I LOVE Copper Country Plumbing! I woke up early on a Saturday (New Years Eve no less) to discover we had no water in the house and a broken pipe outside. I called a few companies and either received no answer or was told they either wouldn't service my area (I live near Florence) that they wouldn't be able to come out for a few days, or that they would charge an exorbitant fee to come out. I saw that Copper Country Plumbing is Veteran Owned and Operated so I gave them a call. I will call them first from now on. They told me they would immediately come my way and showed up within 60 minutes. They excavated the dirt properly diagnosed and showed me the problem and gave me a fair quote within 10 minutes of arrival. (didn't gouge me in spite of the holiday and weekend like others tried to do) They had water restored to my home, precautions in place to prevent future damage, and all dirt replaced within 60 minutes. They were polite, interactive, informative, but most importantly EFFECTIVE. I highly trust and recommend using them for all of your plumbing needs. I love supporting my fellow Veterans and hope that you will consider them for your plumbing needs. I know you will be happy with the care, service and most importantly the RESULTS you will receive! We hired Mike with Honey Do Plumbing to run some new plumbing lines for our sink. They were on time, responsive, very reasonably priced, and did an excellent job! They also cleaned up their mess and were open to our input

Legacy Plumbing is a reliable and professional company that I have used several times. Johnny explains everything, is very knowledgeable, and puts on blue booties every time he comes into my house. I bought the Gold Plan to have an annual inspection. Someone called me before the plan expired to schedule an appointment which was very honest. I would have forgotten. This company provides excellent customer service which is becoming rare these days.

These guys repaired a refrigerator/ ice box valve for us, and hooked up the refrigerator. They helped us out by coming on an urgent basis, and were extremely professional. Affordable, too. Super happy!

We Access Services Group to install a warranty part on our hot water heater. We payed about $85 on our debit card and the plumber finished in about 10 minutes. It was good, work was done no problem. Then a few weeks later we got an invoice for $318.03 with a different work order day and invoice number. Then today we go another random invoice for $85. The invoices have no phone number and have our name wrong... they are very sketchy.

Charlie was great at his trade. He took the time to explain why he was doing and made sure we were satisfied before he left. I like that he followed up a few days later to see how we were doing. I highly recommend 1-800-PLUMBER of Gilbert.

Do not hire this company. I hired this company this past month when my 10 year old water heater broke and needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the visibly rusty water heater, they replaced the coupler. I called to complain after my credit card was charged the next day for work I did not authorize. I was ignored and blown off by the office staff saying it was a miscommunication.

3 days later my hot water heater broke again, this time it flooded my house. I called Mountain Mechanical before regular hours explaining my situation with their after hours staff with a message for them to call me when they opened. I never received a call. I called them again the next day and asked to speak with the manager/owner about the situation of my hot water heater flooding my house after their work. I was told the manager was on a job and would call me back. No call!

This company is responsible for a flood that cost ~$8000 worth of damage to my house. First, they did not replace the water heater that needed to be replaced. Second, they did work on my hot water heater that was not authorized. Third, whatever work they did, my hot water heater seems to be what caused the hot water heater to start leaking. Fourth, they are doing nothing to make good on their mistake.

Terrible service, work quality and questionable ethics.
