Called them in a panic after the shut-off valve to the toilet burst off the line. They were super calm, professional and got to us quickly! Highly recommend their services and will certainly use their services again if my husband decided to start touching stuff

First time they sent one person to unclog the kitchen sink drain Jan 28. He tried to clear it from the roof top, and the water appeared to drain properly. I told him to look at underneath the sink and see if he can clear it from that side too. He said that's not his expertise. However, the water started backing up within 1-2 days. I informed the owner about the issue, and he said they will send a crew again and charge by min as job continuation.
Second time, two men crew came on Feb 08, and tried to clear it again from the roof top. Again I explained they need to clean it from underneath the sink. They explained that it doesn't work that way and some times the metal iron pipes rust and could burst! The water drained well briefly, but clogged again within 24 hrs. It was a mess for the last 3.5 weeks.
I lost trust that any new guy I call will tell me stories and goes about doing the same thing. After spending $436 on two failed jobs, and more than a month of mess, finally I rented plumber snake from Home Depot today, and cleared the clog from underneath the sink within 40 min. Totally disappointed and will never recommend Classic Plumbing.

Riley fixed all my plumbing issues with friendly and respectful service. I will definitely be asking for him next time. We have used Classic plumbing for over 20 years and have always been pleased.
Just recently, our main sewer drain was clogged between the house and street. Classic's employee Malik arrived in less than two hours. He was courteous, well-spoken, and did the job quickly. I first used Classic around 8-9 years ago when I needed a new hot water heater. Since then I've used them 5-6 times for traditional plumbing repairs and upgrading builder-grade water valves, etc. Their guys are fast and efficient, and usually get the job done in less than an hour.

Leaky water shut-off outside in flower bed. Malik McClemore at Classic Plumbing did an outstanding job on a difficult and dirty job. He was professional, courteous and really knew his stuff. Now everything is fixed and NO LEAKING!
Malik even returned the next morning to put some extra finishing touches on things. He went way above and way beyond to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction.
I'll be using Classic Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future!

I needed two RPZ valves installed in a new shop and Bill was sent over to do the work. Besides being courteous and bright, he took the time to outline all of the work that needed to be done. This was no easy task but Bill handled it methodically, meticulously, and expediently. The price was fair and in the future I will always call Classic for my work. This is one professional plumbing service.

Riley brought his 100 ft long Spartan electric drain cleaning machine to my residence and solved my problem. But not without trouble that required extra work and diagnosis. From his call 5-20 minutes before showing up I was favorably impressed with Riley because of the respectfulness of his phone and upon his personal greeting when arriving. At 76 years it is rare to hear the work Sir, not just once or twice but often and I believe sincere. Riley was not put off by me looking over his shoulder. I learned a lot about unplugging stopped sewage lines from observation as well as conversation as I asked him questions about his work. Once Riley had run the cable all the way in and out he flooded that drain line with water and observed water rising in the commode drain. So Riley went back outside and moved the Spartan a foot or so closer to the cleanup and ran the cable/cutter in full length again. When it was fully inserted he back then backed the cable in and out many times about a foot, also moving he Spartan back and forth so as to grab whatever trash and hardened mud he possibly could to break it loose. After doing the best he could and with the thought in mind that it might be necessary to send for another machine that could be piggy backed to the first Spartan, he went back inside and turned on all the hot water he could from two showers and two vanity sinks that discharge into this primary sewage line. That did the job. For 20-30 minutes after Riley left I kept the hot water running and the drain continued to operate without stopping up again. Riley had to put extra physical effort into the job also. I was at first concerned that he might hurt himself because of the size and weight of the Spartan. But he has learned to man handle the machine from previous use and with leverage he unloaded and reloaded the machine by himself without any assistance. My blessings upon Riley for such a good job and to Classic for employing and training an excellent worker. I will call for Riley when I have other work. Ronnie McGinnis

Riley came out to our house after an initial visit when there was some follow up work that needed to be done. He was super friendly and went the extra mile, spending time checking all faucets, washer, toilets nearby where the issue was so he could be extra sure the job was done right. Can't recommend them enough and especially Riley!
Had a leak. They were quick to send someone out. Talking to Jeff as he was working I asked if this solution was a temporary fix and he was quick to come back with “No, no. We don’t rig things. This will be fixed right. We stand behind our work.” Price at the end of the job was very fair. Will use them again in the future.

I called Classic Plumbing based on reviews on Next Door. I was told someone would be out the following day by 10:00 am. The plumber showed up at 3:00 pm only to tell me that it was too late to do any work and would return the following day. Once they started the work went quickly. I was charged $4,210.00 for a new gas line as they could not detect where the leak was coming from. I have since found out that at the high end $2,800.00 is the cost for a new gas line in the DFW area. The plumber sent out was helpful, courteous, and professional.

Very poor customer service and no follow-up! You should not answer the phones after hours if you don't have a system in place to follow-up the next business day. I've been waiting all day for someone to call me about my appointment to come out only to call you and realize you forgot to call me and my 5 minute conversation with the owner Friday night slipped thru the cracks because he forgot! When I did finally call you, I find out you can't come out for a week! If I could wait a week, I wouldn't have called you at 10:00 pm on a Friday night.

I have happily been using Classic Plumbing since the 80's and had them out again today to clear a clogged line. They sent a kid :-) named Riley who unquestionably is the most conscientious and well mannered worker that anyone has sent to my home/s from any type of maintenance service. I am 72, so that represents about a zillion service personnel over the years. He not only cleared the leak in a timely manner, but cleaned up everything and helped me move my item back to where they belong. Classic Plumbing needs to give him a raise as he represents one of their better advertisements.

We've used Classic Plumbing for several years. They are absolutely reliable, thorough, and fairly priced. When we call them we know our problem is on the fast track to being resolved. Yesterday we had a leak in our yard, and as always, it was taken care of to our complete satisfaction.

Rest easy knowing you're in good hands with Classic Plumbing. We had a water leak we couldn't find the source of and called their office fearing we had a slab leak. After walking them through our issue, they stated it wasn't likely that bad and they'd get right out (which they did). They called 30 minutes ahead to verify we'd be there, and within 5 minutes of checking everything out found our culprit with minimal invasiveness. Our technician walked us through the problem and what he did to rectify it, and they were true to their price from the quote. Quick, clean, professional and very personable. I hope I don't have to use them again, but as a homeowner that knows all too well things break when you least expect I'll have them on speed dial. I highly recommend you do the same!

Fast and friendly service! We called for a plumber to come out and they were able to accommodate our limited window of availability (12-1). Unprofessional and overpriced.
We had a backed up toilet leaking from the base. Plumber showed up on time and started testing the leak noting that the pipes were backed up. I told him I recently replaced the toilet seal and the flange had broken off. He runs a snake from the street to our bathroom, runs a snake from our roof twice, and runs a snake from the toilet itself. Tracks toilet water through our house after testing it and uses our towels to sop it up.
He spends one hour and fourty-five minutes doing all this and finally says, I am going to have to come back another day. But I will have to charge you for my time. He starts getting apologetic and explaining that he does not know what is wrong. He thinks its a soft stoppage, but is not sure. He also notes that he's not charging me for getting up on the roof. Really?! Do they charge for roof time? I pay my $245 and I call and complain. The person on the phone just gives me lip service, says he will call back but does not. No resolution there. I finally got a call on the date of the followup and the dispatcher says he thought they resolved the issue.
With no resolution and no ability to tell what is wrong, ie, no progress. I don't feel I should have been charged.
I told them not to come back. I will call someone else. It was a bad experience.

I have been looking for contractors for a remodel job which includes a newer digital thermostat and control system. I received this referral from a friend/ realtor, and they had good reviews here on google. I called them and they let me know that just to give a quote was $170. I confirmed that this was their hourly rate and that if we moved forward that it would be applied to the work (answer-yes). I also confirmed that they had installed similar systems. This is the first contractor I have come across that has charged for a quote, and although that felt like a red flag, I proceeded, since they were a referral.
The gentleman did show on time, however made comments upon arrival about having to You-Tube how these systems worked. Then he said we got the wrong hardware (despite us working directly with several Kohler sales reps and them ensuring the order was what was needed previously). Then he called the office and talked and then said that yes we had what we needed. I gave him a detailed parts list. Then we closed out, paid our $170 and waited on our quote.
Despite confirming the hourly rate prior to their arrival, the quote that we received ($9000) was absolutely exorbitant and if broken down just as labor, would have been about 53 hours. We have done a full remodel of our house over the past 12 months, including 3 other bathrooms. I do have a gut check on the cost of flex PVC and pricing of materials. I expected this plumbing quote to come in much higher than our other jobs due to the digital system, but the price they gave either was a judgement on how much they thought they could get from us OR it was high enough they knew they wouldn't have to do the job and could justify their consultation fee. I would certainly not say they are competitive or fair market value.
I did send an email back on the quote to get more detail 2 days ago, and to politely explain that we were clearly not on the same page with how their pricing works as the quote did not follow the initial pricing discussions.
I also gave them a call today after not receiving a response to my email, and feeling even more frustrated and quite frankly misled and taken advantage of. They did refuse to refund any of the consult fee, and the purpose of this review to is to ensure others know exactly how they run this business. It's a good rule not to pay for quotes, and really I knew better, I just thought since a friend of a friend referred them, I would take a chance, especially because I have a construction timeline to keep to.
Riley did an excellent job and I highly recommend him because he knows what he is talking about and is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and works timely to get it done.

We had water coming out of the bottom of one toilet because another one got backed up. Needed to get water to stop so paid for them to come after hours. The guy was nice but charged me the wrong amount and came back after he left to charge me an extra $100 because he forgot? Also got a 40 dollar charge on top of labor to climb on the roof and fix the issue we called them for.
He said he fixed it and it worked for maybe 2 flushes- went to check on the toilet that was leaking and there was already on the floor already. Called them back because it was obviously not fully fixed and they refused to cover it or admit their fault. NOT WORTH IT- do not give them your money
Very pleased with the service, we called late in the afternoon (after 4:00) and they were out first thing the next morning and cleared our main sewer line. Work was done quickly and everything is back to normal.

The response time is what impressed me the most. I had called two companies before calling them this morning and within 1 hour, the first tech was here. Once he explained to me what the issue was (and showed me), he explained another tech would be by and bring the part needed. He was very nice. As within another hour, the second tech came in and fixed it. Will most definitely use them again if needed, and refer them to anyone I know who does.

First plumber with other company had to breakout the concrete to fix a leak. Well on reinstall the standing pipe was at a angle which made the toilet uneven. After endless calls trying to get orginal plumber out i gave up and called Classic Plumbing.
They thought they had to rip everything out and start over. Luckily they were able to make something work. Toilet is installed and level.
The guy that came out was young looking but was very smart, and had good energy.
Best part about Classic Plumbing was the communication. Called up, they explained how rates work, got appointment next day, they called 15mins ahead of appointment. The plumber communicated very well through out the work.

We were not pleased with their service. The plumber sent was asked to clear a clogged drain and we ended up with a cracked pipe and a huge leak in our kitchen. $700 later with another company, with new sheet rock and painting to go, we believe we will be out of $1000 in the end. We will not recommend this company.

Communication doesn't exist. Booked one week ahead and never got any confirmation before or on the day of the appointment, I had to call in on the day we scheduled to make sure they will show up.
Work quality is mediocre, destroyed surrounding brick wall to replace the faucet, told me will come back next Friday to fix it and they never bothered to show up on that Friday nor did they call to reschedule.
Price seems reasonable on paper ($190/hour), except the gentlemen came to my house spent the first hour talking on his phone but charged me the time anyway for it. I expect them to have basic work ethics so I was in my garage doing my own thing but ended up being taken advantage of. Glad I have ring camera captured the whole thing.

While wrapping an outdoor spigot in preparation for freezing temperatures I needed to remove a hose that had been left on the spigot. As it was stuck, I used a wrench to remove; however, as the hose was so stuck and the spigot so old the spigot broke off the side of the house. You can imagine my concern when late in the afternoon on Saturday, with darkness and freezing temperatures about to set in, I was standing there with water pouring out of the side of the house and me covered in water. I couldn't figure out how to shut off the water at the street and didn't want to make things worse by accidentally causing damage to that pipe.
I called a plumber I'd used many times in the past but could not reach anyone. I quickly searched online and thank God for Classic Plumbing being the first search result. I called and a friendly voice answered, I explained the emergency, that water was pouring out of the house and temperatures were about to go below freezing. He let me know a tech was just finishing up and would be on the way. The tech arrived quickly and turned off the water at the street. He explained the different options. He advised it would be best to cap the broken pipe immediately and then come back to complete the job during the week as it would be much more cost effective. I appreciated his honesty and transparency. He got the cap done quickly. He was friendly, professional and genuinely concerned (as was the person who took the original call). I look forward to the final work being completed when temperatures warm up and recommend Classic Plumbing.
As this was all happening, I was in prayer to God for good to come out of this situation. It certainly did as once all is complete the new water spigot will be better than the old one, I got to meet two new people and got to spend some time with my brother-in-law who came over to help me drain the water away from the side of the house. I'm certainly not saying that Classic Plumbing is the only good plumber in the area but I thank God for bringing them to me at this time, as they were the right plumber at the right time.

Had Classic come out after another plumbing company said that my house did not have clean out so he would have to pull my toilet to clean out my drain line and charge me $600. When Classic came out it did not take very long for them to find the clean outs and clean my lines for under $200. Very good trustworthy & professional service.

I had situation in the downstairs bathroom with water bubbling up through the bolt holes that hold the toilet to the floor. I called classic in a panic and dispatch was very calm, (like a 911 dispatcher), which calmed
Me down. They were able to in very short order to diagnose the problem. The technician, Ricky, was very professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He was very methodical leaving no stone unturned until he was satisfied he knew what was happening. He detailed his plan of plan of action double checked everything and within minutes the problem was solved! He did a great clean up and made sure I was satisfied. Very respectful young man and a great asset to the classic team. I will be a customer for life!

Awesome and honest people. Called Tuesday night and got clear pricing and a time frame to complete the work. Called back Wednesday and once again was met by a nice and honest person who scheduled an easy appointment (even warned me about overtime hours after 4pm when most would've let me find out when it was time to pay). Plumber was Alex, super helpful and fixed my issue in 15min. Went so far as to even look at my hot water heater and give me fair pricing and honest feed back about what to look/listen for. They have my business from here on out, period.
Update- had Ken out last week to install a new water heater and hook up a new bathroom vanity & faucet. Ken was here before 8 ready to work and had eveything complete by 12. Amazing service yet again. The City of Plano came out today for the inspection and said they shouldn't even have to inspect the work of Classic Plumbing because it's the best in the area.

My water heater died. It was 18 years old. I was not interested in trying to revive it. Classic Plumbing was recommended by my nephew who is a general contractor, but doesn't live in this area anymore. I called Classic at 8 AM and told them I needed a new water heater and Riley, the plumber was here that afternoon to remove the old and install the new. No glitches. I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Riley showed me the safety features and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My nephew assured me that what they charged me was definitely a reasonable fee. I am very happy with my experience with Classic Plumbing. I will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.
Ken was great! Cleared a hair monster in the bathtub drain & reset the wobbly toilet that was replaced a couple of years ago by a remodeler (who was a good carpenter, but NOT a plumber). Called Classic because they've been recommended in our neighborhood many times on Nextdoor.

I called and asked for an estimate for replacing a water heater and they wanted 3000!!!! That’s robbery at its finest. I even had the replacement water heater at my house.

Our experience with Robert at our home was exemplary. We called the morning of New Years Eve because we had 4 clogged drains. Robert arrived early, assessed all the issues and quickly resolved every problem. We can’t speak highly enough about Robert’s professionalism and his efforts to solve difficult drainage problems in a timely manner. Having met the owner's Son (Dillon) a few months prior, I had a plumbing situation arise that needed professional attention. I called on a Friday afternoon, and the first available appointment was Tuesday. I confirmed the appointment.
I received a phone call on Tuesday informing me that the gentleman would arrive in 15 minutes. Once the plumber arrived, I showed him the two problems: 1 - Replace Moen valve cartridge (guest bathroom) 2 - Replace Moen valve cartridge in Master shower. A straightforward repair that some people might even opt to do themselves.
Starting with the guest bathroom, the gentleman could not get the cartridge released from the valve. The supplied removal tool broke because the cartridge was seized in the valve. After working at it for 45 minutes the gentleman called one of the other plumbers (who happened to be nearby) to stop over and attempt to break the cartridge loose. He was successful after about 15 minutes, allowing the original plumber to put a new valve cartridge in. While the original plumber was completing the guest bathroom, the second plumber started on the Master shower valve. That valve was also seized, but after (roughly 30 minutes) he was able to remove it. After replacing the cartridge, he cleaned up the area. They turned on the main water and tested their work. A few little adjustments later, both problems were completed and solved.
In reality, the entire job start to finish was roughly 2 1/2 hours.
I was presented with the total cost via an iPad screen, and it was $626.58. This was a very costly repair. I was not presented an invoice or a cost breakdown. I was told that the paid invoice was going to be emailed (which was not possible - since, they did not have my email address) or physically mailed to the house.
Long story short, I paid the bill and have not received a copy of the final PAID invoice.
I am not sure the cost breakdown but, each cartridge (retail) goes for $50 - $60 as long as it is OEM parts. So, $120 in parts and $506.58 for labor (obviously, there is some tax that can be subtracted, let's say $40.) So, what is the labor cost per hour, guessing, $186 (give or take a little).
At the end of the day the problem was repaired, the gentlemen cleaned up after themselves, and it was pleasant.
However, the cost of the repair was a bit higher than I anticipated. I never saw or received a copy of the invoice, and I had budgeted/anticipated $400-$450 (maximum) for this type of repair.
My advice, when scheduling a repair service, make sure you understand what the company anticipates the repair costs are, ahead of making the confirmed appointment. Also, only pay a bill that has been itemized, and require a physical receipt left behind at the end of the transaction.
We have used Classic Plumbing for 2 homes that we own. Ken is the best and knows his business. He literally saved us $4000 in repairs.

we called Classic out for an estimate on a new water heater. The man that came out looked around for maybe 10-15 min, gave us a brief estimate and then charged us $140 for a service call...for an estimate. I know it was my fault for not asking if they charged anything for an estimate only, but I was just kind of taken back. We have never been charged for an estimate, and I was shocked that it was so much. Maybe $50? but $140??! To be fair, they did say it would be credited back if we used their services.
Malik from Classic Plumbing did a good job for a fair price. He unclogged one sink and stopped a faucet from leaking.

They did not repair a leak....understood ---my house is old and they couldn't repair it, I get that.
First, I had to call THEM to find out there was a delay, after waiting 3 hours. Then, they were an hour late. It took Malik, the repair man, merely 15 minutes total to realize that it was not repairable. He was very professional throughout, and explained it would be $140. I understand that it cost them to come out and diagnose, but nothing was solved, and it did not take an hour ($140/hour).
I called and talked to Alex to discuss this. He said 140.00 is the minimum charge...period. I understand that, but I lost 3+ hours of MY WORK to wait, and requested a fee adjustment.
NO.
In hopes of their possible future service, asking again, he replied, Sir, we have been in business for 30 years and the lack of your future business will not affect us at all. Enough said.

Accommodating and fast! Came in at 6 am on a Saturday morning to help keep our facility running! Highly recommend.
I had a mainline clog that despite my best efforts I was unable to clear. I called Classic on a Saturday at 6 and my technician, Gareth, was to my house by 7. He was incredibly fast and very mindful that I was paying weekend rates and worked very efficiently to get the clog cleared. He checked every toilet inside to find the issue, cleared the clog through the main, and took the time to go back through and run all the toilets and drains to make sure things were good. Even while moving quickly from task to task, he took the time to explain things to me that helped me understand both what he was doing and looking for and to better be able to manage issues like this in the future. He also shared some key tips to diagnose problems. This is my second time to use classic (previously used for a gas leak at my outside meter) and I’ll definitely use them again. Simple hourly rate pricing let’s you know what you’re getting in to and the guys have been very conscientious of working efficiently knowing the pricing is by the hour. Thanks!
Chris Hoover was our guy. He was just exceptional. Chris nailed the busted pipe arising from the Texas deep freeze and fixed it. All with a smile on his face and spring in his step. I highly recommend Classic Plumbing. Just outstanding! Outstanding!

Classic Plumbing was recommended to me by multiple people. They are fast and helpful! My service professional, Ricky, came less than 24 hours of my call at the top of my service window time and took care of my plumbing line! He didn’t try to upsale or cheat me out of unneeded services and now I’m back to using my line as intended! (He even took his shoes off to enter my home and wore a face mask the entire visit!)
Beware the bait and switch.
I called them for a water heater replacement. They said it would be $2200 on the phone. This seemed kind-of high but I said ok. When they finally arrived 6 days later, they told me it would be $500 more ($2700). I declined.
I called Michael's Plumbing Allen and they did the job the next day for $1500. I am glad I did not go with Classic Plumbing.
Riley and Sixto showed up and did a great job of fixing my yard leak!! They did a nice job of back filling the hole and even cleaned off the sidewalks when they were done!! I will definitely call Classic again whenever I need plumbing services!!!
This morning we discovered water pouring out on the garage floor from under trim wood adjacent to the water heater closet. The heater pan was dry with no signs of a leaking water heater. I called Classic Plumbing and within an hour Jeff arrived. He carefully evaluated all possible sources of the leak and after one hour of detective work and with the most minimal cosmetic damage found a pinhole leak at a solder joint in the wall behind one of the heaters. He carefully drained the pipes, and somehow like a magician was able to solder in a new section of pipe without further enlarging the hole. The care he took to prevent damage to the house and his master plumber expertise were critical in fixing this very difficult water leak.

Just want to give a shout out to Malik at Classic Plumbing, who repaired an emergency plumbing issue for me. Malik arrived at my house soon after I requested help. He was very professional and knowledgeable; answered all of my questions; and identified & fixed the problem promptly. They came out same-day and tested my plumbing. And then because there was some time left in the hour, they changed the seal around one of my toilets that was busted. Overall very impressed with the solid, honest work.

Winter Freeze outside faucets. Classic - Jeff came out this fall and I had asked them to put in freeze proof hose bibs, so I didn't have to worry about them freezing and flooding the house. He did the work quickly, avoided taking out the brick by working in the space behind the tub for the back yard hose bib. In the front he took out the old 4 valve set up which the valves didn't work as they are 40 years old and never been operated..This 4 valve setup was the code back then but now illegal without a backflow preventer on the house service. He put in two valves- a ball valve for the house and a ball valve for the hose bib on the front of the house. This was very smart as these 4 old valves were for 1)house supply2)house drain down 3) future sprinkler system -4) hose bib(faucet) on side of house. I now can easily access to shut off the house and not have to go to the meter at the street. I have used Classic Plumbing since I moved to Pitman Creek North in 1986 and can't say enough good things about their whole service business. You get what you pay for in the service business and they are professionals.

My other local guys I use don’t service mckinney anymore and they mentioned classic pluming in Plano. Not an endorsement but just mentioned them. I checked the reviews and your going to see good abs bad with any reviews but they looked good. Called and got a fair flat rate price to install new water heater. Riley came and was VERY professional and did a great job! We weren’t up to code I guess and he did a bunch of work we didn’t talk about to get us up to code I guess. Still same price I was quoted. I could not be happier with classic plumbing they will be getting ALL my plumbing work from here on. Highly recommend!!! A+++

We have used this family owned business for years. I have receipts from 2009. This business is always reliable. I have always had a good experience with the employees. They are friendly and accommodating. They shine in customer service. Today they sent Riley out. Once again very professional, friendly, took his time explaining to me the issue I was having and the solution.

Classic Plumbing was very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I was provided quotes for both the job and materials needed and asked in advance if it would be all right for them to use some of their own material rather than purchase everything from Home Depot. Their 2 plumbers arrived on time, were polite and professional, then quickly determined what was causing the leak that was coming from my bulkhead. They fixed the problem, cleaned up after themselves, replaced a couple of caulking tubes so they don't leak again (at no additional cost), and left me with a bill that was exactly as detailed in their quote. If a situation arises where I need a plumber again, I will have Classic Plumbing at the top of my list as the plumber in Plano.
They are the best the most honest and they clean they're messed up John the owner is just a great person thanks John for your help

We called this company to come in and unclog one of the drains in the house after 2 hours of work they said it's clogged and here's your receipt paid them $207 before we got handed the receipt they did not say anything about guaranteed or not guaranteed but after we got the receipt it says on it this work is not guaranteed anyways two days after that the same problem happens again but it happens to be on a Saturday we call them they sent somebody stayed there for almost 40 minutes did the same exact work the other two did in 2 hours and they charge us $285 this time I called the company to explain that this work was done two days prior they said we don't guarantee drain pluggage so within 2 days if I have the same problem and call these people they will charge again to do the same work over and over there's no work ethics.

I had a hot water heater burst in my home in Allen. I had just used Classic to fix a faucet at my business 3 days prior. I liked the service and price so called again for the hot water heater repair. Classic came out promptly and professionally just as you'd expect. Aaron did a very thorough job and was very nice to work with! Overall great experience and top notch service!
We were helped by Jonathan and Dylan. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the whole process. We called Classic Plumbing to get a second opinion on a drainage issue that was originally diagnosed as a collapsed pipe. They quickly proved that this was not the case and cleared the drain in 10 minutes. If you want to make sure you are getting an accurate and trustworthy diagnosis on an issue, I highly recommend this place.

Riley from Classic Plumbing came out to a late night issue for me in an upstairs bathroom. He was a consummate professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He laid out a game plan, took great photos, explained things very well, and was able to get a diagnosis of what turned out to be a much bigger job than I hoped (due to plumbing done prior to me living here that wasn't up to code), then came back the next day to get it all done in short order so I didn't stay on the clock needlessly for after-hours rate. Absolutely will only be using Classic Plumbing from this point on, and Riley is worth asking for by name every single time.

I have used Classic plumbing for many years and always been pleased. I had a tub or shower leak 2 years ago which resulted in water coming down the walls into a downstairs closet. Greg said he found a loose overflow gasket, checked and fixed the problem. We believed him.
2 years later the grandkids arrive and shower and bathe in the same bathroom. (No one had visited for those 2 years due to Covid) Now once again we have a flooded master closet and will need sheetrock repair and who knows what else. When I called to see if they would come check it out, I was told they didn't have a camera to look inside the wall at the back of tub and shower and to check for mold. I was also told WE ONLY WARRANTY OUR WORK FOR 30 DAYS! I will no longer recommend them to people who always ask for referrals of trusted companies.

I called this morning at 9 am when I saw water leaking and some buckling of ceramic tiles in my bathroom. I also explained that my water cut off was only the main at the street. They were more than willing to stay on phone and walk me through how to turn it off, put me on the schedule and said they would reach out to their guys to see who could get to me and when. They called me in advance. Chris showed up, and was extremely professional. He was thorough and explained all his findings. I have a leak but it’s so small

Up all your bathroom floor and find this leak, paring me thousands of dollars, but he chose to be an honest professional person and go through all the scenarios, then have me their first time customer discount! I will be using this company in the future and posting on our Nextdoor app. Cheers to an honest company that doesn’t embellish to make a buck. Because in my mind I felt i was going to spend at least a grand today but I spent under 175.00 and he fixed the fill valve thing in my toilet that was another issue!
