So disappointed. Was a no call no show. I called 2 times and left a message to see if they were still coming, thinking things happen . Waited around ALL day, still no call. A day later, still no call. Very unprofessional.

I have an older home (1957), which I have owned for several years now, and lived in the home for over 10 years. I have always had an issue with water being present in my basement utility sink after running a load of dishes in the dishwasher, or after the laundry has been rinsed and is draining. Yesterday I found the water backed up in the utility sink, filling both sides and was no longer draining.

At first I tried my drill-powered 25ft snake, which works well for bathroom lines and small pluming, but is less than useful on a 2 pipe. After an hour or so of plunging, snaking drains and commercial plumbing products, I decided to contact the experts at Roto-Rooter.

I contacted Roto-Rooter's branch number for my area. I placed the call around 1:45 PM EST on Monday afternoon.

The call was answered quickly, and a technician was offered for the 2-4 PM EST time slot--perfect! I headed downstairs to my basement to do some initial cleanup for the technician and to make room for them to work. I then received a text message at 1:53 PM EST from Roto-Rooter indicating my technician, Nick, was on his way. I was blown away at how quick a technician was dispatched.

Nick showed up very quickly in a Roto-Rooter branded van. He appeared clean, well groomed and professional with his introduction. Nick asked me some basic questions, and then asked if he could enter the home to review the issue. Equipped with shoe covers (thank you!!!), Nick followed me through the front door, and down to the basement.

Nick answered all my initial questions on drainage, and just some curious things I had in mind, then informed me of the work, and the estimate. I accepted the estimate, and Nick asked if he could take his equipment (auger) through my garage (instead of through my living space, thanks again!). I offered assistance, but Nick managed his equipment through my living spaces with caution---he was no concern of mine.

Nick was in an out in just a little over an hour, and my drains were taking all the pressure I could afford them with ease. He made little to no mess, and was professional and confident throughout.

The Roto-Rooter six month guarantee that comes with the job has given me such peace of mind. I know that if I have an issue, Roto-Rooter will show up in a timely fashion, and absolutely resolve my issue in a professional and courteous manner. We are in Apple Valley and had a pipe break over the weekend, so we needed an emergency repair. Pedro arrived during the time estimated and was very professional. He was concise with what we needed to have done, but he was not pushy. He repaired the pipe in a very efficient amount of time and, especially considering it was a weekend and emergency repair, was very fair with the cost. We were very happy overall and will use this company again in the future.

Fair, honest, friendly. They always have a solution.

They communicate well, let you know when to expect them. I'm pleased with the work completed, they were professional and personable. Will definitely work with them again.

The installers were nice and accommodating and answered all my questions

We called Ken Neyer Plumbing at 7am and they gave us a 1 hour window of when to expect someone. 8-9AM. It wasn't an emergency situation, so we didn't think they would get to us for a few days. Nope! They we're there less than an hour and a half after we called. The gentleman showed up around 8:20am, assessed the situation, and gave a fair estimate. We gave the go ahead and he got right to work. He was clean, friendly, and super efficient. We will 100% call Ken Neyer Plumbing for any future issues/installations.

Despite their name, Professional Plumbing and Heating is the most unprofessional outfit I've ever encountered. Poor customer service and poor quality work. I've used this company three times and each time required another plumber to come a fix their shoddy workmanship. When confronted with my complaints I was threatened with a lawsuit and had my manliness questioned. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again.
