Talk about quick professional service. Streamline Plumbing AZ exceeded my expectations. From the time I called to when Jason arrived, diagnosed, and fixed the issue, it was literally under 90 minutes. My problem was my 11 year old flushed a Capri Sun juice container down the toilet. We had our old Reem Hot Water Heater fail after 7yrs in my new home. I shopped around via Angie's List and had a lot of plumbers come out and quote me insane prices and unnecessary work to replace this broken water heater. Some mention to update to install a Tankless Hot Water heater but their prices were outrageous.

I finally spoke to Rich from Streamline Plumbing who was very friendly quoted me a decent fair and honest price for a Navien Tankless Hot Water Heater. I had concerns and questions as I never used a Tankless Hot Water Heater. There was no unnecessary upsells or changes to my existing setup to install this new Tankless Hot Water heater. Rich was able to answer our questions and talked about all the benefits to move to this new technology.

Rich showed up on time and ready to go on Friday morning and within 4 hours we were back in business with Hot Water in our home. There is no change to our water pressure and the hot water is on demand. I can't wait to see how much we will save on gas! The maintenance on the Navien Tankless Hot Water Heater seems a lot less than the old one and these devices have up to 15 to 20 year life! If was to fail it shouldn't flood my home like previous tank hot water heaters have in the past!

He also replaced a shower handle while he was onsite that had had failed the same day the hot water heater did. This working so much better now!

Now with everything working properly again we are so happy we went with Rich and Streamline Plumbing! Thanks Rich for all your help and for being a stand up no nonsense business with fair prices!! Professional, Courteous, and Trustworthy! He will be our plumber for life moving forward!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND STREAMLINE PLUMBING! Rich was very quick to get back to me when I reached out about our master shower head leaking! We tried a new shower head first before calling Streamline, but that didn’t solve the issue. I showed Rich a video of the leak, and he was quick to send out his employee Jason to assess the situation. Jason found the leak, and replaced the faucet that turns on the shower causing the leak (but first, went to 3 different stores to find the piece for us!!) and it was fixed very quickly. We appreciated him going the distance to get this faucet for us. Thank you Streamline Plumbing for attending in such a quick and professional manner! 10/10

Rich is so easy to work with. He gave me a quote almost immediately when my water heater broke in the winter. From about 10 different companies, who wanted to come and charge me money for the quote, Streamline Plumbing was the fastest and easiest to work with. And the quote was free! The price was very reasonable and he provided all the details promptly. At that time, we were able to fix it ourselves. In a half a year, it broke again and we just decided to replace it. I reached out to Streamline Plumbing right away and Rich was super fast and courteous. The quote was given very fast, all I had to do is send a few pics of my heater. Needed to replace my washer valves before I installed a new washer. Contacted Rich and he was able to get me on their schedule for the next day. Jason came to our home and replaced the valves. He was very professional and did a great job. He was even able to go down the street to replace my sons bath tub cartridges. It is hard to find a reliable plumbing service. UPDATE…after they installed my water heater I asked Jason about the sound of water running in my walls that I hear for a month or so. Jason immediately said it might be a slab leak in the pipes going into the foundation! Freaked me out! Rich told me about a company called Leak Detector. This all happened on a Friday and on Monday Alex from Leak Detector came out and within 30 minutes found the exact area where the leak was occurring. Thank goodness it wasn’t on the walls, just going into the foundation. Insurance wouldn’t cover this leak but fortunately Rich sent Jason back and after cutting away the wall he found the area.

Rich gave me 3 options. I chose the least damage to my home which also happened to be the best price! I now have hot water which I didn’t have when the leak was occurring. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Streamline Plumbing for their excellent work, timeliness, honesty, follow-thru but more important, I have new friends! They are my plumbers for life!

1 more thing…a week after they finished repairs to the lines, Rich contacted me to make sure all was well! I assured him that everything was working as it should be! Thank you Rich and Jason at Streamline Plumbing!

Had a leak in the faucet I was troubleshooting for a couple days so I called Streamline to see if they could swing by and check it out. Rich was pretty awesome in taking my call and troubleshooting via text message and pictures of the faucet. He was able to validate the issue, check for replacement parts and schedule a time to come by the house on THE SAME DAY!

I was extremely pleased working with Rich from Streamline Plumbing. I needed a bathtub spout replaced on very short notice. Streamline responded to my inquiry very quickly and did the work very professionally, quickly, and cleanly. In the process, the technician discovered another problem I was not aware of - a broken shower valve assembly that also needed to be replaced. After a lot of time researching for a new and reliable plumber, I found Streamline Plumbing AZ. Their reviews are what let me to move forward with them...and they are all accurate! Our 2 year old Rheem water heater had a faulty valve, and I needed someone to install the new one for us. Rich was SUPER quick to respond back to me. He couldn't take my call on a Saturday morning because he was just finishing up a job, so I sent him a text. Within 10 minutes, I received a text back and we set up a tentative date for him to come out and fix our issue. We just moved into a new home and wanted to add an RO system since the home had no water treatment. Richard was able to come the next morning and explain the best system for us that wouldn't be overkill for our small place. We are extremely happy with Rich and the entire process. We spoke with him after having a flood in our garage from our failed tank water heater. He called immediately, was incredibly patient with all of our questions, and made room in his schedule to come the next morning to install a tankless water heater. Rich from Streamline was amazing! From the initial contact for finding out the cost, timeline, etc. to getting the job done, it was great. I very much appreciate getting a total cost prior to him coming. I knew exactly the model of the h2o heater, and that it was a basic install - so no need to have to come and 'take a look' like the other companies. He was able to give me a quote via text, as well as setup the appointment. His schedule allowed him to come early, and he texted first to see if it was ok. I wanted to give a shout out to Rich the owner of Streamline Plumbing. I heard a sound coming from the laundry room and wasn’t sure if it was a dripping or banging sound. Rich came out and assessed it. Besides being very personable and punctual Rich was efficient, professional and thoroughly cleaned up after my service call. If your looking for a reliable, reasonably priced plumbing service I highly recommend Rich.

Wow! We had a great experience. We had our hot water heater replaced before it went completely out. We received a quote, Richard was super communicative via text (my choice since I was working), was able to get us in the next day! Morning of, got a text confirming time and arrived promptly. Richard is professional and very knowledgeable and answered a few additional plumbing questions. He’s very nice, cleaned up which was barely anything on the ground. We would 100% use Streamline Plumbing again.

I was looking to have someone move my sewer clean out backwards so it will not be sticking out after my landscape is installed. I found Streamline Plumbing AZ on go Gilbert. Reached out and they were very responsive, friendly and professional. They came out that day to look at it and give me a quote. 3 days later the job is complete! Very happy with how it turned out.

Rich was quick to respond to my inquiry for water heater and RO maintenance and quoted me a fair price. I was able to get an appointment quickly, he checked in prior to coming with his ETA, and he performed the maintenance efficiently. He was very nice and gave me updates on how my equipment was working and tips on when my next service will be needed. I will be using him again for future maintenance or plumbing repairs!

If i could give them a '6' I would! Waterheater failed, and we did not find out till around noon on a Friday! Obvilously, they are scheduled out for the day with a weekend looming, but the discomfort of a weekend with no hot water prompted me to call anyway. Fortunately, they were able to get me scheduled in midafternoon with a new Bradford White waterheater install and I'm back in business by the end of the day. Thank you, Jason for a great job!

Best experience I have ever had with home repairs ! I sent a couple of pictures of the problem so they could get an idea of what was wrong.. They quoted a price over the phone and stuck to that price even after it was revealed there would be a bit more involved in the installation. We did everything by text ! I never had to get on the phone ! They were on time and on task. Extremely professional and the representative that came to do the install was very kind and very polite. I hope I never need more work done but if I do I won't use anyone other than Streamline Plumbing ! They are the best in the business !

I've used Streamline several times now. They are very responsive and I really appreciate the communication I get. I know when to expect them and what they are doing throughout the job.
This time was a simple water system service, but I still got the same level of professionalism I've come to know from Streamline. They are at my house when they say they are going to be and realistic about what it will cost and how long it will take.
I highly recommend Streamline.

I don't even know how to begin to thank Streamline Plumbing for the unbelievably quick response to a leaking hot water tank. From providing me a quote on Sunday the 25th, to me reaching out the following day after work, Rich was at my house that very same evening with the new water heater.

Upon his arrival Rich was not sure if he would be able to install a tankless water heater due to the difficulty of the layout of my two-story home. But
Rich was determined to find a way to make the installation possible and we looked into every available option. He ended up spending his entire evening/night- up till 10pm working tirelessly in the hot and humid garage to ensure I had hot water.

Streamline Plumbing offers fair pricing, extremely prompt service, exceptional professionalism and great customer service. Rich went well beyond any expectations I had. He was even kind enough to change a lightbulb on the ceiling of my front porch.

When Streamline Plumbing says they want to be your plumber for life, they aren't kidding. These guys are great! They're on time, give accurate quotes, get the job done right and have a great attitude. We had them install our whole house softener and filtration system and the install went in without a hitch. I guess Streamline is now my plumber for life...

We were out of town last week and arrived home late Saturday night/early Sunday morning to find a pool of water on the floor of the garage. The next morning, after putting towels down to absorb the water the night before, the pool had spread dangerously close to treasured boxes of family heirlooms. We were in a panic trying to figure out not only how to stop the water from destroying priceless memories, but also how we might get in touch with a plumber on a Sunday (and on a holiday weekend to boot). We reached out to Rich after reading great reviews on the Nextdoor app, and he responded almost immediately to set an appointment for the next morning at 10:30. We were extremely relieved and grateful already since the leak continued to worsen exponentially throughout Sunday, but he went above and beyond by rearranging things to move our appointment to as early as possible Monday morning. He and his associate Dylan showed up and immediately got to work, diagnosed the problem, and remedied it. He was extremely knowledgeable and assured us, in a time of crisis, that he would take great care of us (and he did). As transplants from the Midwest ourselves, it was clear that he embodies that Midwestern work ethic and pride in one’s work that lets you know you’re in the best of hands. Thank you Rich and Dylan for putting our minds at ease and taking such good care of us!

Streamline has been nothing but great. I had an unexpected leak in my back yard. They were great with communication and worked with my work schedule. They even were able to get us in sooner due to how long we had our leak. When their employee Jason came out he was very professional, explained and showed me the work, and was very efficient. Again thank you for your services, would recommend.
