They were responsive and efficient with their communication. They were on time, and made sure the job was done on same day, even though they had to go and purchase parts. They were also competitively priced, cheaper than others. Very happy with their service. After the job, they explained what leaks I should check for over the next 24/48 hrs, and reach out to them if there were problems.

Tim hung TV on wall in just an hour. Good price and great service. Highly recommended!

Really this company’s one hassle

Tim did a fantastic job taking apart my queen bed, moving it and then setting up my new King bed. He's a super nice guy, was on-time and professional. Highly recommend! A+!

All the stars! Tim did an excellent job mounting a mirror for us, and even offered to do a couple more things to maximize his time and the cost of the service call. He was quick, tidy, precise and polite. It's rare to find service people who are as professional and responsive as they are kind, and that's Tim!

I had Tim Golden Hands replace two toilets with new ones and they did an excellent job. They worked quickly and diligently, asking me to inspect the work as they proceeded to ensure it was looking and functioning as expected. They also discovered that in one of our bathrooms, the plate on the drain had been previously installed incorrectly. It turns out that this was likely the cause of some toilet leaks that have been popping up. A plumber that had come in before to deal with the leak just replaced the wax ring without looking at the underlying cause of the problem. Tim Golden Hands were able to fix the issue as part of their installation (and even kept to the original price estimate despite this extra, unexpected work), saving a lot of future headaches. After they were done, they cleaned up everything and left our apartment in good shape with two professionally installed toilets. I would recommend Tim Golden Hands without hesitation.

While the team was very professional and had good communication in setting up the appointment, the shower handle in my guest bath I asked to be fixed only worked about 4 times and then stopped working again (6 weeks after the appointment).

I canceled an appointment in less than 2 hrs of making it. I was informed that i wont be getting my deposit back. This is so u professional. Anyone who takes a deposit does so to make sure ones time is not wasted. I dont believe I did that.

In my opinion be very careful with ppl who are just out to rob you blind. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS. Chances are they ll rob you blind.

Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!

Initially, the price for the service was stated as reasonable. However, when I received the invoice for the service, it fell below my expectations and left me shocked. If you wish to avoid unnecessary stress, it may be advisable to seek assistance from another company. I suspect that they may have purchased fake reviews.

My closet shelf and brackets collapsed over the Christmas Holiday, and I called Tim to see how quickly he could come over to install new brackets. I contact them at 5pm on a Tuesday, and Tim was at my apartment by 9am the next day. Fixed my problem within an hour, was courteous and did an excellent job. And the price was completely reasonable! Would highly recommend! Thanks Tim!

These guys are useless. They will only take easy jobs. I hired them to have something installed, they couldn't do it and just canceled the job instead of figuring it out. If the job was easy I would just do it myself. Don't give them your business, find somebody else.

When I moved from New Jersey, I left the apartment keys with this company. They took the money, but did not put the apartment in order. When I demanded the money back, they began to insult me ​​and blocked my phone number.

They did an excellent job installing 2 ceiling fans for me. I will definitely use them again

Tim was absolutely amazing!! He arrived when he said he would and was meticulous in his work. He double checked with me before each project to make sure I liked the position of the paintings/mirror/shelves and took his time. He was friendly, fairly priced, and cared about the project. I wanted to hang 4 pieces of art that I loved (of all different sizes ) in my dining room and he gave me great suggestions on different ways to do it, and the result was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Tim Golden Hands did a great job in getting a broken air conditioner out of our window, even helping me carry the bulky unit to the garage for storage, although that wasn't part of the original job. Very responsive and a reasonable rate.

We received same day service and a 30 day warranty. Would highly recommend Tim!
