Recommended by a friend for my water heater replacement. Ely was quick and prompt to reply for an estimate. Arrived on time for set appointment and installed the replacement in timely manner. Ely was honest and gave fair pricing. Highly recommended to anyone needing reliable service and great customer service!

Our hot water pressure made it impossible to take a shower and run the other shower or the dishwasher at the same time. We called CastilloWorks and they came the same day, on a weekend, gave us a diagnosis and a quote in less than 15 minutes. They came back as promised and Art did an awesome job. He was organized, left everything clean and in order. They are my plumbing solution from now on.

I worked with Gregg who gave me fair priced quotes for the work done and to be done. He was very communicative and responsive with the requests. He also took a look at water pressure and saw that it's lower than it should be and that the regulator needed replacing. I'm glad I had him come to the house. And no, I am not affiliated because of my last name. They are just close to where I moved in to. But, I am glad I found a local business I can trust.

Needed a couple of things done to a house I am getting ready to sell, re-route some piping in the the garage and a new garbage disposal. Art responded on the day I called and gave me an estimate which was not out of line to my way of thinking. The next day he completed the pipe re-routing but the garbage disposal was on order. The next day at the appointed time Art came with the new disposal and installed it in short order. He also went to my home and fixed a bathroom sink faucet for no extra charge. Very satisfied with Castillo Works Plumbing.

We just moved into our new house and had a family friend install our gas dryer, unfortunately, we woke up to a house that smelled of gas. Although, the problem appeared to be a faulty part, our friend recommended we hire professionals to finish the install to make sure we were safe. I called a couple of places but decided to follow my instinct and go with Castillo. Eli was quick to respond, was available within a couple of hours and was in and out very quickly. He even noticed our broiler had an incorrect part and replaced that at no cost! We will most definitely be using Castillo Works & Eli for all our future needs!

Castillo Works Plumbing is an outstanding plumbing company that is highly service oriented. Their work result is so commendable that I will never dare ask for anyone’s service if I could help it. I recently hired Castillo Works plumbing to replace a toilet. They were prompt and professional so I later had them replace a water heater. For both jobs they did quality work. The Castillo Works team are professional and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to hire them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

We had an issue when we found mold growing on one side of our A/C unit. I sent pictures to Ely and he diagnosed it over text and we set up an appointment later in the week. He came out and trouble shot it but it seems the mold was more from all the recent rain and it not drying out instead of an mechanical issue. He did not charge us for a call as there was no work to be done, wow! Reminds me of old school customer service. This is the second time we used his company and strongly recommend him as we were satisfied the first time too!

Ely saved the day by showing up same day, with all proper PPE, and fixed my gas line issue. He was professional, communicated my options and was completely transparent with all of his work. He went out of his way to professionally fix the issue while saving my kitchen cabinets which were blocking the area that needed repair. Called Eli for an emergency repair of a leaking pipe. Eli gave me a very fair quote over the phone. Eli came out immediately. He repaired the pipe and charged 2/3 of his original quote because he got the parts for a lower price than he originally quoted me. Eli is a very honest man with fair pricing. He has done about 15-20 jobs on my primary home and rental property. Norm Alaman .

Our A/C quit working and my wife has medical issues that require A/C. Called one company who told me they could see me in two weeks! Called Castillo and they were there that afternoon, obtained the required parts and fixed the A/C the next morning. Can't ask for better service than that. Castillo on my list for such repairs.

Great communication! They showed up on time with a mask and did a full assessment of my gas line problem. They were polite and gave me all my options. Update post- project: Project turned out great! Communication throughout was excellent and all of my annoying questions were answered. They ended up being able to reroute my entire gas line around my house with all new piping (as requested), as well as add a water spicket out front, and change the garage disposal tube which was too long. The owner, Eli, is also super knowledgeable about all things home (not just plumbing). As a new hone owner, he gave me some other great pointers, including somethings to make my home more safe and some things to look out for.

All of the employees who came to work at my home were respectful, Covid safe, and did excellent work! They had to open up my wall and go through my cabinets and their repair work was top notch. I’ll definitely be hiring them again! Thanks guys!

They were able to come out same-day to replace a leaking hot water hose on our water heater. They wore a face covering just like is currently required and were fast and professional. We paid $120 by check and got an invoice and a 4-year parts and labor warranty. A+ service!

I called Castillo Plumbing Works around 8 am for a simple plumbing issue (noisy pipes) and asked about their availability. Surprisingly, they said they could be at my house by 9am. Instead of getting the original problem done, I decided to replace my 10 year old water heater last minute. They were professional, friendly and competitively priced. I would definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.

Our AC went out. Another contractor said we needed a completely new system. Castillo came and in replaced some stuff and fixed the problem within a few hours. These guys are trustworthy and hard working. They're legit. I would recommend and use them again.

UPDATE: 6 STARS! Had an emergency at home during the city-wide quarantine. I gave Ely a text and he let me know how to fix my problem. Everything got fixed before the flooding caused any more damage.

Ely is the best! We found his business when the main pipe in our yard broke (ruining the front yard). He came out right away and did such a good job that we used his business again when we decided to install a whole-house filter and a reverse osmosis filter under our sink.
With our next project (air duct cleaning), he'll be getting a call from us soon!
