Ryan's Heating and Air

Let me tell you.........Ryan's heating and air is an excellent company in every sense of the words. My wife and I have 4 children, and when our heat went out last week we called Ryan because of his reputation, his A+ rating with the BBB, and the fact that he taught heating and air at GTCC. From the moment we met for the initial diagnostic visit, I could tell Ryan and Kelly were honest, extremely knowledgeable, and loved what they do. Ryan helped me in so many ways, and he was never once out to take advantage of me. He only recommended things that actually needed to be done, and not extra things to make a quick buck. Ryan ordered the part, and Kelly his assistant's follow up skills were excellent. When the part came in, the repair was speedy and they coached us through each part of the repair and how to properly maintain our system. Our heat is running better than ever and their price was very reasonable. Not only are we customers for life, but I HIGHLY recommend Ryan's heating and air to everyone out their that appreciates getting the job done right the first time! If you want honesty, integrity, and quality work, then Ryan's your guy!

I called Ryan to trouble shoot some issues I was having with a zoned HVAC system and was finding it difficult to get answers from the original installer. It was obvious from our first conversation that Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about his work as well as passionate about doing a job right. He scheduled a time to come back and go completely over my system and do some repairs that hopefully will not only fix the issue but keep my system operating better for many years to come. He is very honest and very very reasonable. I’m so thankful that I found someone that does quality work...at a fair price....and that I can trust!

Ryan and Greg are great! Very professional, and easy to work with!
I have used them twice now and plan on continuing to do so. Previous HVAC professionals have showed up to my house completed the job without even letting me know they were there until it cam time for payment!
Not the case with Ryan's they are very warm and friendly! In a world that has become so short fuzed and rude Ryan's is compassionate about what they do, and is such a breath of fresh [cool] air! I cannot sing their praises enough!!!

After using 4 or 5 big name companies over the past years and never getting my air conditioning problems resolved i called Ryan's after seeing his truck in my neighborhood. I have lived in a house with temperatures in the high 80's during summer months and my electric bill was through the roof. Ryan's came out and within 5 minutes no kidding found a leak in the pipe going into the house. He sealed it then looked in the attic and found additional leaks which he also sealed. My electric bill is down $100 a month.!!!The owner of Ryan's has taught heating and air at the local community college. He knows his stuff!!! Would not trust anyone else but him. Priced reasonably, professional, and honest. I don't often give reviews like this but this guy is great.

The lady in the office was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The guys that worked on my system were respectful and worked hard to make sure I had heat before it got cold. These guys had manners that I don't see much anymore. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am from out of state but have a condo in Greensboro that needed an entire new heat pump system, but I didn't know anyone in the HVAC business in Greensboro. On the advise of my Realtor, I called Ryan and couldn't have been more happy.

We have used Ryan's heading and air several times and are always pleased with their service! Called this morning at 7:15 and they came out & had it heat fixed by 10:45! Nice & professional!

Ryan replaced a faulty furnace part whereas another company wanted to replace the system. It is still working, without problem, two years later.

He responded promptly and was friendly and courteous.

4 other firms said my system was too small. Ryan came in and added dampers, two thermostats and it has transformed our house. Great work and greater competence.

I've been using Ryan's Heating and Air for at least 6 years now on 4 houses (2 rental and 2 personal). I have no intention of ever using any other HVAC service provider.

Why? Ryan and his guys are honest, reliable and trustworthy -- I've even let Greg into my home when I wasn't here. They're truly just really good people! Plus, Ryan's is reasonably priced and they won't sell you what you don't need to make a buck. They repair what's needed. Period.

Like to see contractor bring flashlight, voltmeter and other tools to make a proper trouble shooting. Very good at explaining problem and what options I had.
Did not get that from other companies.......

They are crooked they rigged a board and charged 548 for a board that cost 97 and did not even change the board they rigged the old one found out when it quit working again and they said they only warranty it for 30 days when I called the manufacturer they have a one year warranty but the problem is they never bought a board and no they are crook's so I will be in touch with the BBB to I would not recommend them to my worst enemies very horrible service from the owners hopefully the BBB will do something about this crooked company

Ryan installed a new HVAC (electric for A/c and gas for heat) and installed a damper that automatically adjusts to which floor needs the heat/air. We are very happy with Ryans work. He is very diligent, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

When our AC stopped working, we called Ryan's based on a recommendation from a neighbor. He came out as scheduled to diagnose the problem, and was pleasantly surprised that he had the part on his truck to fix it while he was there. He is extremely courteous with very fair pricing, and no high pressure sales. He has won our business in the future!

Great Experience! Called in the morning and they were able to come out same day. Great communication and even called to let me know they were on the way. Discovered and fix my issue quickly and explained everything. Very reasonable pricing. Great company and great guy. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family and will be the first call when needed again.

Ryan and his techs were very accommodating and kind hearted. They helped me out in a last minute city inspection issue and I really appreciated how cooperative everyone was throughout the process. Thanks again Ryan!
