We’ve used First Quality many times and have always had a great experience. Prompt service, affordable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Duane, Barry, and Eddie were all fantastic.

Duane did a prompt and thorough job with replacing our faucets and connecting plumbing. He was helpful and very easy to work with! Will use First Quality in the future.

This is the 3rd time that I have used First Quality Plumbing and they will be my number one choice to call whenever I need any plumbing work done in my house. This company is by far provides the best service that I have seen in Florida. George has always done a wonderful job and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and expedient in his work. The company is always on time and consistent in their quality. If you want a great plumber I highly recommend First Quality Plumbing. They are now on my speed dial.

Everything was excellent between Tanya in warranty repair and Juan performing the reinstall of the garden tub. Also good to see a couple of journeymen learning the ropes from Juan. I highly recommend this company and have saved their number in my phone.

Eddie Rodriguez did an amazing job servicing our water unit. He was very friendly, professional, informative, and on time. Will definitely call again when needed.

George did excellent work at our home. Very knowledgeable and work site was immaculate when he walked out. Advised us on how to get ahead of our shower control knob issue should it occur again. We will only call First Quality going forward and will request George.

We called first quality because they were a Rheem warranty approved plumber. When they arrive to repair our water heaters it was determined that the motherboard were fried from a power surge. They immediately ordered parts from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the manufacturer was out of parts indefinitely and I requested two new water heaters of the same brand. They had the water heaters shipped overnight and installed the next day. They also needed to work with the manufacturer for my warranty issue in order for me to get a refund on the parts out of stock. John the service manager has been excellent to work with and has followed up every step of the way. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs in our Florida home.

Had this company come out to fix my water heater and they did a great job. They came fast, it didn't take them long to work and the price was fair!

Had a new hot water heater installed in April of 2020. Realized in December of 2021 that the permit was still open and no final inspection had been done. This was realized during the title search done to sell our home and go to closing. So many clerical issues with this company. No responsibility on them to close the permit. No sense of urgency to help. Myra in the office inherited problems and did her best to explainand excuse the situation. Failed the final inspection and when I called them to get repairs done the supervisor had left for the day (4pm) and nobody could be reached to expedite service until in the morning. This is a prime example of a company that does the bare minimum and then is nowhere to be found when issues arise. Would not recommend.

I hired FQP to install a water filtration and softener system. Their plumber George showed up on time, was courteous and professional and the installation was neat and impeccable overall. He explained the operation and settings on the softener and answered several questions we had after he was done. We are very happy that we hired them and would certainly do so again.

Duane installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced stoppers in our sink. All the work was done perfectly.

I'm posting this because I was given this business through Lowe's to install a water softener and I was extremely impressed from the moment they got assigned. They contacted me immediately scheduled me immediately and when I had questions spent a lot of time answering my questions. When I called to follow up to make sure appointment scheduled would be as scheduled immediately return my phone call were extremely knowledgeable and again discussed questions I had about installation and the water softener. Very knowledgeable responsive professional been in business I think it was 25 plus years and I would recommend them to anyone very honest great customer service!

I called First Quality Plumbing due to the fact we purchased a new washer/dryer and the tech refused to install them because he said our valves were leaking and we needed to get a plumber to come out. While we didn't see any leaks, I did the due diligence and called First Quality Plumbing to come out & inspect and fix what may be wrong...and also took advantage of the service call to get our water heater flushed. Eddie, the plumber that arrived, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and transparent in the work that he did. He put our minds at ease by showing us thoroughly that the valves were perfectly fine and did NOT need to be replaced. He also was transparent in showing the sediment that had accumulated in our water heater over the years. He didn't try to upsell or do a job that wasn't needed. I will definitely call First Quality Plumbing again and ask for Eddie if any other issues arise. I appreciate the honesty and also how punctual they are too.

There is not on bad thing to say. If I could rate TEN stars I would. From the time I contacted them to less than 24 hours later they fixed both toilet issues timely and VERY reasonable. I am EXTREMELY pleased and if I ever need any plumbing of any type at all they will be my first call

Let me first say that they service provided was wonderful! The technician that came out was friendly and efficient and did excellent work!

My complaint comes in with price and the amount that was invoiced. When I scheduled the appointment, I described exactly what was needed (our kitchen sink was being replaced by another company and the plumbing just needed to be redone to go from a 2 bowl sink to a 1 bowl and the garbage disposal needed to be hooked back up). I was told over the phone that they bill hourly at a $135 rate. The technician got here assessed the plumbing under the sink for about 2 minutes and then started his work. He was done and gone in less than an hour.

I was charged $135 for his trip here and then $135 for the work that he completed in less than an hour. I was not aware and it was not made clear that they would charge $135 flat rate just for him to drive to my house and spend 2 minutes looking at the plumbing and then would be charged an additional $135 for him to redo the plumbing in less than 1 hr.

I understand charging a certain flat rate for an estimate to be provided as I have done this with other companies but it seems a bit excessive to charge the flat rate hourly fee as the estimate fee as well. I would have never anticipated that the assessment that took all of 2 minutes would cost the same as the work that was completed in less than an hour.

Again, I am happy with the work and the employees that I spoke with were very nice, I am just disappointed at the price charged and that this was not made clear prior to the service being done.

They plumbed my parents house which is 12 years old and they have yet to have any issues. I just used them for a toilet and was very impressed

Got the job done right at a fair price. Excellent tech. No complaints. Will use again.

First Quality installed a water softener. Installer was on time and efficient. Installation was neat and professional. A sign I consider important in any installation is leaving a clean work area after. The area was left spotless. I would not use anyone else for my plumbing needs.
