Was able to unclog drain that other plumber was unable to do in 2 visits,and look left me with a clogged drain.

The technician Alex was very polite and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to attempt to unclog the drain without success. I was only charged half the price. They will be back to finish up the needed repairs. Our technician Alex was amazing!! Thanks Swift brothers.!!!

I had a clogged toilet. Alex was very professional and got it unclogged under an hour. However, the cost was very high. Over 250$ to use a 6 ft auger.!

Last night I ran into a clogged drain issue in my kitchen. Thinking I could easily resolve the issue, I did what any independent thinker would do, I went to YouTube.
The boiling water, vinaigrette strategy was a bust. ❌
Next stop Walmart at 11pm to buy every drain clog potion on the shelf. Nothing worked. It only made a bigger poison issue!

Andrew took my call at the crack of dawn and got me on the schedule that day! He listened to my personal issues and was kind & caring. He walked me through the process and said Alex would be out to assist me and to expect a call 30-min before arrival. This happened and Alex was on time!

Alex had to go on the roof to fix the clogged drain. Who would have thunk! I didn’t even know that the plumbing was connected to the things on the roof. When he was done he even fixed a little toilet leak. 🚽

All I know is a clogged sink is a problem and a clear drain is a privilege. And I am so grateful things are back to normal because of SWIFT BROTHERS!

We called because we have a leaking somewhere we cannot see, they charged $59 to come here just to tell us they don’t know where the problem is. Why you came to the house for? 😡

I called in a Saturday morning to see about having a tech come out to install a toilet due to mine having a crack in the tank. Was told a text would come out that day and would call before he came. Never received a call and the tech just showed up at my house. Toilet was installed crooked and began leaking from the valve that flows the water through. I called again to schedule the tech to come look at the leak. The valve was not leaking from that spot before the crack was noticed in the tank. Was told that the tech would arrive between 8 am and 12 pm. Asked for a call ahead of time from the tech again. Had still not arrived or received a call by 11:20. Called Swift Brothers and was told that the tech was running behind. Asked again for the tech to call me when he was on his way. Still have yet to receive a call from the tech and the timeframe window ended 48 minutes ago.

I would like a member of management to reach out to me to get this issue resolved. Thank you.

Brydon was very professional and friendly. Also very knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable with him doing the work. Came in did the job cleaned up age he was done. If I have any more work done I would like him to be the one to do it.

The reason they deserve a bad review is they didn’t call me back. It’s been over 10 days now since they first said they’d call me back. I called them and told them I was considering replacing my existing bathtub with a jetted bathtub and they had to send a technician out to my house. They charged me $29 to encourage me to do this and promised me they could make it work.
I asked if I could get a jetted bath through them or buy one, they encouraged me to do either, so I bought a jetted bathtub shortly after their visit and called them back. 7 times I called to get an estimate and was stone walled. I've called other plumbers since then and the plumbers said they don’t want to install jetted bathtubs. Now I have a tub nobody is willing to install.

We had a hot water heater go out, and had issue arise with some documents but despite the issues A technical adviser by the name Bo was awesome! He was respectful, knowledgeable, costumer service orientated, and above all else genuinely sympathetic to our situation. I really would highly recommend swift brothers and will be using them again for future repairs.

Did not give an estimate for pipe clearing till arrived. It was way overpriced for a simple service. Told technician that I already ran a 20ft snake down line and couldn't clear clog myself. So tech went with a 20ft snake and got same results I did. I felt obligated to give tech some gloves because the company didn't supply them as they should. After running undersized snake for the machine they had on site eventually tech got the right sized snake and ran it down clearing clog. No chemicals or hydro jetting used to make sure problem doesn't come back. in my opinion for 300$ they should be in and out and wearing PPE especially when messing with waste water. The only reason they got two stars is because they called back, and showed up. Tech needs more training and safety equipment.

We have used Swift Bros for a couple of years now, and their service is normally excellent. We will continue to use them despite this recent visit. The responding technician was not familiar with our system and caused us to use our building manager the entire day. The technician also failed to take the proper steps which caused a flood in our utility room. We're very disappointed in this visit.

Great experience! Woke up with no hot water and called that morning and they were there later that day to replace my water heater. Will definitely use this company again for any other plumbing needs I have.

Rita and Travis were excellent in diagnosing my problems, and fixing them. I thought I had a clog in the line near the toilet, turns out it was outside next to the tank. They did a great job finding and fixing my problems, and installed a blow-out cap to help with any future problems.

He never called, or came out.
Then I call the office and she informs me that he said he called me and got no answer. Left me a message for me to re schedule.
No message was on my phone because he never called me.
She offered to call him and that he would have to come out being on call.
I told her no that he could come in the morning since it's already 8 pm and being in jacksonville would put him here maybe 9:30 10:00.
I understand him not wanting to come on late Friday afternoon, but don't pretend you called me when he did not.
I will be happy to send a revised statement if he shows up in the morning.

Came to check why my water heater was dripping water. Wasn't the company that installed the water heater wish they were. Very knowledgable and gave me good advice.

Look elsewhere if you need plumbing services! We had an electric water heater installed recently and the whole process was as shady as it gets. Our technician Vincent came out and recommended a new unit he offered my wife a top of the line brand and model. The visit was $60 which would be discounted from the water heater installation if we went ahead with the service. The quote came out around the neighborhood of $1600 which seems pricey but considering it would be a top of the line model it didn’t seem out of the realm of possibility so I gave the okay and my wife called and they settled on a next day installation, my wife paid the $1600(amnesia on the $60). When I get home that day from my 9-5 I took a cold shower because the technician didn’t bother adjusting the temperature properly. I adjusted the temperature and noticed the unit was not the brand or model we were offered. My wife calls gives them a chance to explain in which the manager Steve explains it’s a comparable brand and unit to which we disagree considering looking the Rheem model we got retails around $565 and the AO Smith top of the line retails around $800. I called and asked for a detailed invoice to which Steve calls me back and explains they don’t provide detailed receipts and neither does the rest of industry. That seems weird. He adds the same explanations about the brand and model to which I don’t have an issue looking at pricing around just searching the brand and model listed on the unit and it’s nowhere near what they charged. I guess I’m stuck with this unit and got hustled by a shady business. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Call anyone else!

Alex Ramos ( the technician who serviced my water heater) is very knowledgeable and efficient. He came to fix my water heater on time. He identified the problem quickly, fixed the problem, and gave me advice on yearly maintenance of my water heater. I appreciate that the swift brothers company was able to get my appointment set asap and I only had to wait a day for a technician to come out for repair. I would highly recommend them and would be use swift Brothers again! Ask for Alex!

This was at a rental I own. He showed up, unclogged the drain and my tenant was happy. Price seemed a little steep at $275. (Maybe I’m unrealistic)😬

Called the Swift Brothers after discovering a leak in an exterior pipe on our property that just would not seal correctly. Our plumber Gary W did an incredible job to identify and resolve the issue once and for all. He came out even though it was pouring rain for most of the day and he preformed high-quality work under those less-than ideal conditions. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs and will request Gary W. If possible.
