very happy with the courteous service that Arnold provided.
Called out JP Plumbing during a stressful time during a emergency leak and Manolo Dominguez was the best tech we could ask for. He immediately determined the source and gave a recommendation that helped us save in the long run. Additionally he took a look at our water heater and recommended Padilla priority which we will be signing up for this year. I’m a commercial property manager and found his professionalism better than the plumber we use at our high rise.

We called John Padilla Plumbing to replace the water heater for our manufactured home. They had it replaced within a week of accepting the estimate (It would have been the same day if I didn't have a schedule conflict).
I regret not writing the techs names down, but I was super impressed with their professionalism and how they both always wore masks.

This is my third home renovation, and I've used multiple other plumbers. This was, by far, my best experience. Javier is the absolute best. They do good work, are very courteous, professional, and punctual. I've had other contractors who tell me, we don't do that, when the job gets hard, but Javier is the opposite. He finds a way to help me, even with the hard stuff (like getting heaver washers and dryers upstairs and through small doors, and fitting shower surrounds to crooked walls). They also do small things to go above and beyond expectations. We purchased a new toilet that didn't fit the space of the old one. When we figured out that the new toilet wouldn't work, Javier removed it, packed it nicely back in the box and lifted it back into our truck so we could return it. Just little things like that are so considerate and helpful. I will never use another plumbing company. Thank you so much!

Our water heater needed to be replaced. Monolo did a great job, was courteous, professional, friendly and competent. We are completely satisfied with John Padilla Plumbing Inc. and everyone at the office that we worked with. Fernando, who made the service call on a Saturday to assess the problem, did not charge us for the visit since he could not do a repair. We were impressed! Monday morning we worked with Victor, who set up the job for early the next morning. Many thanks to everyone! They also gave us a 5% military discount.

John Padilla was very timely in sending Edgar to our home to repair an emergency drain clog. We just bought the house, so we were very concerned when both our kitchen and bathroom drains were backing up. Edgar was efficient in his work to unclog our drain and was extremely quick in diagnosing the issue. He took the time to explain not only his repair work but also preemptive measures we could take to prevent the problem from arising again. I called Padilla Plumbing and one of their plumbers visited the same day. It was no more than 30 minutes and the plumber had my shower fixed. Padilla Plumbers is definitely now my plumber of choice.
We had a minor leak on our side of the water meter. Lance came out and assessed the situation. He came back with Daniel to lend a hand. A great team effort in not only solving the leak but installing a shut-off valve while we had everything opened up. Not only was the issue resolved but they also improved access and convenience should there be future water issues! Great work Lance and Daniel!

Over the weekend our main line was clogged. We called John Padilla Pluming and they took great care of us. Edgar was a life saver. Vendor was very responsive to our request for a quote for natural gas valves replacement, quote ultimately was the fairest choice, and Brandon Buss and team player Jose came to complete the task. All parts were included in the quote, and they were open to suggestions as they worked. Manolo and Ernestor came and check my water heater. Water heater was fine found that my delta faucet did not have the complete filter install. Had them redo my plumbing work because it was not level and leaking. Both guys were friendly and professional. Long story short they were awesome.

Your guys did an awesome job today on my house! Not only did they find more gas leaks but broken fans in my attic I had no idea about. Such wonderful guys. They’ll be back tomorrow. I wish I remembered sooner you had a company because I’ve had a nightmarish two weeks dealing with other plumbers. One who literally had to come back 5 times to get my new water heater fixed and it’s still not up to code. 5 times!!! Other plumber who I’d hired to fix my firepit and hook up a grill causing a leak that caused SDGE shut my gas off last Thursday. I feel in good hands now. I love Juan and the gang.

I had such a great experience with JPP! Our technicians, Edgar and Tristan, were super professional and efficient. I scheduled our services/repairs during my daughter's nap and they were super mindful of being quiet coming in to replace our garbage disposal, which was so sweet. It also was replaced much faster than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.
They also replaced a damaged main water line and hydro jetted our main line along with the bathroom and kitchen line to clear all sludge and debris. The service was efficient, they were so sweet to our family, and at the end of the day the value of the service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company. Plumber told me on site he would clear the drain and give me 30 day warranty. 3 days later the drain backed up again and I called the company, they said they do not give warranty’s on drain line! I argued and threaded a bad review so they came back out and spent 10 minutes clearing the drain and told me it would be 399$ to camera the drain (which is a straight 60’ shot from the clean out to the main).
Very poor job of clearing the drain and the company was just trying to charge me more. Quoted 1550$ to jet the 60’ straight line! Got another quote for 550$ from another company and was told that was the going rate. If you want to be taken advantage of, go with them.

I experienced an issue with my faucet. Since this is a new home for me, I was not aware of the brand. Their representative David came and took some pictures to identify the brand and ordered the parts and fixed in less than 12 hours.
Since he was already there, I mentioned a bot a small leak in my sink, David quickly identified and we corrected the problem quickly.

Edgar at John Padilla Plumbing arrived at my home on time and prepared for anything! One of the upstairs drain pipes developed a leak into the garage. Upon arrival, Edgar analyzed the situation, then diagnosed and inspected the plumbing. He clearly explained the work required to perform the repair and jumped into action! Professional front office and friendly too. I had a number of different updates done on a 41 year old home I purchased. Over the past 15 months John Padilla plumbing team Matthew, David, Juan, Julio have come to help with a varity of updates such as Matthew restored the central heater and it has run great and problem free since the repairs,, Juan installed a new gas line allowing for a switch from all electric stove to gas. Big thumbs up! Very happy with this change. David updated all the angle stops. Woo hoo no more leaky valves. My water bill should reflect this improvement. Juan installed the new kitchen faucet. As you can tell a lot of work has been completed by the plumbing team at John Padilla. They always arrived on time, did excellent work and always answered all of my questions about their work and pointed out the problems they observed and recommended a reasonable approach to fixing the issue. Patient, thorough and great customer service. With covid precautions they always arrived in masks and kept their shoes coveted in protective booties while working in my house. I really appreciated their safety efforts.

We had a clogged drain that was not only backing up in our tub but causing water to come up in an adjacent bathroom. We called John Padilla Plumbing and asked if they could send someone in the next few days. They were extremely professional and, to our surprise, let us know someone could be at the house in the next 20 minutes. Sure enough, Julio was at our door ready to unclog the drain in 20 minutes. It took him another 20 minutes and he had the drain unclogged and running smoothly.
As for Covid precautions, Julio was sure to wear a mask the entire time. He let us know a few of the techs have already received the vaccine and they are all working towards getting it.
As Julio was leaving, he put a water pressure reader on our main line to make sure the city's water wasn't too pressured. This pressure check was for free. Finally, Julio let us know the job was guaranteed for 30 days.
I couldn't have been happier with the service, professionalism, and responsiveness. I highly recommend John Padilla plumbing for all your plumbing jobs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the most honest, reliable and professional plumbing and HVAC company we (Advent Real Estate and Property Management) use. I love the office staff. Victor and Sam are so good on the phone! They reply promptly on email and invoicing is the best! Our service tech Manny was very diligent and professional while locating and repairing a leak in our copper plumbing lines, including his assessment of what potentially caused the leak and how we could proceed with addressing the root problem. The downstairs shower and toilet backed up around 9:00 pm and I was unable to clear the blockage on my own. Manolo was on time and called when on the way and he found a commercial parking place downtown. I liked that there was a picture of him which helped me identify him easily at the front door. He was very careful with my white limestone floors. Clogged drains are not fun or leaking sink stoppers, but Manolo fixed everything quickly and left no mess. Piece of cake!

Our house had old cast iron pipes and we've had to have some segments replaced and others cleaned. Javier and Martin were really helpful and patient through the whole process. They took the time to pinpoint the problem areas and find the most cost effective fix.
Roberto was my technician today, and did an amazing job.
This company really knows how to provide great service! It was easy to book online, my appointment was confirmed through text, I received reminder voicemail, and then about 30 minutes before arrival, I got another call confirming I would be around. I gave a note to the person calling and unlike many companies, it actually got relayed to the plumbing team. Then they showed up on time! They were very friendly and helpful as I walked through the items I needed fixed, and then they gave me a quote using their app. They went out for supplies and came back and finished all the work within a couple hours of the appointment start time. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.
Javier was great. We found the source of the leak when a previous company failed to fully get it. Another story for another day.
I called John Padilla for some last minute repairs on a condo I was selling downtown.
The gentleman on the phone was very professional , knowledgeable and he was able to get me a same day appointment. The plumbing specialist who came our inspected the work to be done and promptly swapped out the traps under my sink to some new ones.

Ricardo deservers praise for helping me out today.
The main plumbing line in my home was clogged, and backed up sewage was pouring out into our bathtub and bathroom. Not a pretty scene.
He was completely transparent in communicating what was needed for the repair, and also acted as a liaison between my property management company, which was greatly appreciated.
When Ricardo arrived, he was quickly able to assess the situation, and determine what needed to be done.
I work from home, had some meeting to attend to during the repair, and was not disturbed once, while my plumbing was being worked on (huge points for that).
I appreciate his autonomously, professionalism, mindfulness and knowledge/skill to fix my situation.
He was able to clean out our clogged line in a reasonable amount of time and fix additional multiple units plumbing problems without them realizing they had a problem.
Ricardo is the hero we need, but don't deserve.
I would be happy to refer Ricardo and John Padilla Plumbing after my experience today (as long as all your employees are as awesome as Ricardo...)!

Wanted $89.95 just for a visit (fine although free estimates are standard). Then they want $235 just to inspect pipes under house to generate an estimate for repairs. No thanks.
Dealing with John Padilla Plumbing was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We received prompt attention for our leaky faucet problem. Oliver immediately identified the issues and gave a us a very reasonable quote. We had wait for parts to come in and Cindy checked in with us regularly to make sure our project was on track. When the parts arrived, Oliver was there the next day to fix everything. Oliver was the ultimate in professionalism. We can’t imagine ever looking elsewhere for our plumbing needs. Very disappointed in John Padilla's over-priced services. My tenants called them to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush. They charged $418 to replace a bad fill valve (a $10 part). I asked around to other plumbers in San Diego and got quotes around $175-$275 for the same job. But my tenants had already used them so it was too late to use someone else.
Also, the tech noted on the invoice other issues, like a corroded angle stop, and a rocking/loose toilet, but he didn't fix these issues during his visit. If they are going to charge a premium penny for their visits, they should fix other minor toilet issues while they are out there (and charge for materials, as needed).
I tried to call John Padilla to discuss and see if there was anything they could do, they would not. They gave a speech about prices in CA being high and their costs being in line (which they are not), and they said they they don't charge by the hour, it's by the service itself, so if they had done these extra minor repairs they would have tacked on more fees to the visit.
Their pricing model is ridiculous. I use vendors frequently at my various properties, and I would not recommend this company or use them in the future. They are not reasonable with pricing.
If you search other reviews on Yelp and Google, you'll see other complaints about their crazy high prices.

I woke up to water to in two places in our garage. Padilla plumbing was recommended to me by contractor. They sent Julio within one hour of my call and he quickly diagnosed not one but two problems - water heater leaking and two valve leaks. Thankfully Padilla has a great water heater replacement plan that includes returning the heater that is under warranty, picking up the new one and installing. The whole project was done in 4 hours. Next Julio fixed the two leaks and cleaned up. I could not be happier with timeliness, professionalism and workmanship that was completed by Julio. I will definitely use Padilla Plumbing again.
Scammer company. The company does NOT pull permits to perform work and does not follow to California State Building Code. The owner, Mr. John Padilla claims to have been part of the Contractors State Licensing Board, but then does not follow the Building Code is completely hypocritical. In fact, Mr. Padilla told me his company regularly does a Swap-out for work, which do not met code. Unbelievable. I am left with a water heater that is not to code and the company wants to charge me to do it right when they screwed it up!
Roberto was very Liable, Professional, and Honest. Did all the work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

We have used John Padilla plumbing for our management business for several years. They are super responsive during both business hours and after hours, when it really counts. Office staff is knowledgeable and polite, easy to deal with and quick with appointments. They deal with our clients by contacting them in quick fashion. I've never had a complaint from a tenant when they complete a job. Their HVAC is responsive even during the blistering heat and freezing temperatures of the winter. Billing is done quickly and in my office within days of job completion. I highly recommend them as plumbers and HVAC techs.

Padilla Plumbing, was quick to respond to my request for service. Company forwarded a photo, name, and employee number to my phone prior to the plumbers arrival. Good safety measure. Javier B was professional and personable. He was thorough in assessing where the water leak was coming from. He explained in detail which components of the outdoor faucet needed replacing and did a great job removing old worn plastic pipes with new copper fittings. I highly recommend Padilla Plumbing and especially Javier Balladares!
Second time using them and I'm always super pleased with them. They can usually come out within a day or two and perform the service quickly, professionally and cleanly. They helped determine whether a leak in my garage was from the roof or some plumbing related issue and have been really helpful in sending videos and photos of the damage which they quickly determined to be roof related. Really great company. I called spoke to a really nice lady she was able to get me an appointment 2 hours after I called. When the plumber RICARDO showed up really nice professional he explained to me the issue and how he was able to fix it. He answered all my question I had in regards to the issue. Him and his partner fixed the problem in about 15 minutes very fast I saw him double check for any gas leaks. He fixed the pipe going into the gas oven now its up and running again. Randy was great. I called on a Saturday because our water softener was leaking and instead of just coming out and getting the $350 off-hours fee he called me and had me explain the issue and send him photos. He assured me it wasn't an emergency and said he'd come on monday for the normal rate. When he did come he explained the issue perfectly and showed me the measurements that allowed me to understand the exact issue. He took care of it quickly and then spent a good amount of time making sure what he replaced was dialed in and working ideally. Would definitely recommend.

Lesson learned for John Padilla Admin/Office staff as we were waiting for delivery of parts sent via FEDEX- verify the delivery/shipping address with the vendor. Business assumed parts were being shipped to their business. After a call to FEDEX learned parts were delivered to resident. Sigh of relief - after 5 days we have hot water again - SOO HAPPY 😃 . I called John Padilla Plumbing right after my Tennant had called me saying that the shower turned on by itself and won’t turn off. Alex answered the phone right away and was very helpful. She sent over Fernando and his helper Tristan that same day. They diagnosed the problem with ease and explained to me the options. The very next day they came and replaced the shower valve, by opening the drywall as to not mess up the tile. Fernando and Tristan were very fast and efficient and did an amazing job. They had an opening the next afternoon. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater if that was necessary & told me their service charge would go toward any repair that they did for me. The next day, a gentleman called to say the plumber was running late & would miss the time window. What would I like to do? I opted to have the plumber come the same day if he could do it in the daylight. Julio arrived about 20 minutes later! Yay!! Julio was very professional & courteous. He tested the in-house faucets (upstairs & down) for water temperature. Then we went down to the water heater in the garage. He adjusted the temp on one of the heating elements as it was much lower than the other one. Again, he tested water temps upstairs & the water was already warmer!! This seems to be a well-run, responsive plumbing company that I will call again when needed. Highly recommend.

Just my luck to discover a leak at 5pm on Friday, called multiple plumbers and left messages. Randy at John Padilla Plumbing was the first to pick up and said he could be here in 20 minutes. He came out and told me “It’s after hours rates but I’ll work as fast as I can.” He fixed the leak and checked the water pressure all in under an hour. Very pleased with his work and he was a very personable guy as well. Will be saving his number for the future.

We have an older Building with older plumbing. So plumbing is a constant need and big expense ( meaning fix what is needed and not what you think it needs (upsale)) and frequent repairs are needed. After having used several plumbers through out the years I would definitely say Padilla is the BEST. They are always available is a short window, their prices are fair, their plumbers are amazing,( friendly, courteous and professional) (as a business our accounts are paid by the account) and they allow us to bill, unlike many other contractors. Would definitely use Padilla 1000x over.

Contacted John Padilla plumbing regarding a toilet leak and they sent someone out in just a few hours. Arnold Valadez and his apprentice Alejandro arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. They offered a simple fixed price, no haggling required, and fixed the issue in no time. They were professional, friendly and even answered some questions I had regarding other issues around my house. Would definitely recommend them.

We used have used John Padilla plumbing on a few occasions at our house. Most recently they disconnected and reinstalled our appliances and toilet for new flooring we had installed. We were notified when they were in route and our tech, Juan Navarro, was very professional and worked hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend them!
This company was good to work with. I own a plumbing company but do mainly new construction so I use them to do some pipe getting they were very knowledgeable and did a great job
Julio the estimator was very good but the process to get an estimate is just a tablet with a menu pricing, based on this they could just price over the phone if you sent a pic from your phone but I feel they figure the homeowner will just accept the offer since they are on site.
The issue is the pricing they offer is ridiculously high, they wanted $2900.00 to replace my 50 gallon natural gas water heater, the water heater they offer is only 6 year warranty
I hired a licensed plumber and the next day got a Rudd 50 gallon 6 year warranty water heater installed for $1100.00, did a great job and he even assisted me in filing a warranty claim on my 11 year old bad water heater that was till under Rheem/GE warranty, got $479.00 bucks back from Home Depot, Padilla was just going to throw it away.
Maybe Padilla does great work but for me I do not see how they can charge those prices.
It pays to shop, do not just take the first price when possible.

We've used JP Plumbing on several occasions and up until today each technician/plumber sent was professional and friendly. Today it was a different story, the gentleman that showed up at our house was very rude to my wife and provided very poor customer service. He failed to address a defective fill valve (would get stuck preventing toilet tank from filling up after flushing) because it worked while I was here in spite of the fact that my wife explained it happened regularly but not all the time. Fortunately, I called back and they were able to send a different plumber to address the issue.

I needed a thermocouple replaced in my hot water heater. The service person wasn't really interested in doing the repair but said he would go back to his truck and return with two options. One price to replace the thermocouple and another price to replace the water heater. To replace the thermocouple would cost $565.00. To replace the water heater would cost $2500.00. Crazy prices. I told him his prices were unbelievable and that I wouldn't be using his services. I went to Home Depot and bought the thermocouple for $23.25 it took me less than an hour to replace the thermocouple. I have hot water again. Don't waste your money with this company. They'll rip you off.

I was very impressed from the first initial call U made to John Padilla Plumbing. The dispatch person was able to locate someone out in the field and he did say that someone would call me and they sure did.
The nicest man by the name of Randy , immediately addressed my concerns after I explained to him what was the problem I the shower. I scheduled them to come out. They called and gave me a 20 minute time.
Let me tell you Randy and Jose came in and were so professional and got right to the problem.
They cleaned up after the work was done. Made sure I was satisfied . I can't thank you both enough.

We had been having problems with our furnace since last winter. I had three HVAC companies come out and none of them could figure out the issue. I was referred to this company by the manufacture of my furnace and after I explain the situation they sent us their most experienced technician, Matthew Getz. He performed an extensive 2.5 hour diagnostic and found the problem yet only charged their standard $89 diagnostic fee. He provided me a quote and the price was very reasonable so I went ahead and did the repair. After he installed the new part he did another full how do you affection to ensure everything was working properly. He also he also noticed they were many items that were not done to code by the original installer and asked if we wanted a quote and I said yes. A few days later we had an issue again and he came out immediately made some adjustments and also found some other items they were incorrectly installed and fix those as well. He said that there was no charge since it was part of their warranty of service. It turned out that the original installer did a completely incorrect job and was certainly not done to code the three other companies a came also meddled with it and Matt corrected absolutely everything. Now that the furnace is working properly I have scheduled another appointment to have them come out and bring everything up to code. I highly recommend this company for the professionalism and thoroughness that other companies simply won’t do.

These guys were absolutely great from scheduling to execution. We woke up in a panic because our water heater had been leaking from the bottom all night. We called that morning and they were at our door with a brand new water heater that afternoon. Julio, the technician, was super friendly and very attentive to the work that we wanted done. He upgraded all of our hardware up to current California code and the work was flawless. Prices on water heaters have definitely gone up in the last decade but their prices were super fair and the quality is top notch. I’ll definitely use them again.

Javier and Fernando replaced some 75 year old cast iron drainage pipes on our house in North Park. We have had other plumbers come out and give us the run around or over promise what they could do, but these guys gave it to us straight and did the work as promised. I thought the pricing was fair, their communication was clear and informative and they didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. Juan Navarro and Martin’ did a fantastic job installing a pair of shower pans in a condo unit downtown. They were courteous, skilled, communicative, and thorough. Being one who is extremely detail oriented, I appreciate their careful prep, and consideration of the specifics to this job.
Update: As this was done as a sub-contracting job, we subsequently discovered that the work was significantly more expensive than was anticpated. Had the general or ourselves as the customer, been aware of the extent of the cost, it may have swayed us from installing shower pans and opting for a hot mop installation where the drainage pipes would not have to have been altered.
Although the previous drainage installation was done with PVC in an above 6 story high rise, and there are sprinklers in the garage technically within acceptable code limits. (The building has a fire inspect every year), the plumbers expressed a concern with code and decided to replace the PVC with cast-iron steel. This unbeknownst to myself or the GC, added almost $2000 to the cost; the impact we were not aware until the invoice was sent to the GC (general contractor). As this significant cost was not telegraphed in advance... it came as a shock and huge unanticipated expense.
While the opinion of their work is untarnished the gravity of the expense would have been a pivot point in the project and the company failed to notify the customer or the GC of the cost impact. Therefore due to the lack of internal communication, and the negative impact, lowering the review to 3 stars as a result.
As a consumer whether utilizing a GC or engaging directly, be sure to have complete costs includes any MACs (moves, adds, changes) communicated in advance prior to allowing work to proceed.
I normally don't post reviews, but felt compelled to after having Javier and his bro Sam come out to repair the hot water slab leak in my kitchen. Javier was great. He came out to confirm the leak for the HOA, was here when the leak detection service was here, and completed the job in one day with his brother Sam. He took the time to answer all my questions while being friendly and considerate while I was very worried sick about the repair. He assured me that he would treat my home like it was his and he did. No dust or mess left anywhere after they were done. He and Sam did the whole job in one day and only had the water off to the bldg for 4 hours instead of the anticipated 8 hours. They did a great job and I was very pleased with their work product and professionalism. Look out Bill Howe!

After several weeks of trying to schedule a plumber, they either didn’t want a small job or they would schedule an appointment then just not show up. Finally a friend recommended John Padilla Plumbing. I called in the morning, they scheduled for that afternoon, between 1-3. I was notified by text that Javier (his photo included) was on his way at 12:57. Javier and Tristen were very nice and professional. They wore covering over their shoes and made special effort to keep my dog from escaping when they needed to go to their truck for equipment. Jose Ponce came as part of the John Padilla team. He was professional, bilingual, and explained everything that needed to be repaired in detail. He prepped the area to not leave any mess, and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. Highly recommend this company, and Jose as the repairman.

The minute I spotted the water mark on my ceiling I knew I needed to act quickly. To make it worse, it’s 3:00 pm on a Friday. A friend gave me the name of John Padilla Plumbing so I made the call. Within 2 hours their technician, Jose Ponce, was at our door and ready to find the leak. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Jose! Angel and Juan provided top-notch service, above and beyond the call of duty, replacing the water valves for a new washing machine to be installed. This wasn’t the simple valve replacement that I can do. It involved cutting drywall, replacing the valves, soldering new valves onto internal plumbing, etc. They moved our washer (and dryer as a courtesy). They cheerfully installed a new dryer vent for me. Really, above and beyond normal expectations. Price was competitive vs other company bids, plus John Padilla Plumbing offered a 5% Senior discount. I had a clogged drain for my dishwashing machine at the restaurant. I was in panic no company would show up kept getting cancelation So I called John Padilla plumbing and they sent out Fernando and Ernest really quick on a short notice. Ernest and Fernando took care of my problems quickly and were smart about it. They first hit it with the snake as a short term solution which allowed me to open that evening for dinner service then they came next morning and cleaned the pipes with a water jet. I needed a plumber to fix my clogged kitchen sink and the reviews for John Padilla Plumbing caught my attention. I booked online and called to confirm. My appointment for today was confirmed and Angel and Julio showed up sooner than my original window. Wanted to personally take the time and share my experience with John Padilla Plumbing, Especially with Oliver G. The plumber that came to check my water heater that was leaking.
The initial contact from John Padilla was prompt and quick after I put in my request that my water heater was leaking. They immediately called within 30 minutes to confirm an appt for later in the day.
They advised the plumber will call upon arrival. The plumber Oliver G. Was on point! They even catered to the time I was able to be home since I was still at work when I called in the issue. Oliver was right on time and called as he arrived.
He inspected my water heater and knew right away the unit needed to be replaced. He got on the phone and called it in right away. He was able to coordinate with the office right there and then. He went and picked up a new unit and came back to replace it. For my previous experiences in the past for repairs, it will have to be rescheduled but Not TODAY!
Oliver explained in detail prior, during and after install. Thank you Oliver and John Padilla Plumbing for an awesome experience today. Such a big relief for a long hectic week and to worry not having hot water for Mother’s Day was the worst thing to think about. Especially being a Friday and thought of it being replaced possibly next week was the worst feeling.

We recently had our bathroom sink partially fall through into the cabinet below. After a person could not come out to fix it I called John Padilla plumbing as I have seen their trucks many times around the complex where I live. David Acosta came out and did a no cost appraisal for a repair or the instal of a whole new sink. He thoroughly explained each scenario and which would be the best in his opinion with the long view in mind. I took time to weigh each option and when I decided and called them back Victor answered and was very helpful in scheduling David to come out and do the instal of a new sink. David told me about two to three hours for the job to be done, however he did it on less time than he said and it looks great and works even better. I would highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues. My top thing I would really like to thank John Padilla plumbing for would be the excellent communication and the timely manner in which David arrived for the estimate and completing the work.

Javier and Samuel came out to investigate a trickle sound in the walls of my home. They were responsive, on time, very friendly and great at listening to my problem. Brandon was absolutely amazing! Our Birth Center unfortunately experienced sewage overflow over the weekend that included clogged drains/toilets in all of our restrooms and a sewage caked up walk-in shower. After a laborious Monday morning of trying to contain the smelly disaster and not offend our pregnant clients, Brandon came to our rescue & was not only informative & professional, but he was also incredibly efficient and finished the job before I could finish my very delayed cup of coffee! I felt as though Fernando and Ernest did a thorough job, and gave me some helpful tips as well. Friendly, courteous, and they really went the extra mile to restore function of my garbage disposal as well. Great guys...great representatives of Padilla Plumbing!

Javier was super nice and very informative! I'm curious to learn, so I started asking him the difference between a tankless water heater vs a tank and he was more than happy to give me all the information I wanted. Great conversation and nice guy! Would highly recommend them.

Brandon = rock star! Urgent call to assess and repair pipe break in front with unclear damage and impact. Brandon came on-time, figured out the problem, repaired the portion he could, waited for the city to come out and explained his assessment and recommended next steps (to swap out damaged water meter), waited while city installed new meter and fixed the leak under the kitchen sink and repaired the garbage disposal in record time. He kept me informed about every step, let me know when water was shutting off/on, respected my home and work at home schedule (meetings all day) and went out of his way to ensure I was accommodated, that my expectations were exceeded, and stayed accountable and on-site until the entire job was complete. Exceeded expectations.

During site investigation, plumbers cut an enormous hole in the bathroom tile wainscot. The surrounding tiles were chipped and had to be replaced causing twice as much work. No care was taken to do this job carefully.
