We had great service from this company. They scheduled appointments and then sent texts and emails with a picture and name of who was coming and the time frame. When they did the work they worked hard and cleaned up everything. They did a great job.

This company came as a referral from Duke Energy. They came out and gave me an estimate. They gave me updates on drivers location and a Picture of driver. Which I thought was pretty awesome. The technician Will Sanchez was very knowledgeable of what I wanted done and how to go about it. Answered all questions and concerns I had. Explained thoroughly. Gave me several options with multiple prices. Waiting on the other referrals to give me their estimates, before my wife and I decide. I only gave 3 stars because of the above mentioned reason. If we decide on this company to perform work, I will honestly repost accordingly.

Sorry, $9000.00 for 2 attic vent fans is insane.I’m having a whole house 22K Generac generator (installed by a different company) for $1100. They’re running 30 foot of gas line, wiring it into my main power box… Plus that includes the cost of the generator itself. How does cutting two round holes in a roof and wiring vent fans to the electricity in the attic (lights, etc.already up there) cost only $2000 less than that? Complete rip off.

Horrible way over market prices thus 80 down the drain for a quote.A respective business could give a quote without charging and then being deceptive with there pricing stay away. Checked average pricing they are triple.

I only gave 2 stars cause my first encounter with them was great and the 2 female customer service reps (I wish I could remember their names) were always very professional. Second encounter not so much. At the beginning of the year, I scheduled to have my HVAC system inspected. The inspection came back great with no signs of issue, however I did notice that the follow up from the inspection was incomplete. All items that were checked off as completed with verifying picture were not done and no pictures were ever presented. Shortly after that inspection I started having issues with my heat coming on in the mornings. I messaged 1st at 1am on a Saturday then again at 5am. Again both ladies I chatted with were stellar. I spoke with Oscar around 830am he was not so stellar. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt cause at that point I was very tired and cranky. I was told they would TRY and get someone out that day. Just in case I went on their web page and scheduled a 9am for Monday. Good thing cause no one was able to come out that day. Monday morning I got a call saying my 9am was cancelled cause their scheduling site was not reliable and there was a customer in greater need than I. So I was moved to 11. Someone finally showed up at 12. I informed them that I was not paying for a reinspection since it was not properly done the first time. Alex reinspected and then came back and said I need to replace my entire 10 yr old dual heat system which would be roughly $20,000.Needless to say I chose to get a second and third opinion to confirm the 2nd. turns out the batteries in my thermostat were corroded and my out door insulation need to be replaced. 30$ later everything is working great.

Called for second opinion. Origina roof installer said NO leak found. Your inspection found TWO leaks with damage and mold and mildew. Will report your findings to Homeowners Association. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for your service man finding what I thought was the problem a year and a half ago.
My family felt relieved after the Electrian departed the house. He not only fixed the problem scheduled, but rendered his expertise that was time consuming, to our other major discrepancies performed by others, during the renovation of our house several years ago. In my opinion, Franklin really is an electrician his Company should be very proud to have on their team. I would recommend this person and Aurora Pro, a seat at the bidding table, for a Contract, if I wasn't retired from the U.S. Government. What a role model Franklin is to this company.

Grossly overpriced. They wanted $1500 to put 2 existing receptacles on a dedicated circuit. Also this in rooms above a basement making the wire run extremely convenient. This shouldn't have been more than $300-500.

We recently found out our downstairs HVAC unit, downstairs duct work and upstairs duct work needed to be replaced (28-years old). Shawn came out for the proposal and was extremely helpful in walking me through the different options, what his recommendations were and why he recommended them. He did it in a way that was not confusing or that made me feel like he was taking advantage of our situation.From there, we got our install scheduled quickly. Heath and Coy (I hope I spelled that right) were the first two techs to do the install. They replaced our downstairs unit, changed out all of the duct work, installed a new Air Scrubber and a whole home air filter. They worked extremely hard, were pleasant to our two kids (3 and 1) by talking to them through the floor vents and did great work.The second day we had Heath back along with Adam. Again, they did the same great work and were a pleasure to have at our house.Today, they came to do the upstairs duct work, Air Scrubber, new drip pan and whole home filter. We had Heath, Adam and Coy again and we couldn't be happier.Heath and Shawn have been extremely responsive to my questions (which there are lots), respectful to me and my wife, engaged with our kids and just easy to work with.Because of our work with these gentlemen, we have decided to hire them to do some minor roofing and gutter work, purchased their maintenance membership and will work with them for future things.

I was quoted almost $2k to “attempt repair”. To clear a clogged pipe. I was to pay half upfront, but the tech made a “mistake” and put full payment instead of half payment. So paid in full in advance. When they came, they put a camera in my vent stack, and down my toilet. Maybe a hour, hour and a half to complete. Confirmed there was a blockage. Then tech went to his car and an hour later came back and told me his boss had informed me the only path forward was to demo and replace the pipe that was clogged. I asked where they would start since the tech couldn’t tell me where the blockage was. He said he didn’t know. Would start “here” and go from there. Not once was a sewer machine used in my pipes. Only a camera. That was the “attempted repair”.I went back and forth for another 30 minutes before I told him no. And in the end, tech told me what he would do if it were his house. And it wasn’t cutting random holes in my sheetrock, and random sections of pipe out.I then hired another plumber, who actually used a sewer machine in the lines, and in 30 minutes, pipes were clear. For 30 min of work, paid $450. And the problem was actually fixed!You tell me if that’s a fair deal? Never use them.

horrible experience! $59.00 trip charge plus tax. Got the highest quote imaginable to where no one would ever pay that amount. Was told their vans were fully stocked and didn't even have a receptacle that was needed to do my job. If it wasn't for the trip charge that you pay to them to come out and then get the estimate, I would highly doubt they would remain in business. DON'T USE! TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!!!

The plummer arrived he did not introduce himself. Only asked what the problem is. We did the same work we had done on 5-12-2020. When we had it done before we were told the spicket had a lifetime warranty. Apparently we were not told of any exceptions at that time. I asked to if there was an itemized list of cost. I was told ot would be e-mailed to me. My wife and I are not happy with the service we received today. We are thinking of canceling our yearly service with this company. We wonder if that is how your grandmothers service would have been.

Their prices were outrageous and every step along the repair was met with additional invoices without explaining they were in addition to existing ones. Don't get fooled by their good ole boy 'wink and a nod'... each wink costs extra and every nod means a few more dollar signs to those invoices!

I called 5 plumbers including the one I usually use and I could not reach anybody. My daughter called a 24 hr call line and I was put through to Aurora. They came out within an hour from the call and were able to install the hot water heater the very next morning. Very professional and nice. I can’t say enough about Chis (who was the plumber) and this company. Needless to say I have a new plumber. Thank you

I have recently found out that customer service, ease of scheduling an appointment, and dependability is not the number one priority of a lot of companies out there. Called for after hour service busted hot water line was told didn't have plumber and be next Tuesday before they could service home. We have 4 small children and needed service asap..based on commercial and reviews thought we found someone to come out .not the case ..very disappointed. This is an update from the previous review. We just had a brand new heating and cooling system installed 3 months ago and all is well. I contacted Aurora recently because it was fall and we would begin using the new Furnace. I wanted Aurora to check the heat systems to ensure all was well before using the new furnace. I sent an email late at night and Aurora came out the very next morning. All is well with the system and the technician, Jonathan even showed me how to program the thermostat. The electric bill went down for the air conditioner so that is a plus. I almost want to give 5 stars but that is very rare for me. I am a harsh critic and for me to give 4 stars means the service is exceptional. The purchase costs for the units keeps me from giving 5 stars though.So far so good . After 19 years, the old Carrier AC finally had to be retired and we had to get a new heating and cooling system. We got a new Carrier AC and a Bryant heater. It took 2 whole days because one of the Carrier parts had to picked up from somewhere else but all is well and so far the system works great. Its Nice and cool and quiet. Thanks to everyone, Robb, David, Regina, Michelle Alex, Jonathan and I think John but not sure. Also, thank the intern. Regina is great and very patient. Office personnel are just as important as the technicians. Both Michelle and Regina were kind and professional. I am glad I chose Aurora. Grandma should be proud.!

He returned to me next day, I was expecting a proposal detailing the materials and labor costs for my requests. Do not use this company, Greensboro is a big enough City to find a company that will actually work for you, be reasonable, and show integrity. This is not the company. Service was great. I moved into a new house and where I wanted to put the tv, the ceiling fan was to low. They charged me $400 to raise it. The work was good and timely but expensive.
Yesterday we had Justin come out to install a 220 volt outlet for our new slide-in range. Justin was very professional, courteous and safety conscious. He quickly sized up the situation, got the proper receptacle and installed it making sure that our range would slide all the way into the opening without hitting the receptacle. He was very thorough and didn’t rush the job, ensuring that we were entirely satisfied.Aurora Pro Services is a very professional company which was referred to me by Duke Energy. Their communications with the customer were superb through every step of the process. I will be using them for other services in the future.

We was quote $610 to have two tee connectors replace. He also said oh yea your water heater needs to be replaced. Our water heater was perfectly fine and now its out. I definitely think Santonio Garcia did something to our water. No pleased at all.

So I used these guys once before to have an RV electrical outlet installed. It was a bit steep and not as quick as I thought it would be, but considering how hard it is to get a contractor to call you back, much less show up and that they guarantee their work, I said, 'Meh. Ok. My girlfriend agreed to get their service plan.So I call up again for a couple easy jobs: install a kitchen faucet that I already bought and fix a faulty shower/faucet selector. Rather than fix a worn 50 cent part on the selector, they have to install a new faucet. That job costs $500. For what is basically one hour of labor on the kitchen faucet, that's $470. With the service contract!So yeah, if you have a larger job that you want a guarantee on, these guys are alright. For small stuff, if you care about cost, forget it
He was very nice, but he tried to get it all done at once. Before hand he went in the basement, and showed pictures of the basement, came back trying to get me financed, when that wouldn't work, charged me $95. All I was trying to get fixed at the time was a leak in my sink.

I felt surprised and a little bit special that the CEO of Aurora had actually called me. No doubt it was in response to the scathing rebuke I posted online in their service review log. I had already paid my bill in full but needed to express why I thought my charge was unfair. It is clear to me that Aurora could have ignored my review, and simply let it stand as just another disgruntled customer - but, he didn’t. - Mr. Lopez called me back in an un-assuming manner and proceeded with a friendly premise to find out what had happened. As I explained to Mr. Lopez my complaint was never about the quality of work, but how the billing had occurred and why it seemed to be unfair to me. Mr. Lopez listened and explained his position. We both decided on the best course of action. I must say I never expected that a CEO of a company would call me to offer a fair remedy and solution to my concerns.

I asked for an estimate for some outdoor electrical work, with the understanding that an $89 estimate fee would be assessed if the work was not done by this company. The technician came out and was very nice and knowledgeable, but when the time came to give me an estimate on the different levels of repair he said he was not allowed to share written estimates prior to scheduling service. Red flag number one, and I ignored it.I reviewed the 3 tiers of repair work offered, chose the middle one. I was then asked to pay for half of the work up front right at that moment. Red flag number 2, but I put $2k on my credit card to schedule the work. I then talked to my son-in-law who felt that the estimate was way too high for the work suggested, and asked me to get another estimate. I did, and was given an estimate that was 1/3rd the cost Aurora had proposed.I called Aurora to cancel the service and ask for my money to be refunded. I was told that in addition to the $89 estimate fee, I would also be charged a $250 non-refundable cancellation fee. So they are charging me $339 to come out and give me a grossly inflated estimate.Im sure this company would not do that to the abuela in their charming story that you hear when you are on hold. Im pretty horrified by these business practices; if you have a small home electrical repair you would be better off calling another company that seems to want to do those types of jobs without inflated prices and predatory fees.

This company is ridiculous. They send someone out for an estimate in which I had to pay 60 bucks and told me they would charge me 7,000 to install the wiring for a hot tub. That’s more than the brand new hot tub. Save your money and go with a private contractor.

Tree and shrubbery roots had broken through the sewer pipes causing water and sewage to back up into my home. The technician, Darren Polk, arrived promptly and quickly rooted the sewage line. He was very professional and friendly. I Will be recommending this company to neighbors and friends.
The technician was prompt, courteous and presented us with an estimate of $1200+ to clear the line. I asked him what he was going to do and how long it would take and he told me he was going to run a drain auger through the pipe and it would take 1 hour. We had this done once before and it took about 45 minutes and the plumber charged us $200. After I caught my breath I told him this information and he told me the office was the source of the estimate and he would check again with them. They told him they could not adjust the price more than 5%, which is approximately $60. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called them out to take a look at my kitchen faucet. The replacement costs were higher than I expected, but the technician left me with different options. The entire team was very professional and accommodating.
Called for a small, but critical electrical service call. Was given an appointment for the following day. Then they called and said they couldn't make the appointment because they had an emergency. Can't trust them to actually show up!!!!!

I don't have a review based on their services because I never got serviced.Let me start by saying I called this company based off the reviews they had on a couple search engines. My issue is in simple form, I have a popcorn ceiling at a church I Pastor that I need scrapped and redone. May need some Sheetrock replaced due to a leak and a beam I need to know if it's structural cause it's cracking.I called on a Thursday and spoke to an amazing customer service rep, I believe her name was Anna but I'm not 100% sure, anyway, she was great. I explained my issue in detail and she said she would send my call to Oscar and he'd call me between 3:30 and 4 and that was fine for me.I then received a text message saying that we would meet at the location between 3-5. I called back just to confirm I was expecting a call at not an on site visit. 'Anna' agreed, explained, and we hung up.At 3:55 Oscar called. We spoke briefly and he asked if he could call me back after 5 so we could speak in greater detail because he was on a job. I didn't have a problem with that but he never called.I called back on Friday and spoke to 'Anna' again around 3pm. Still no call from Oscar. She was very apologetic and as nice as could be. Someone any company would love to have on their team. She tried to get him on the phone while I was on the line but he didn't answer. She said she would speak to him personally and make sure he called that day. Well, it's now Sunday and no call was ever received.I gave two stars because of 'Anna'. She deserves 5. Nevertheless, Oscar didn't do the company any good. The ironic thing is that something happened at my personal residence over the weekend that I now need more work. Unfortunately due to Oscar, this company has lost my business at the church and now a second job at my home plus they have this review bad review.No, I cannot recommend this company.

Franklin, Jonathan and a third person who's name i cannot remember were great. They installed a generator connection to the house which resulted into a new electrical panel upgrade. Brandon the HVAC tech did an Excellent Job ! This is the 3thr home I have owned and the oldest . The vents had never been cleaned to my knowledge ?Brandon removed every vent cover & cleaned each vent throughly . He also did evey return vent , then went under the house and cleaned my HVAC unit & coils & checked the filter. He was here from 11am until 6 pm. I have never had a company perform this type of work this well ! I would Highly reconmend Aurora to any of my family & friends. I have also had them perform Plumbing work with one of their certified plumbers - Chris , he did a fantastic job . This company go's far beyond the standard to make sure the work they do is satisfactory and they stay on the job until it's done right . If you call Aurora You will be glad you did !!!

The plumber provided a quote to cap the pipes for 3 sinks. His charge, $5,500. Insane. I went with a different plumber who charged $330. I had to pay $93 for Aurora to come out and attempt to charge a ridiculous amount. I would not recommend their services and of course will not be using them in the future. Company canceled first 2 appointments. When the technician finally came he quoted several high-cost options. He said he was not aware of the reasonable price offered on their website and had to get clearance from his boss when I showed it to him. He had to return to the office because he did not have a plumber's snake (standard equipment) in his van. Once he returned he was able to quickly and satisfactorily complete unclogging the drain.The sales manager followed up with me, took responsibility for the shortcomings, and explained the reason for the service delays and equipment problem (wrong size for my pipe). He is refunding the cost of the service call since I was not 100% satisfied. That makes me feel more positive about Aurora and their commitment to good customer service.
We needed an estimate for installation of a mini split ac/heating unit in an upstairs room. For $89 we were to get that plus an inspection. Good deal I thought. The good news is he found a cut off switch that was problematic and fixed that the same day. The repair seems well done. The bad part is that the charge for about 45 minutes work was over $770 (the $89 was waived, big deal..) and the estimate for the single high voltage outlet upstairs was over $3000. The unit itself costs about half that.
Very nice and capable technicians. (Will and Javier). Worked very hard and made me feel like they were trying to help me. Also, worked with a manager(Robert) very helpful. Little pricey but what do I know.

So my main breaker blew out and I called Aurora to come out and take a look. They showed up the next day and the two gentlemen that came out were so professional and prompt that I decided to get more quotes on other repairs. Johnathan, Franklin, Mike, and Torey came out and gave me quotes for the electrical, plumbing, roofing, and gutters. Ultimately I've decided to go with them for all of those services because of how easy the process was to be financed and explained.

Can't believe that in present day, we have companies who don't understand the basic tenants of work regulations related to Civil Rights act and EEOC missteps. They owner and management obviously don't care to follow regulatory requirements. I would be too afraid to hire them. Who knows what other work related regulations they don't follow because the owner thinks he's above law. Hope they have a good EPLI policy because this is going to get expensive.

Beware! Quote wasI had a bad outside residential meter panel. I called Aurora Pro Services. Their technician came out on time to give me a quote. He charged me $59 just to quote it. His quote was $4,750. He also tried to sell me a inside panel refurbishment (extra $3,000) and a yearly roof maintenance program (my roof is one year old). When questioned about the price, he told me that was a pretty standard price. I then called Burt Electric for a second opinion. He did the work in one day (set new panel, acquired a permit, and had it inspected…. All in one afternoon). Burt’s cost for everything was $550.
Aurora pro services is a wonderful company with hard working, friendly, caring individuals like Robert, Edwardo and Justin. There work is done right the first time. They are dependable and professional. I have used them several times and continue to use them. I highly recommend there services. Whatever you need done they can do it.

We had someone come out to give us a quote for installing/replacing 3 pendant lights and 2 recessed lights. It was $89 just for him to come give us the quote. He was very nice and professional- no issues there. The pendants are relatively low cost and small, with prices at $50, $250, $350. The electrician initially asked me what I thought it costs… He then proceeded to tell me it would be $700 PER LIGHT for the pendants. When I shared my confusion about how a $50 mini pendant (over the kitchen sink) costs $700 to install he told me that this is a typical price because of liabilities. So are you not insured?! When he gave me the actual quote he came down to $400/light instillation. Two days later we got a quote from another local very reputable company. They quoted the service at $315 TOTAL. Not for each light, for the entire job. And it cost $0 for them to come to the house to give an estimate.

I called Aurora to replace an outlet in my living room. When the electrician came he attempted to get us to agree on replacing all of the house outlets telling us they were a fire hazard. I told him that we only wanted only the bad outlet replaced. I was charged $450.00 for one outlet. I called a local electrician and he replaced two outlets and replaced the Kitchen ceiling light and all that only cost us $220.00. Do not use this services they will try to talk you into a whole house project and it will end up costing you .

Electrical repairs.
After an electrical fire in our crawl space, we called Aurora and had them out within 24 hours. Justin and Steven were as professional as could be about having to suffer my awful crawl space, found the problem immediately, and had us up and running in an hour for less than any other estimate I got. We'll be using strictly Aurora in the future.
I was charged $317 to snake a tub drain. 1 hour of work. Egregious.

I've used Aurora since purchasing my home in 2020. Hands down some of the Best folks work for this company. I just love and appreciate them so very much. They have taken great care of me and today was no different, Franklin was such a joy to chat with while he did my electrical inspection. I appreciate the quality of customer service and honesty that they bring, because now days it's a lost art sadly enough. But that is not the case when you call on Aurora for your service needs.

I reached out to several electrical contractors to install an electric vehicle charger in my garage. Aurora Pro Services' quote came in at over 4x the amount of the contractor we'll end up using. The contractor we're using is licensed, bonded, and insured and is well established and trusted in the community. The egregious price discrepancy can only mean that Aurora was trying to take advantage of us.Perhaps more important than the outrageous quote is the fact that my wife said she felt very uncomfortable around the techs that were sent out. She said they spent more time talking about household service contracts than they did about they job they were there to do. When they gave her the quote, they told her that they needed an answer immediately and would not allow her a minute to give me a call to consult. Then they tried to belittle her for not being the decision maker that they should have been talking to.They also charged $60 just to come out and look at the job, whereas every other contractor was gracious about getting a chance to bid the project and of course did not charge for the opportunity to quote.To their credit, the pre-consultation communication was top notch and everything beforehand seemed to be very professional. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

My sewer lines were backed up. Jeronimo from Aurora was here within the two hour service window I was given. He was extremely professional and excellent at efficiently diagnosing the problem. He was even able to show me the problem inside my pipe using a camera system. 3 separate problems were identified and solved in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this company.
Their staff was very informative and kind when speaking on the phone. They explained the process to ease my mind and the finished project assured me that this company is the best at what they do!

I called Aurora because a fuse for my hvac kept blowing and they were a certified dealer with my hvac system in case parts needed to be replaced as it’s still under warranty. There was a consult fee, which i was expecting—about $90. The tech was here with another individual (I’m not sure if one was training), but they definitely seemed to be riddled on what was causing the fuse to keep blowing. From what i observed, they tried several things and then went and sat in their truck for what seemed like 20ish minutes (i assumed on a call maybe getting ideas of what to try). The tech was then outside with the unit examining things, while being on the phone with someone. I do understand this because sometimes you need advice or things to try when you’re stumped. At this point, probably an hour and a half had gone by. The tech comes inside to inform me that he found what he thought to be the issue (two wires were pinched and kind of stuck together) and that he was going to talk to his boss about pricing and see if he could waive the initial fee. I knew right then it was going to be an insane amount.. because why would you even suggest that? When he came to present my quotes (one was a membership price and one was regular), he seemed nervous. Rightfully so, because to fix the wire—essentially cutting out a piece and securing it back—it would cost $730! I asked for a breakdown of the pricing. $90 consult fee (which apparently he couldn’t get waived) and pricing of the wire replacement which he didn’t give me but said wasn’t expensive. So i asked if the labor was pretty much $500 an hour? He said yes. That is INSANE! I have a good friend who works hvac who said it was a $250 job tops. I feel bad that it took two hours to figure out it COULD BE a wire issue and it could be fixed easily. I was told if that wasn’t the issue, it would be under warranty and they would come back if the fuse blew again. That part sounds great, but not for $730. I told the tech to not do the job. He knew i was shocked about the price and said he should have gave me an idea of pricing upfront. Yeah, probably. I know he doesn’t make the prices and i hate he was here for so long to not do the job.. but i paid the $90 and let him go. I’m just shocked.

If possible would give ZERO stars. Multiple issues and request to talk to the owner have been completely ignore. His grandmother would be ashamed. Signed up for their annual package, never was contacted and once pressed asked for a refund just ignored the request and put a new date to begin. Quoted my wife to install gas water heater, quote was wrong, hundreds of dollars on what it could have been done for, mislead her totally. Install job was done incorrectly. Avoid doing business with this company totally.

We've had some problems with a sump pump occasionally failing causing a portion of our crawl space to flood during heavy rains. Our furnace and water heater are located on a cement pad that was built into the crawl space and this is the location that floods since it is lower than the rest of the ground. When water backs up enough, it can flood the water heater and furnace so when it happens it is urgent that it gets taken care of quickly. I noticed our sump pump was overheated and not working around 4pm yesterday and called Aurora and Chris was at our house by 6pm. He brought a portable sump pump that we were able to use to drain the water periodically over night until he was able to come back the next day and install a new sump pump and get everything working correctly. In addition to a doing a good (and affordable) job replacing the sump pump, he made some valuable recommendations about some long term fixes to the problem. I can't stress enough how thoroughly relieved we are to have this problem addressed for now and how happy we are that we had someone as professional and knowledgeable as Chris with Aurora Services come and help us out.

I had a gas leek from my tankless water heater on a Friday afternoon. Aurora answered the phone with a live person and sent technician to my house on Saturday. Anthony came to my house, took his time to make sure that the quality of work was done in a professional manner.
I woke up to a hot upstairs unit and in a panic I called this company. I didn’t do a lot of research I just was concerned the kids would not get a decent rest 1st week of school with it being so hot 🥵 upstairs. They sent a technician out Johnathon K and he was at my residence for 3 hours diagnosing my units. I was a bit concerned after hour 2 bc I didn’t understand what could take so long. He came in and stated my coil was blown and I had a leak and ask for 4300$$$ for the repair! Immediately I became concerned bc a new unit is only 6-10k why on earth would I pay this to repair a unit that’s not 5 yrs old yet. He offered to have Regina run my credit which she came back with an approval amount of 45k within 10 minutes !!! Next Jonathon said the owner would come out the next day to talk a new unit and financing not 1 but both units and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the second unit👀.Day 2 I had Pro plumbing come out for a second opinion and within 15 minutes Jacob not only found the leak he asked me to come take a look to ensure I knew exactly what the problem was. The coil was not damaged or needed to be replaced. He fixed the leaking line by welding off the puncture piece and Weldon on a new line for total of 1600.00!!!! Please be careful with this company they were willing to take advantage of a desperate mom in hopes of me not doing any due diligence they almost got 4-10k out of me for reporting fraudulent repairs!! When I brought this to the owners attn he said he pay his staff well so he charges more money 💰 lol !!! Well u lost my business and the annual membership at pro is 50% less too

Like most people, having home repairs is not at the top of my list of favorite things. While in the process of selling my house the inspector found an issue that needed to be addressed with my natural gas plumbing in my attic. I had heard of Aurora Pro Services so I gave them a call and from start to finish I had a great experience.The representative who I spoke with to make the appointment was very friendly, professional and thorough. She made sure she understood the issue so the appropriate person would arrive. Prior to the appointment I received a reminder in case I needed to reschedule. The before the technician arrived at my house I received a text message with the gentleman's name and picture so I would know exactly who to expect. I really appreciated this safety feature as well as the tech arriving on time. When Anthony arrived he was very polite and professional. He wore a mask for COVID precautions and shoe covers. He was able to assess the situation, explained to me the time frame and cost before he proceeded. When the job was completed and Anthony provided pictures that I requested and made sure I was pleased with his work. I received a phone call after he left from another representative making sure I was completely satisfied.Overall I was very impressed with Aurora Pro Services' customer service and how the job was completed. I feel that the price was reasonable for the task and if I need future repairs I will be giving Aurora a call.

I've called this company on three occasions. The first time, I just wrote it off as an expensive fix (dryer vent was rusted out so the dyer would not dry) . The second time, it was so over priced it was ridiculous (HVAC). The wanted to charge me $14,000.00 for a fix that only cost me $140.00 I got another company to come do the work. The third I got a promise from the owner, (free home warranty) that this would not happen again, accepted the apology and tried them, same thing, over priced for a job that only required a turn of a screw. The are respectful and professional in their demeanor. However, be ware. You must get several quotes.These guys will proscribe a fix that is not needed and charge youtriple of what it would normally cost. This my experience. No star rating at all.James G

The second woman I talked to would not honor what the first person I talked to said. She didn’t pay attention to what I told her because she didn’t even put my name down correctly in the system. They are extremely over priced. 1 light fixture install and 4 smoke detectors hardwired standard height ceilings with you supplying everything runs you almost $600 when it is only an hours worth of work if that. Also needed an itemized receipt for insurance purposes and still haven’t received it but they will send me a solicitations to my email trying to sell me a membership. So be weary giving your personal info to them they seem like all they care about is getting an extra dime out of you. The technician was nice but had issues with the smoke detector that I had to point out something was wrong with it but he did fix the issue before leaving

Had to have a new cord and dryer plug installed. Franklin cleaned it all out installed it picked up his mess. Very knowledgeable. .. Definitely would recommend.them. I had Alex come out and do a preventive maintenance on the AC unit. He did a great job and then today I had Justin come out and check out the electrical throughout the house. He also did a wonderful job and very knowledgeable.

Update: Several statements made below are not correct or true. Call logs were texted to your office - see below. Oscar provided Chris’ name and mediated conversations. Chris stated he would be over and did not advise us to get someone else. He did not come or respond to texts. See below also.Original review:Oscar/Owner responded to an electrical and dishwasher project on Thumbtack. We set up a time on 12/17 for the work and they were to reach out via phone to get more details. They did not call so I called at time we set up and asked what is going on. Oscar said his office called me and my husband twice, left messages and we didnt call back. I said, no, that is not true and sent him images of our call logs. He then went on for 15 min about how he would need to fire his admin for lying. I consulted him to get her side of story as there may be an explanation. First red flag. Things went up and down from there. We did get some work done but quality was a concern. He seemed to make customer service a priority at first but then would not follow thru completely.We ended up adding a water heater issue to our list and he “referred” us to a plumber named Chris. After the work was supposed to be completed by Chris, we got up next morning and our water was not hot - 2 days later and no resolution. Neither Chris or Oscar have taken responsibility for this despite multiple attempts to reach out.I hope this is helpful.

I had this outfit come out for an estimate for putting in a new circuit for a septic pump controller. The new panel was currently connected to an arc fault circuit. And it needs to be on a dedicated traditional breaker.This work could be done inside the basement and did not require any digging or trenching.The technicians that came out were very professional and polite.They wanted to sell me a membership/service contract. I just wanted to get the work done.The materials needed for the job consist of a breaker and about 10 feet of romex. Maybe $50??They wanted $1600 to do the work without a “membership”. If I got the lowest level membership the work would be $1400.I said sorry I’m not paying $500 an hour for this type of work.I paid the $89 service call fee and said thank you I’ll get someone else to take a look at it.This is a very professional outfit. But they seem to be more in the business of selling service contracts than doing work.Update I was able get the work done by another well known large reputable contractor for 1/3 of the price.

Vincent was my service person and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He was here until late in the evening and had to crawl through a very small crawlspace under the house to complete the work. He did all this with complete professionalism and a great demeanor. I hired Aurora to do the roof on my house. Mike was my sales representative and he made sure to cover all the basis and work with me on getting what I needed for the job. He got me in contact with the owner Oscar and he was very helpful and look forward to doing future business. I’m a flipper and do a lot of roof work. Their subcontracting team did amazing one day in and out left place all clean and roof looks great. Alvaro was the project manager and we had some hiccups because of the supplier made a mistake Aurora made sure to step up and take care of me. I highly recommend them for your roof needs

This would be a 5-star rating if it were for the technician, Franklin. He represents Aurora proudly; he is approachable, and seems to care about his work - love it!Unfortunately, the prices, insane! 🤯.The company makes him pitch a surge protector for the home, and he works it in smoothly. It has value, just not $1,300 value, and we didnt even get into the work we want done. Installing outlet in the floor with a crawl space and access - $2000. Install outlet in bathroom - $2600. Install ceiling fan - $355 (most reasonable one, but still everything is there for it. Takes maybe 25 mins to connect the wiring that already exists amd we bought the fan. These prices are starting to look like a small bath renovation, but it's only two outlets?!?!Me and my wife are all about people and companies making their monies. But, there is a level of morality expected, maybe hoped for...or, at least we think there should be. And, to be clear about us - we value and pay for quality all day, every day! DO NOT use this company for your service needs, they over charge for the services they do provide. For the simplest of plumbing repairs they charged more than triple the estimates of other companies contacted.I did use them, for reasons where I had limited options, but the explanations given for the pricing of this job were not understandable.They did not or would not give us a breakdown of the services provided or cost per hour or cost of parts, nothing. We charge a flat fee and don't give breakdowns.When contacted management talked in circles ...Our values come from a deep and powerful source We put our faith into our work. the plumber that came out was very thorough we had to go back and forth with each other for a while and they finally took out the sub pump to look and see what had been in the line they discovered it was some type of t-shirt I'm not clear on what and how long it's been in there but they cleared it out pump are still working overall I appreciate the work but it should not took three visits due to the cost of charges for each charge of what they would do from snaking to a camera to opening up the system but as of today this is working he finally completed the test but they did cancel my contract after 6 years

My tech was Franklin Guzman and he was amazing! Great sense of humor. On-demand water heater installed and the outlet somehow got water in it, and it blew the entire outlet. Expensive (cause you know, everything has a to happen after hours) but necessary, he was quick, provided quality work, and very knowledgeable. When I first called in the dispatcher, she was super amazing!

As someone with a chronic lung disease, I called Aurora for information on the iWave air purifier and decided to have one installed and to take advantage of their $49 HVAC system tune-up special. Brian installed the iWave, checked my system, and explained in detail what he found and how the repairs would improve the system's efficiency. He gave me an estimate for any repairs I decided to make. Brian returned today to make those repairs. He is always helpful, courteous, respectful of safety protocols, and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. The iWave has been working for only 10 days, but my breathing seems better and my house even smells better. Just knowing the air is clean and virus and bacteria free in these days of Covid-19 makes me feel better. My experience with Aurora has been excellent and professional, and I will definitely call them again.

Zack put in a new dishwasher for me today. For some reason it was leaking pretty bad. He worked on it until it doesn’t leak and I won’t have to get it exchanged thank goodness! Great job!

Do NOT use this company!! Always get 2nd or 3rd estimates and you will quickly realize Aurora is taking you to the cleaners!! The honest grandmother marketing is a huge joke but they are the only ones chuckling. I feel confident that if Oscar responds to this post or the one I made with BBB, he’ll weave a whole different scenario. That’s okay tho…I wouldn’t expect any less from this gross excuse for a business. I know I was lied to and ripped off and they know it too. Is that why they can’t bring themselves to call as promised? Also, my friend has tried to cancel service with Aurora after what they did, and tried to do to me; however, they refuse to return those calls as well. I’m not bitter, I found an exceptional company that is honest and took care of my ac unit for less than a quarter of the $18,000.00+ Aurora wanted to charge. I really thought that after bringing some serious discrepancies to the owners attention, I would be fully or mostly reimbursed…? How about it??

They did not show up for appointment then told us they might be able to come tomorrow if they have any openings when we have not had water for 3 days. Pretty much told us they didn't care that they couldn't come out. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I needed my 5 smoke alarms looked at due to the beeping at night. I am sitting here now and thinking the year long problem has been resolved. A big THANK YOU! to Justin.

Aurora did a great job, service was awesome. Within less than a week from their initial visit to our office they were able to service and clean our A/C vents. Professional

Judy and the whole team have been awesome. Mr. Steve was wonderful getting the electricity back on in the livingroom. He was pleasant, easy to talk to and sweet to my crazy dogs.
