Troy is the best. I’ve finally found a quality plumber.

Service is fast, came the same day. But charged $348 for a $20 capacitor. I thought that was a little steep. One would think they would have a reasonable charge so as to get a good repeat customer base. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

We talked on a Friday, i called on Sunday to confirm for Monday, never heard from him. On Monday, he didn't even make an attempt to contact me either.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Old Towne. Carl Shields helped us get a new A/C system for our home after our old one started giving us some trouble. Him and his team provided great knowledge, excellent craftsmanship, and at a great price against the other companies we were quoted by. Highly recommended!!!

D&Z Plumbing came out to my house and installed a tankless water heater a few weeks ago and also installed a new sump pump for us. We couldn't be more happy with the work we received!! The crew was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I haven't used them before, my mother has a couple times so we decided to use them and they've made a customer for life!! Highly Recommend using this company for all your plumbing needs.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. I got a hold of them through one of the task apps. Then the guy text me and said he was at the door. No one was there and I checked the video cameras. When I told him about it, they just simply stop responding. I don’t know how they got such high reviews on the other place because the three-point something on Google reviews seems more like it for the customer service provided.

Just don't bother. The website says that a lot of customers call for service after seeing a company truck in the neighborhood That is exactly what I did. The site also says they offer residential repair, rerouting as well as new construction When I called for service the very rude female who answered the phone informed me they ONLY do new construction. Either this is false advert or everyday rude, lazy employee who doesn't want to work. Whatever the issue save your time. Might I suggest changing your ads and/or firing the woman who answered the phone on the morning of 1/23/2020
