We own a house that has a concrete slab as a foundation, no attic, and the walls are block walls or brick. We had several companies come out to show us how they would install the new pipes. We were always unhappy because every plumber and repipe company said we had to run copper pipes exposed, there was no other option. Exposed pipes would be an eye sour, so we passed. A year went by then we got our 5th leak and so I started looking to repipe again. I stumbled on the Creative Repipe website and read someplace that they get Creative that their name says it all. So, I called them for an estimate, Jonathan came out and he was professionally very impressive. He came up with two very clever ways of running and hiding pipes, he suggested trenching and hydro boring, it was a lot, like 50 feet around the outside of our weird house, they trenched and drilled under our pavers and installed pipes. That eliminated at least 50% of the ugly exposed pipes, then the crew leader George suggested painting the copper pipes the same color as the brick. Today it is all done and you can’t tell that new pipes were installed, on the brick walls, painting the pipes the same color was great idea you have to look hard to spot the pipe. Due to the complexity of our house, the final look ended up beyond our expectations. Thank you Jonathan, George and all the workers from Creative Repipe, you have a customer for life, great job!

We had to have a total repipe and Creative Repipe was from start to finish professional and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family. They were extremely efficient, always on time, courteous and a work ethic that is rarely to be found these days.
Approx. $2K less than other quotes, handled the job professionally, quickly and in an organized fashion.
The crew was very professional, pleasant and efficient. They explained everything thoroughly and prepared us for the 2day process which went very smoothly considering the scope of the work that is involved in repiping a house.

This is a very late review. In October 2022, Johnathan was amazing. He was able to repipe my entire house in time for my mum to return home on hospice care. My family was so incredibly grateful for their service. We’ve had no issues at all with our plumbing since.
After multiple leaks, and even getting DROPPED by my home insurance for too many leak-related claims, it was time to repipe. Had a stellar experience with Creative from the moment I made the request, up until the last wall was patched. Responded super fast and had Aaron out at my next convenience. Aaron explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave a reasonable quote. The crew was also fantastic, and truly went above and beyond when they discovered yet another leak, previously unknown, that was causing wood/drywall to crumble. They even worked directly with the city inspector to formulate a solution, saving me from having to hire an outside engineer (plus additional contractors), since this type of repair operation was already within their capabilities. Even the city inspector remarked about their high proficiency when he came the next day to examine their work. Excellent and speedy customer service throughout the whole experience, and was flexible working around my schedule and needs. Would most definitely recommend to ANYONE!

I contacted Creative Repipe and spoke with Rafael. He made the experience easy from the get go. He offered to come out to my house or do a teleconference by phone to give me an estimate. I chose the teleconference it was fast and easy. Rafael was great he is very knowledgeable. Once we set up the appointment for the Repipe the crew arrived on time. They were very professional I was impressed by the way they cared about our home as if they were working on there own home. The Repipe was done on time and we had water flowing in one day. These guys are awesome. The second day a patching crew came by to patch the walls. These guys were also on time and very professional. They also cared about our home. Once completed they Lead worker took me through the house to show me that the work was completed. These guys did not leave a mess this crew was also awesome. I kept getting leaks, the copper pipes in my home were old. After the 3rd leak I started getting bids to repipe. I choose Creative Repipe because they took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood, and their price was good. We scheduled the work and the plumbing work was completed in one day and patching of the walls was done the second day. Everything was done as they promised and on time. They did a great job and I am totally satisfied and impressed with everyone’s professionalism.
Had copper hot water leak in kitchen slab. Had a emergency response company take care of the leak. They are still working after three months.
We had used PEX piping in two previous houses. We asked about using PEX during repairs but was told it was not used in the desert. This is incorrect. Found two local plumbers as well as Creative Repipe. We used Creative Repipe since they were less than half the cost of the other plumbers. You are still responsible for fixing the drywall using most plumbers. Drywall repair and texturing is included in Creative Repipe’s cost!
Emergency response plumbers took a week to reroute two copper lines to our kitchen. After they were done running the lines, Creative Repipe came in. The took one day to replace ALL (3 baths, kitchen, deep sink) of our piping with PEX. There was minimal damage to the walls. The figured out how to run PEX without damaging any tiling. Creative Repipe plumbers suggested running a steel braided line for the reefer ice machine line in the back of the kitchen cabinets instead of in the wall. This minimizes risk of future leaks from this line. Overall, Creative Repipe workers were professional, friendly and did a great job of keeping the drywall dust contained.
The next day, Lino Drywall came in. The repaired and textured all the drywall in one day. We were very satisfied with their work. I added their name to our list of vendors in case we ever need more drywall work.
We are extremely satisfied with the work done and the cost. If we ever buy another house with older copper piping we will get Creative Repipe to install PEX BEFORE we get a leak!
From the estimate process all the way through the completion of patching this is a 5 star business. Jonathan the PM brought samples of the USA made products and answered all my questions about PEX and Copper piping. He explained exactly how everything would work on the day of the repipe, the inspection process then the patching day. Cynthia in the office kept me informed throughout. The crew chief Martin arrived on time with 4 additional professional young men that were polite and worked incredible hard all day! Every step went exactly as promised. Lastly they did everything possible to protect my home and possessions while working in every room of the house and cleaned in a satisfactory manner. I highly recommend Creative Repipe.

Great experience! Took me a while to finally get around to writing this review. Rafael the project manager took his time explaining the process. I had received several quotes and Creative was not the cheapest, but I am glad I went with them. They were professional the whole way through. The only negative was that the permit took forever given COVID-19, but Rafael was patient and made sure to push the inspector to get it done. A couple months later and I still have no complaints, so glad we decided to re-pipe the house. Already recommended Creative Repipe to one of our neighbors.

I had a slab leak and was gonna have the one pipe rerouted by a plumber for $1,600. I decided to look into a whole house repipe and contacted three repipe company's. Creative Repipe gave me the best price and had the best customer service. Rafael explained everything in detail and informed me that they use nothing but the best products. I was very happy with the work that was done, and it only took about 6 hours to finish my entire house. The patching crew was also very good and patched everything in one day. Our house is in the middle of a full remodel. We have the floors down to the concrete and all the walls open and down to the studs. Our neighbor suggested taking this opportunity to repipe. We are so glad we did, repiping when your house is empty and down to the studs is extremely inexpensive, if you use Creative Repipe. They asked us not to have any other contractor working on the house on the day of the repipe, we didn’t really understand why, but we complied. Then on the day of the repipe a crew of 11 people showed up, we were shocked. They knocked it out in one day! It was an army of workers, they walked in and worked and worked all day. Our 3 story house was finished at 6:30-PM, they were well organized definitely knew what they were doing. The city inspector knew the main crew guy by name (sorry I forgot his name) and he told me he has inspected a few jobs from this company and they always do great work. My husband and I rate our experience with them at 5 stars!

A major slab leak wiped out the kitchen in my house. I have now had the fans drying everything for 3 weeks. Since I never want to through that again, I started getting estimates to re pipe. After interviewing several companies I picked creative re pipe because my brother used them, plus their presentation was quick, professional, and very informative, I learned a lot. They just finished the patching yesterday, it looks great, everything went smooth and as promised. There were 7 people here re piping my house, the foreman Tony was fantastic and easy to work with, great job thank you!

Creative Repipers were recommended to me by a neighbor. Even though she recommended them, I decided to interview other companies. Although Creative did not have the lowest estimate, they were the only ones that took the time to explain the whole process and the only ones to offer a lifetime guaranty. I chose them and this in one decision that I am very happy with. The Valentine crew showed up on time, even early with 7 workers and repiped the house in one day. They were very polite, neat as possible, and extremely efficient. They worked as a smooth team and the job was completed to a high level of satisfaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I first look and ask for different options from several companies, but in the end Creative Repipe stands out from the rest. Aaron is the representative that came over and he very knowledgeable and friendly. I am fortunate to live in an affluent area; but I am nowhere near being wealthy. I bought my house in the eighties and because of where I live, any time I receive a quote from a contractor it is always outlandish. Our water pipes were old and it was time to repipe. My son is a drywall guy so I didn’t want wall patching. I just wanted all new water pipes installed. After getting several quotes, in my opinion this company was the most professional and among the least expensive. Our home is a for a two story and Creative Repipe came in around the five-thousand-dollar mark. Good golly! You talk about in and out, they sent a large crew and they all went right to work. They walked in and covered everything with plastic. My new plumbing system was installed in one day and they were done by 5:30pm, clean, fast, and up to know zero issues, amazing!
My name is Don Dugger. Owning my home for 40 years, I found myself in the situation of having 3 pipe leaks in a year and a half, each causing damage. I decided I needed to look into repiping my home. Looking at reviews online I found Creative Repipe with outstanding reviews. So I called to get a free estimate. They sent Rafael, a salesman, promptly to my home. I have very little trust of salesmen, but Rafael quickly put me at ease with his sincerity, wanting to give me a fair price for my home.
I wanted repiping throughout the house, with new shower packages in each bathroom. I was surprised by how affordable it actually was. Since I had an active slab leak, Rafael sent a crew to my home right away. The crew showed up and covered the work areas with tarps and plastic, turned off the water and went to work. My house was completely replumbed in six hours.

Creative repipe did a great professional job. The morning of, 6 men showed up at 8 am and immediately went to work. They had my whole house repiped by 2:30 that afternoon. They all were very nice and courteous. The drywall repair crew came in 2 days after and they were also done by 2 PM. All did a good job. Rafael the company representative was very responsive to all my phone calls and emails. Glad to get my house back in order in such a short time. All in all, great job.

Excellent work work crews! Arrive on time, work consistently, gentle on the home and clean up afterwards. The drywall and stucco repairs are out of this world. One will never know I had the home repiped.
This review is for my recent Re-pipe of my home.
Finally after several slab leaks and constant monitoring of the dreaded spinning water meter needle, I made the decision to have a re-pipe on the my home. I received 3 quotes and it came down to two companies.
I chose Creative precisely because of my interaction with Jonathan. Not only was he engaging in his assessment of my situation, but he was courteous, professional , timely and spent a good deal of time listening to me and talking over options and concerns.
Understand that this is a very invasive process that can be quite anxiety provoking. I am so glad that I had this done. I no longer have to worry about slab leaks and have great water pressure now.

After putting down drop clothes and plastic sheeting hung everywhere, the work began. Water was shut off and they went to work. These guys really do work hard and clean up after themselves too. By 4pm I had hot and cold water again. Simply amazing.

We own a large 2 story 6.5 bathroom house in Laguna Hills CA. We decided to sell the house but did not want to burden the new owners with the terrible 32 year old plumbing system our house had, so we decided to repipe. We were worried because it is a large and expensive home, the repipe was not a job for an inexperienced company, the quality of workmanship and wall patching had to be first class. After a lot of research we choose Creative Repipe. We could not be more satisfied, everything went as expected and the quality of their work was beyond reproach. The only snag was getting the City to come out and inspect (not their fault), but once the City Inspectors showed up, they passed each inspection without any corrections required. We highly recommend Creative Repipe. The house is now listed for sale, 27341 Lost Colt Drive and we are happy because Creative Repipe’s lifetime warranty is transferable to the new owner.
We had to do a complete repipe of our 2 story home. I got 6 estimates. Creative was not the lowest, but they had a great reputation, a fair price, & Jonathan was/is a very responsive sales person. They did the complete repipe in ONE day, came back 2 days later and did all the patching in 1/2 day..Excellent workmanship, great & happy workers. We recommend them highly. NOTE: We used PEX, not copper.

I called Creative Repipe because two of my neighbors used this company and before hiring them I was able to go in see their work first hand. Another neighbor hired a different repipe company, I walked that job as well. The neighbor that used Creative Repipe had a lot less holes than the other company and it was basically the same house. Because my two neighbors were so happy, I hired Creative Repipe. It also helped that their price was a little less than the two other bids. It was a great decision; they finished on time and were extremely neat, I highly recommend this company.

After numerous pipe leaks from other companies, we finally decided to repipe the entire home. Creative Repipe provided a quick estimate, was the best value (not the cheapest, but best overall value of top quality materials, experienced workers, and great service - for the best price), and had amazing results. We have referred Creative Repipe to all out other neighbors who are experiencing similar pipe issues. I had a lot of questions and Rafael was always prompt in responding and made the entire project as pleasant as a repipe can be. We waited a few months to write the review just to be sure that the pipes are still working. And yep! Pipes are still great and there were a few follow up questions that Rafael was able to answer, even after we paid (so he didn't really have to spend that extra time). We appreciate all the hard work and great final product.

My wife and I purchased our home in May of 2021. After a complete remodel and thousands of dollars, a series of unfortunate events led us to the conclusion that we had a slab leak, which wouldn't be an easy fix. After some advice from a few professionals/friends, it was recommended that we look into re-piping our home. We new it would be costly and it would hurt to see our recently textured and painted walls damaged, but we wouldn't have to cut though our new flooring and we most likely wouldn't have to worry about plumbing issues for a very long time. I looked into different companies and after a few quotes, Jonathan from Creative Repipe came out and gave me a competitive quote that won us over. Jonathan and his company were timely, flexible, and professional. The re-piping was done in a day and the patching was done on another day. My biggest worry was whether the walls would look the same as they had been because they would have to make several holes, but in the end, they did an excellent job and it matched perfectly. We were responsible for painting again where the holes were made, but that was no big deal. I'm very happy with the work done by Creative Repipe and I would highly recommend them!

Wish I would have called them earlier. I had three slab leaks in less than a year at my home in Cathedral City. After the second leak, I decided it was time to stop playing whack-a-mole and cutting into my foundation at $1200/pop. Creative Repipe replumbed the whole house with PEX in one day including the city permit. Their proposal and information packet was professional and easy to understand. They delivered on the project and met my expectations. I even got an extra/new hose bib in the backyard and a direct water line to my fridge. The drywall patching job was so good that I cannot see where there were holes. They matched my heavy drywall texturing exactly. Pro tip: make sure you decide whether you want your sprinklers behind the water regulator before they start!
After we got a higher-than-normal water bill, we determined we had a slab leak. Not wanting to cut into our slab, we decide to re-pipe. After getting several estimates, I called Creative Repipe and spoke with Rafael Gonzalez. Mr. Gonzalez came to my home, did a survey and explained the re-piping process very professionally. I decided to use Creative Repipe because of Mr. Gonzalez honesty and professionalism. He also had a very competitive quote. Mr. Gonzalez and I communicated frequently during the re-piping with updates. He was always available and answered my texts and e-mails without delay. The re-piping and patching crews did an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and well together and did a great job cleaning up. This company is just what I was looking for! After my 3 neighbors used them, I gave them a call, and believe me, I shopped around. I did a whole house re-pipe and it came out great! Rafael was very professional and answered all my questions. Martin and his crew came in and in one day, re-piped the whole house and had my water back on that evening. My local inspector came the next day and had no problems. By the third day, the walls and the outside of the house were patched up, and it looks great! Highly recommend this company.

We had old copper pipes all over our two story house for which, after several leaks, plumbers told us that unless we do a complete repipe we would continue to have leak problems. We did extensive research and comparisons and finally decided on Creative Repipe. Our sales rep, Jon Lopez, was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and followed his timeline to the T. He brought in a fantastic crew, led by Carlos Oncideros, and they did a terrific job in one and a half days, as promised. Carlos also installed our whole house water filter. Then the re-patching crew came in and did an excellent job in patching all the areas, including some stucco areas which needed re-patching. This has been one beautiful experience and we sincerely thank all of you guys at Creative Repipe. I have no idea what some of the unsatisfied reviewers are talking about. I would give this company ten stars if the rating allowed it.
As an added bonus I think it would be helpful for everyone to know. Switching from copper to Pex, with the insulation that Creative Repipe has done has resulted in our hot water being much warmer. As a result we don't need to use as much hot water or we can set the water heater thermostat to a lower temperature. Makes me wonder how much energy is wasted with copper pipes. Again I have to thank my friends at Creative Repipe for their excellent job.

I needed to repipe my parents home - built in 1979. I was getting estimates as high as $70, and work times of a
Week or more. Creative Repipe did the entire job - Full repipe, new water main, all new fixtures & toilets- for a small fraction of that cost in... Two Days!!! The actual repipe was completed in about 6 hours on Day 1. They brought a huge crew. The forman and workers were the most professional crew to ever work on our home. We had hot water at the end pf that first day. The second day, another crew came and patched all holes - exterior & interior- in 5 hours. 11 hours total: Mind Blowing. After interviewing and getting quotes from 16 other plumbers, Creative Repipe was the second lowest Bid... but bu FAR the best company. Did I mention a 25 year warranty?!!!! They gave a great presentation. Further, they know precisely which components to use - best quality for chemistry of water in my area - to back that 25 year warranty. I would never use anyone else and will tell everyone about Creative RePipe. Save yourself a lot of Money, Time & Stress.... call them now.

They were caring and professional from start to finish Rafael, the regional manager, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain, show, and informed me that the company does quality work and research that backs it up. We had slab leak on 01-08-2020 . We called several companies to do the estimates. We selected Creative Repipe because Mr. Aaron Lopez gave us a very professional presentations about repiping with PEX or copper, answered all the questions we had and quoted reasonable price. Their crews came at 8:30AM and finished whole house (2156 sq. ft) repiping with L copper pipe by 5:30PM on the same day . Their dry wall patch team did the very nice job. We are very impress about their job. Mr. Rafael Gonzalez followed up and completed to fix few minor items. We are highly recommend this company to any one.

I had a whole house repipe done by creative repipe. This company went above and beyond from the pipe replacement to the patch work, I am extremely satisfied. I got 3 quotes and they were the least expensive as well.

Great job by a professional team! We had a full re-pipe of our 5 bathroom house. We were tired of leaks and damage, so we bit the bullet and replaced it all. I do no at all recommend then. I was convince by saleman and they promised a professional service, especially at COVID-19. Unfortunately I had emergency repipe required.
Guys came in house with no respect for your home. Ask to pls be careful, showed them what areas not go (not needed for plumbing), and asked them not to move or touch items without my permission. Several times I informed them I was high risk.
They moved items without me knowing, I don't know if they broke anything...they did not wear masks nor booties only after ai asked several time. Then they wore outside in the rain and brought sorry booties in house without plastic or cover.
They stepped on my new rug with dirty shoes and left dirty handprints on walls without cleaning. They had a teenager working for them, who refused to follow my request, sneezing on several times, putting tools and his personal belongs in areas not covered, in my sofa, in new rug and using door I specifically not use. I finally had to ask to please only keep teenager away from upstairs.
Called and sent messages to office and received no response until after work was done. When we finally communicated with office, sales guys was extremely rude and threaten to not finish the job.
They convince your that they will take all COVID-19 precautions but they didn't and won't. I was afraid in my own with a crew of over 6 in some area, and little or not protection. Even after I asked several times.
They obviously sub other work and may or may not be license. Obvious with young kid working, wouldn't be surprised.
I am still waiting on copy of permit.
When informed office of my dissatisfaction, instead of improvement, they said the feeling is mutual.
Not professional at all.
Again, I do not recommend them. Consider others, even paying more for a safer and more professional treatment. I regret it but now have no chose but to finish the job.

I have two old rental units and my tenants have been constantly complaining about low water pressure. I thought I could not afford the repipes because the first bid I got was $18k for both units, way out of my budget. It was so high that I quit getting bids and started saving money. A year later I had enough saved and a buddy used Creative Repipe and he was really happy with the work. So I called them, they came in at $4500 a unit less than half! They were in and out, zero issues, and my tenants are very happy.
Creative Repipe did an outstanding job at our house. Both crews on different days did amazing work. They explained the process and were very courteous.Everything that was moved was put back and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired Creative Repipe to do a whole house repipe. I received estimates from 5 different companies and they were one of the lowest priced. But price isn't everything... their service was exemplary; from the Estimator, to the laborers, and the staff - everyone was professional and friendly. The job was completed as scheduled and on time and clean. I highly recommend Creative Repipe.
My senior parents have a large 2 story house that needed a repipe. Since they are well in their golden years I took on the role of getting different bids and also interviewing the different companies. After a full study I choose creative repipe, they were price wise on the lower end. They made some big promises in my book; plumbing installed in one day, next day city inspection and third day wall patching. Had a complete repipe from mainline and throughout the entire 1300sf house as well as some drain line repairs The repipe took 1 day they were finished by late afternoon. They were punctual, organized, informative, respectful, professional all that and more that you would like when you have strangers in your house. You could tell that it was a crew that had been working together for some time. When the the patch crew came a few days later they performed in the same manner. Did I mention they saved me 50% off of what another company quoted me. After the initial assessment you are provided with a detailed easy to understand invoice so there are no surprises later. All in all it was a very smooth operation from start to finish. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone who needs a repipe.
After finding out that we had a water leak somewhere inside the house, my wife and I were really worried about the potential series of expenses should the failing line or lines were not properly identified through the use of a leak detection process. My wife and I were antsy about having to cut a section through the slab to fix a failing line, only to find out a few months later that the same line could be bad again just few feet away from the previously repaired section. Then having a conversation with a coworker, he highly recommended Creative Repipe and I contacted them to come assess my plumbing issue. Moving forward with their recommendation was the best thing that my wife and I did. Creative Repipe did the total repipe of our home. Rafael Gonzalez did an excellent job explaining all the details of the piping products and install techniques when he came to give us our estimate. HIs price was $3200 lower than our other bid. The install crew was on time & there were no surprises and everything was done on the exact time table as promised. They also did a great job installing our new water softener and our new shower valve. It was all done so quickly which meant only 1 day whereas the other company was going to take 4 days installing the new pipes. The following day the patching was completed & you can't tell there were holes on the inside or outside walls to run the pipes. Its such peace of mind knowing we don't have to worry about slab leaks anymore.

My house was built in 1978 and the water was coming out brown. A plumbing company gave me a bid to repipe and the bid was scary high and out of my reach, plus they needed 7-10 days to complete the work. I shopped around and found Creative Repipe, I was pleased to find out that Creative Repipe was less than half the price from other competitors and unlike the other plumbing companies their work included wall patching. I hired Creative Repipe and as promised they were in and out in 3 days out because they sent 5 people and all 5 were very courteous and professional. I went with the new material pex (the plastic) and it all went great. After they installed the new pipes my water pressure tripled! I never knew how bad it was until I repiped. The City inspector said the work was great, professional and workman like manner. I was very nervous and probably not an easy customer to deal with because I just had my walls repainted and new wood floors installed but Creative Repipe made it look easy and I appreciated that they covered everything and were very clean and organized. I highly recommend this company.

We had our home completely re-piped after several water line breaks occurred in our slab. I took 3 estimates, but the only one who stood out was Creative Re-pipe due to Rafael, who took a detailed look at the property and took to time to answer all our questions. The price was very reasonable. This was during the height of Covid and although there were short delays due to sick days, Rafael kept us informed and stayed on top of the job to get it done safely. We appreciated his transparency and dedication to make sure we were taken care of. The crew minimized making obvious holes in the walls, and the patching crew did an amazing job. We sleep easy now, knowing we aren't going to wake up to a leak in the wall or floor, and our water system is dependable and safe. I purchased a house with the intention of fixing it up and selling it. We knew all along it would need all new pipes since the original were old rusted galvanized pipes. I studied a few companies and chose creative repipe frankly because of the top quality materials, their pex system is in my opinion the best around. The other reason was their warranty is transferable to the new owner, so when I sell it the new owner will have a good lifetime warranty. I was glad I chose this company it went great no problems at all and I was surprised that they finished on time. I should also ad that their price was the lowest. I will definitely use them again on my next flip.

I own a mobile home that needed a repipe, it is a rental. I was really scared of the cost to repipe then creative repipe came in at $3800 for the entire repipe. I was shocked since my plumber wanted $8500 to repipe. I was leery because it was a very low price, but they seemed very professional, so I signed up, I am so happy I did. They finished my repipe this week and they were better than expected, this outfit is very professional, my picky tenant had zero complaints. Once they finished the repipe the water pressure ended up much better. I also had them change out a couple of drains, all in all we are so satisfied it is rare that a contractor does well this is a well-oiled machine.
