Pat and his team are my go-to plumbers! They’re very responsive and aren’t interested in ripping their clients off.
When we bought our house a couple of years ago, Pat did our inspection and gave us a discount on the work that needed to be done after we closed on the house. Although there was a long list of work that the house needed, Pat suggested that we start with the most important things and create a schedule for when we’d want to fix the other items within our own timeline and budget. We started with servicing our boiler, replacing the water heater, and repairing some old pipes. The team did a really thorough job and walked us through the whole process. They also provided us with tips on maintenance.
Most recently, after a huge storm that flooded the whole neighborhood, including our basement, we asked Pat to come out and take a look at our boiler and furnace to make sure nothing was damaged. Pat came out, took a thorough look, answered all of our questions and told us everything looked fine. He also didn’t charge us for the visit!

The Cronin plumbers are amazing! I've never worked with plumbers that are this responsive, on-time and professional. I would trust them with any plumbing issues. They also think from the client's perspective. When we ordered a toilet for them to install. They proactively offered to help arrange the order to deliver at the same time of installation so we wouldn't need to worry about temporary storage. They are really treating all client jobs as they were doing their own homes. Bests plumbers ever!!

I have used Cronin plumbing for several years now and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism, work quality, and integrity. They came out to my apartment last week to take a look at one of my toilets and found a quick and simple fix which I was not charged for. This seems to be a family business with Pat Jr taking over the leadership from Pat Sr. They clearly take pride in their work and ownership of the business. I would recommend their services without reservation.

Excellent service, quality work, I was unable to get in touch with my regular plumber and called Cronin, it was the best thing I did, great service and excellent prices, very reliable, I was impressed, highly recommend!

When I called and told them we had no hot water or heat in 20 degree weather they came over the same day, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Gave me time to think through long term solutions and did not charge anything for the visit. Professional and reliable service.

They answered the phone. They asked me to send pictures of my problem. They sent an estimate. They set up a service date with 4 hour window. Called 20 minutes before
arrival like they said they would. They showed up. They beautifully fixed my kitchen sink. Then they left. They were probably the most efficient company I have had to deal with. The guys that came were so professional and polite. It was strange not to be laden with excuses, not showing up making a mess, etc. I think I’m still a little shook at how effortless they made it😊

Cronin did in amazing job. I had an awful experience with a previous plumber who installed my tankless water heater completely wrong, resulting in a deadly carbon monoxide leak a few months later. Cronin jumped on this issue right away and worked in tandem with a construction company to properly install the tank. They are great communicators too. I will be recommending them to everyone in my area and giving them a call for all of my plumbing needs.

Great experience. Multiple projects have been done well, work and cost estimates clear, all staff is very friendly. Once only a nut needed to be tightened to stop the leak and there was no charge for the visit. highly recommend.

I absolutely love Pat and his team – and I never thought I would feel this strongly about a Plumbing and Heating company. Especially as a new home owner I greatly appreciate their excellent communication process (which also includes patience with my many questions and concerns), promptness and of course, top professionalism when it comes to the actual tasks. They have replaced a water heater, changed pipes and installed a vanity in the bathroom, and installed a ventless gas fireplace for me. Everything done impeccably. As an added (and very valuable) bonus, they they are extremely careful about keeping the house clean and protected. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you, as a customer, are happy. I will absolutely use them for all my relevant needs and will – and have already – highly recommend them to all my friends.

I used Cronin to replace a hot water heater. From the scheduling through the installation, they were great. They confirmed the appointment multiple times and kept me posted on the day of service. They guys who installed the heater were professional, and worked very cleanly and quickly. They explained all the information about the new water heater and left my place spotless. Prompt and friendly response. Nick asked to send pictures of the problem so they could have an initial diagnosis. He mentioned the possible problem and charge upfront. The technician arrived promptly in the time window specified and immediately fixed the problem. They didnt even charge me for it. I called Cronin after AJ Perry stiffed me and am now regretting not calling Cronin earlier.
I am so happy and grateful that someone recommended Cronin Plumbing to me. It's difficult to find good quality craftsmen that, more importantly, you can trust! I initially had Pat service my tankless water heater, and install a whole house water filter system. The job was done perfectly and I could tell by the care, neatness, and attention to detail that these guys were good! Since then I've had Pat come back to install a new multi-piece shower system, and replace a toilet and faucet in one of the bathrooms. Then a minor accident caused a small leak in one of my water pipes. I called Pat and he was here in 30 minutes! What more could I ask for? Each time the crew has been professional, wearing masks during the pandemic, cleaning up after themselves, arriving when they said they would and so on. I highly recommend Cronin plumbing and I am so relieved I never have to worry about finding a good plumber again!

Can’t overstate what a good experience we had with Cronin! They’re incredibly helpful, quick, and reasonably priced.
We have the complex issues that come with a multi-unit older building and had a few plumbers come in for bids. There was a huge difference in Cronin’s quality, recommendations and service. They’re also nice people and good communicators.

Nick, Patrick and team went above and beyond for my family. Being that u have a small child, I was so stressed when my water heater went out - I really couldn’t afford to be without hot water for very long. They not only made every effort to fix it, but worked overtime to coordinate picking up a new one AND installing it at the end of their work day. Class act team - I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had no water in my 3 family building for 4 days due to the 4th of July holiday. I panicked and called 4 plumbers. One was booked. One diagnosed the problem and told me I needed a new water heater without even coming to the property. Another came over and told me I needed a new water heater for $2k. Pat Cronin came over and saved the day! Within less than 5 minutes he assessed the problem, fixed the issue and the building had hot water with no need for a new water heater immediately. Pat was honest, professional and didn't exaggerate my needs. I'm sure I will need a new water heater, but not today. Thanks to Pat Cronin, when I do, I know who to call and recommend now and in the future.
I needed my water heater replaced because it had a leak. I spoke with Nick first thing in the morning and that afternoon, he had team members in my home replacing my water heater. Everyone was super professional, friendly, and responsive. I highly recommend Cronin Plumbing and Heating! 5 stars!

I have had the luxury of having Cronin plumbing work on my home. I have been restoring a 120 year home. Cronin has replaced the bathroom plumbing as well as the boiler and several smaller projects. When asked if i got estimates my answer is why, I would choose no other. The professionalism, work and cost is beyond reproach.
I love watching the owner teach his staff and prepare them for the future.

Our property management company has been working with Cronin Plumbing for 3 years. Patrick Jr. along with his father, Patrick Sr. and their team provide quality attention to all our calls.
In emergency situations, they are always responsive and keep us up to date with their progress. They have a keen sense when it comes to diagnosing the problem and provide almost immediate solutions. Their work is done methodically with solid attention to detail.

I live in Hoboken. My wall-hung boiler-water heater combo unit was leaking and dripping water. Pat and his crew came and diagnosed the issue quickly and it was a loose part that was causing the leak and they tightened it up and no more leaking. Both father and son are very professional and pleasant to work with, speaking as a repeated customer. They are great people.Definitely happy with their service. They are upfront and honest about what needs to be done and have with fair pricing and estimates. Also gave me a heads up about potential issues with discontinued parts so I would not be blind sided in the future. All in all good folks. Cronin is my goto HVAC and plumbing professionals.
The crew was friendly. The installation was clean. The communication was perfect. We would DEFINITELY do business with Cronin again. They really did set a new bar for how work should be done.

We had our basement upgraded to handle floods after Hurricane Ida hit and Cronin came and uninstalled/reinstalled the water heater so that the other contractors could build a drain around it. They also connected the newly installed sump pump to the main drainage line.

We had a great experience with Cronin. I guess time will tell how their work holds up, but they seem to have done a great job. Certainly they were very responsive, professional, timely, neat and easy to work with. It seems they have done a good job as well!
Our boiler broke down and they were very quick and responsive. They helped us diagnose the problem and put a temporary fix in place so we had hot water immediately. They helped us to get it replaced ultimately and fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. They were great to work with. Highly recommend.

Cronin Plumbing is excellent! I have hired them to fix a bad leak underneath my kitchen sink and to replace a leaky kind faucet in a old sink. The quality of their work is superb and they are also always on time, professional and responsive in every way. When they do a job, they leave things looking better and cleaner than they were before. Cronin Plumbing has also given me advice about how to approach plumbing problems in my home that are not urgent. When doing so, I have always felt that they were looking out for my best interests as opposed to giving me advice to create work for them. I have a a great deal of trust and respect for the Cronin Plumbing staff and often recommend them to friends and neighbors. I will never call another plumber as these guys are BEYOND FANTASTIC!

From start to finish, Cronin’s reps and technicians were communicative, knowledgeable, frank and courteous. So glad that my internet search for plumbing repair and maintenance brought me to them.
We needed our washing machine hot and cold water valves replaced, kitchen sink waste line replaced and hot water heater serviced. Work was completed in under three hours by two technicians, at a cost which my wife and I found very reasonable.
