Easy to make appointment online, showed up timely, was respectful of not leaving or making a mess. Very professional.

I had this outfit come out for an estimate for putting in a new circuit for a septic pump controller. The new panel was currently connected to an arc fault circuit. And it needs to be on a dedicated traditional breaker.This work could be done inside the basement and did not require any digging or trenching.The technicians that came out were very professional and polite.They wanted to sell me a membership/service contract. I just wanted to get the work done.The materials needed for the job consist of a breaker and about 10 feet of romex. Maybe $50??They wanted $1600 to do the work without a “membership”. If I got the lowest level membership the work would be $1400.I said sorry I’m not paying $500 an hour for this type of work.I paid the $89 service call fee and said thank you I’ll get someone else to take a look at it.This is a very professional outfit. But they seem to be more in the business of selling service contracts than doing work.Update I was able get the work done by another well known large reputable contractor for 1/3 of the price.

I Called and got an honest quote for service and a time of service within 24 hours of my pressure switch going out on my well. Trey and Teal came out and looked at the switch and well and stuck with their original quote. They had the job done and my water on in less than 30 minutes.

We are in Apple Valley and had a pipe break over the weekend, so we needed an emergency repair. Pedro arrived during the time estimated and was very professional. He was concise with what we needed to have done, but he was not pushy. He repaired the pipe in a very efficient amount of time and, especially considering it was a weekend and emergency repair, was very fair with the cost. We were very happy overall and will use this company again in the future.

Called in Apollo first and they couldn't unplug the drain (but still charged me). Suggested I spend thousands of dollars cutting the wall and pipe out.

Called Tarvin next. They got the job done.

We had great service for the actual installation of our furnace, however we have now been waiting 5 months for our furnace refund as McQuillan failed to submit the refund for two months and then did not respond to an inquiry by Xcel for an additional month. We were not notified and any follow-up has come on our part. Have not been impressed by the responsiveness and follow-up of the customer service.

Very difficult unclogging of our drain. Very good work by Jason DeBord of Neyer Plumbing. Would recommend Jason DeBord of Neyer Plumbing to do any plumbing problems!
