Luke called me when he was on his way to my home and showed up exactly as he said. He examined every aspect of what was needed to be done. He was done within 20 min. and the quality was exceptional. Luke was helpful, nice and efficient. I would highly recommend Quick Water Heater Company.

These guys are the best very very reasonable prices for outstanding responsive service and high quality equipment. I hired them to do HVAC for my house that was being expanded w/new floor added there was lots of chaos w/the construction which the Tech was able to navigate beautifully. I really wanted to share my great experiences with Custom Filtration & Plumbing Company. It started late on a Friday night with my daughter's plumbing emergency. Cody came to our rescue to replace a bathtub shut off valve that would not turn off. He was great! Today, Justin came to replace the shut off valve for our house and a rear outside faucet. Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Leo did a great job fixing my leaking tub faucet cleanly, thoroughly, and correctly. He used an OEM part replacement that he had on hand to fix my valve. I appreciated his explanations and learned a good amount too. He even caulked some old unused pipes left by a previous contractor, even though it had nothing to do with my leaking faucet.

All I can seriously say is randy is amazing! Needed to get the gas riser or whatever it was replaced, he showed up at 9am and did everything by himself! Definitely will recommend to anyone and will if i ever need help again I’ll be calling him back! Extremely reasonable pricing and super friendly guy.

Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

Dave was very helpful. Our shower was leaking through the floor into my basement. Dave and his guy? (sorry i forgot your name) fixed the leak and put me in touch with a drywall specialist. If i need work done again i will call Dave.

Moses and the entire DMC team has been incredibly helpful through our many plumbing problems. Our builders left us scrambling—improper/counterintuitive installation, backed up pipes, and sump pump connection issues. Moses was patient and took the time to test, retest, and give us options before proceeding. He was always prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. After Moses’ 5+ visits and thoughtful solutions, I’m confident in the current state of our plumbing (and learned a thing or two along the way thanks to his teaching). Highly recommend DMC (and Moses especially!!).

Replacing a simple tankless water heater with same make supplied by customer required 6 hours plumber and 6 hours electrician. Very very expensive, but new unit does work.
