My garbage disposal was leaking. I thought I needed a new one. I called Spencer to replace it. He was on time, even text me with his ETA. It turned out I didn't need a new disposal, it was just the top ring. Spencer made less money in replacing the part but was very honest about it. He sent me a text two days later making sure the part took care of the problem. It's hard these days to find people who take pride in their work. I found Spencer on Craigslist very early one Saturday morning in hopes of getting a new garbage disposal. He responded by phone ASAP, and had a great price for a new disposal with installation. He provided an appointment time and arrived exactly on time. Spencer inspected the jammed disposal, and began his work to remove the old one. During the process he discovered a few imperfections and warn parts from the original installation. He made a trip to get the proper parts to complete the installation. Through the installation he provided explanations for the new parts he was replacing. He was thorough in testing the installations for leaks to ensure his work was performed to the highest standards. He didn't charge me anything extra for the unanticipated parts and time, and left it up to me if i wanted to reimburse for the extra parts. I was happy to do so. I was so impressed with his great customer service, and eagerness to solve all issues he discovered in the process. He truly is the model of what customer service should be today! I would strongly recommend Spencer. I needed a service to replace Garbage disposal and he was available first thing in morning. He is so honest that he cleaned it as it was stuck with something and made it work again. He charged bare minimum service fee instead of replacing a new one.
