I’ve called DeGrace twice (two separate problems) and John has always helped me out. John and his team do very good work and take the time to explain everything before and after the job. I’ve had experience with other contractors and plumbers, DeGrace plumbing is by far the best company I’ve dealt with. Would recommend them for any plumbing or heating jobs.

Our 5 year old HVAC compressor shut down. We called Eco Plumbing from a Google search. They came right out and rebuilt the compressor with new energy efficient components. When the tech turned it on it was so quiet I wasn't sure it was even spinning. The cost was reasonable and our electric bill went down $200.

Mario was very professional and friendly. Got the Job done in a timely manner and will definitely be requesting him next time

He rode in on a blue horse - just in time to resolve my issues with a shower that was giving me trouble for weeks. I had 2-3 other plumbing companies come out before calling Jim but they just did not seem honest, reliable, trustworthy. Jim came out and diagnosed my problem and began applying methods to fix my leaking shower. He showed up on time, he was honest, fixed the problem in a timely manner, and charged a fair price for his work. I asked him if it was true that he was retiring, and he confirmed that was not the case. Jim Secretan Plumbing is now in my contact list on my phone. Thanks Jim !

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. Thanks guys for all that you do!

Dave and Matt were outstanding! We had an electrical fire with our old water heater. Hero came out quoted several thousand more than White Bear Plumbing. Parth was sent out to repair our broken water heater. He was professional , quick and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was done . We had an overall great experience, I would highly recommend.

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

Lady was extremely rude, and disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She claimed to be the owner, but i just cannot bring myself to believe that someone would sabotage their own company like that. I'll never use elite plumbing. I'll just go right across grand to the other plumbing company!

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
