I contacted Zenner Ritter as a first time customer because my central AC was not working properly. It is super old and I honestly expected whoever came out to just use the opportunity to try to sell me a new unit. Not only did they not try to sell me a new unit, they fixed mine, checked EVERYTHING, cleaned EVERYTHING, and the service was outstanding from the phone call to the technician visit. I will definitely contact them in the future.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. Technician Steve #6910. Charged me $400 for a simple garbage disposal de-clog repair that took 5 minutes. Also quoted me $8,900 for a replacement which is absurd and outright dishonest. I got taken for a fool and only paid since he had already shown up. Go local for your plumbing needs. They will lie to you in the name of lining their own pockets which is a very shortsighted business decision on their part. Also verbally told me it has a 90 day guarantee but the invoice only says 30 days. Harped on me leaving a 5 star review that he could “help me with” which I politely deadlines. Dishonesty from the ground up. I will never use the company again.

Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

Great company! They were out the next day to fix our issue and walked us through every step of the process. They even gave us tips to prevent this in the future. Would recommend.
