Over the winter our furnace went out in our house in Montclair ., we called Tom and he came out gave us the best estimate out of 4 companies and had the heat and a new return for the ductwork done in a day . He came back today and completed the AC side of the install as scheduled before the spring as he promised . Great service and very nice guys highly recommend best company we have dealt with 15 years in Montclair

Had copper hot water leak in kitchen slab. Had a emergency response company take care of the leak. They are still working after three months.

We had used PEX piping in two previous houses. We asked about using PEX during repairs but was told it was not used in the desert. This is incorrect. Found two local plumbers as well as Creative Repipe. We used Creative Repipe since they were less than half the cost of the other plumbers. You are still responsible for fixing the drywall using most plumbers. Drywall repair and texturing is included in Creative Repipe’s cost!

Emergency response plumbers took a week to reroute two copper lines to our kitchen. After they were done running the lines, Creative Repipe came in. The took one day to replace ALL (3 baths, kitchen, deep sink) of our piping with PEX. There was minimal damage to the walls. The figured out how to run PEX without damaging any tiling. Creative Repipe plumbers suggested running a steel braided line for the reefer ice machine line in the back of the kitchen cabinets instead of in the wall. This minimizes risk of future leaks from this line. Overall, Creative Repipe workers were professional, friendly and did a great job of keeping the drywall dust contained.

The next day, Lino Drywall came in. The repaired and textured all the drywall in one day. We were very satisfied with their work. I added their name to our list of vendors in case we ever need more drywall work.

We are extremely satisfied with the work done and the cost. If we ever buy another house with older copper piping we will get Creative Repipe to install PEX BEFORE we get a leak!

They got rid of all of the galvanized pipes and replaced with copper. Replaced the water heater and installed a water softener. The techs did a good job. They were nice and professional and the project they did looks great! I will use their services again!

Marvin and Dan were both friendly and great to work with. When my water heater failed and I needed some plumbing rerouted and the new one to be installed, they came out the next day to assess the project, then fixed it in a few hours the next day (a Saturday!) Bill has been my plumber for many years. He is responsive and has always done a great job. He just completed replacing a sewer line and did a fantastic job. Worked long and hard to get the job done. This business was recommended by Brookline Plumber whom I usually hired but they didn’t have enough workers to take my small job. I called Vince and he responded right away, but his demeanor when he arrived was unpleasant and aggressive when he couldn’t fix a leaking toilet. He blamed the original installer of my toilet (Petite Kitchen and Bathroom) which are extremely professional . He just changed the inside of the toilet tank (no more than $40.00 in parts) and charged me $295.00 Usually I would ask why so much etc ,etc but I was very uncomfortable with him in my home . I was sure he will yell at me. Well the toilet still leaks and the other plumber that came literally laughed at Vince job. He recommended that I ask for my money back. I called Brookline Plumber and ask them no to recommend him and they didn’t offered to fix my problem and told me someone was giving me a call back and they never did.Cillo, Inc ripped me off.

Bathtub heating and Cooling was broken. Repairment was estimated at no more than 200$ and the wanted to charge 500 without even looking at the problem and lying they had already come to check it all out. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!
