Best Plumbers in United States
Our water heater wasn't working and we had no idea why. Bibey came the same day we requested service. They found the problem and fixed it right away. (It wasn't even the water heater's fault. It was the chimney. )
We appreciate their professionalism and knowledge.
Would recommend 100%

Very happy with Professional Plumbing Services after being referred by our home warranty service. Joe is very prompt and was in communication with us almost immediately after the warranty service recommended him. Our home was a mess since we had just returned from camping and had been without the use of our kitchen sink. He worked around our mess. We liked that he spent time troubleshooting the issue, explained what he was going to do, fixed the problem and then showed us the work that was completed. As is in his company's name, we experienced Professional Plumbing Services. I would be happy to call again, even if it is outside of our home warranty service.

We called 20 places after our pipes froze and burst on Christmas Day. They were the first to respond and got here within a day. Everyone else was booked out til end of week. They were efficient and affordable and they squeezed in a pipe issue at our rental property too. Great service and affordable. We’d be in a hotel if they hadn’t gotten here so quickly.

Francisco and his team are so friendly and do amazing work. They kept us well informed on progress, if any issues that came up and included us in making the best course of action. We can’t thank them enough. 12/10 would recommend

Mike is wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was taken care of same day-he fixed it and also made it “future proof” so if something goes wrong in the future it is easy to replace

Antonio our plumber was a fantastic technician. He listened to our concerns and checked out all the pipes to see what our issue was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. While I am not looking for any more plumbing issues, I would have no problem calling rotor rooter to handle it, especially given the time and care that Antonio took with our problem.

Look no further if u need a plumber! Jesse is not only a great plumber but is very honest, reliable, responsible, courteous, patient, & hard working as well; he won’t give up till things are fixed. Also, he’s very informative & not greedy & his pricing is the most affordable. I’m very pleased to have found this treasure. I was worried about replacing my shower’s stuck old hot n cold cartridges & diverter stem to fix a leak & he rescued my shower 3 handle faucet. I definitely recommend him to anybody in need of plumbing help. He’s the best!

Mr. Keenan arrived on time and was very professional. Also he wore a mask. He could have provided a service that was not necessary, instead he let us know that we did not have a problem that required any intervention and did not charge us for his time. We did compensate him anyway for his time.

I strongly recommend Hero Plumber Services. We were looking for a trustworthy plumber that could help us with a couple of projects including leak detection and repair and water heater installation and we are completely satisfied with their work. 5 stars for sure.

Adam responded to my voice message the same day, which as I have come to know with other plumbers, is unheard of. He and his worker were punctual, polite and very professional. They installed a water heater and were very neat and left no mess. While installing the new water heater Adam encountered a broken gas valve and replaced that as well for no extra charge. I was very pleased with him and his company. I would highly recommend Brooks Plumbing and Heating.

Diesel Plumbing responded very quickly to a non emergent hose bib issue and had availability to evaluate the problem within just a couple days. Professional and efficient, will definitely reach out to them if ever needed in the future!

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.
Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

The prices charged are ridiculously high and they took advantage of my partner who was completely unaware of the going rate for said job when I was not home. Also, they did not provide a formal itemized quote and simply said $500 is the going rate for this job, do you want to proceed.
The total all in cost to replace a water pressure regulator valve was $500!
Lets break it down....On average the part in question ranges from $150-$200 at the big box stores, so lets assume a 25% markup to $250 (ridiculous in my opinion).
The job took ~30 minutes and TWO people came. $250 in labor for a 30 minute job, I must be in the wrong industry. Charging someone double the labor because you bring two people to do a one person job is borderline unethical.
Do not use this company. I used back of the napkin math, inflated my markups, accounted for double labor to finally get to the final cost. I can't wait to see the itemized breakdown. They take advantage of those that do not understand the going rates or work in the service industry. Shame on you.

The plumber, Mike, called me the day that a sewer line inspection was apparently scheduled. I have no email notifying me of the time or day and had another plumber scheduled the same day that I had to cancel because the home sale fell thru due to the seller, the other plumber called and emailed the appointment and I called to cancel. I had no call, no email, nothing to show the appointment with Total Plumbing was scheduled or I would have canceled. The day of the supposed sewer inspection, Mike called me and called me incredibly ignorant because he was there and I was not. What kind of professional calls a customer a name?? The home sale was cancelled a week ago so I must have spoken to him a long time ago, not remembering is not ignorant. Either way, professional is FAR from what this plumber offered.
I am beyond disgusted, bottom line is that the plumbing company is represented by the most unprofessional and rude individual possible.

Called to see if was interested in doing a job for me, when I began to talk about payment terms, he hung up on me and when I attempted to call back, he anwsered in a fake accent and denied ever speaking with me. Very childish and rude and I would not want someone with such a lack of manners performing any work for me.
