Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

This company is amazingly good. We lived with cold and heaters every winter and I thought it was just bad ducting and old Victorian drafts. Finally, based on the reviews, I called these guys to come and see why there is so little heat. The president of the company arrived almost instantly and made a thorough inspection. He laid out my options for both repair and replacement. When I saw how reasonable the price was, I decided to replace the old forced air oven. The very next day my new stove was delivered and installed, the old stove was cleaned and the place was left clean. 20 minutes after turning it on, the apartment became warmer than ever in the 18 years we have lived here. I must admit, a tear of joy came to my eyes when I learned that all those cold nights were over forever. I'm kicking myself for not doing this many years ago. These guys are the best.

Amazing communication fast quality work an all around great service

Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. Thank you Lance!!! I will add you to the Christmas Card list. Job well done.

I had a leak in the main sewer line in my home. I called spoke with the operator who was friendly and professional.She was able to get Kraven and Zach to my home within an hour. They fixed the problem. Kraven and Zack were knowledgeable, efficient and professional.The price was reasonable and no hidden charges. I will always call Pete Wall for my plumbing needs. Im sorry you disagree with us in not being able to replace the disposal, you have a home warranty company that will not paid for a disposal unless is bad, in your case the disposal was working good but it is a basic model and it loud, however we tried to get it approved and they denied base on the disposal working in a good condition.
The service fee as stated in your contract must be paid at the time of each visit, and that is for the home warranty company not for us, we don't get paid unless we fix it, but in your cases it was nothing to be fixed so we lost that 45 minutes we service your home.
We will recommend you to get a different warranty company.
