D&Z Plumbing came out to my house and installed a tankless water heater a few weeks ago and also installed a new sump pump for us. We couldn't be more happy with the work we received!! We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. I got a hold of them through one of the task apps. Then the guy text me and said he was at the door. No one was there and I checked the video cameras. When I told him about it, they just simply stop responding. I don’t know how they got such high reviews on the other place because the three-point something on Google reviews seems more like it for the customer service provided.

This company was installing all new lines in a new construction next to my home. Their inconsiderate employees trampled all over my lawn and threw their PVC pipes onto my driveway. They pumped the water in the ditches in front of my house onto my driveway and destroyed a portion of my grass. If this is how they do business with such lack of consideration for other peoples property, then I can only imagine what type of job they will do for you. And for those who have an opinion, Its all on video, they had plenty of room to complete their job on the other side of the property and I did contact them; however, they refused to contact me back. Zero stars is not an option, but that's what they should have earned!
