Very disappointed in the service in the Minneapolis area. I called to replace an exposed valve in my basement after dripping and was told a plumber could come 8am to 10am on Monday morning. Plumber showed up 7 hours late, I called twice to follow up. Plumber took a phone call in the middle of repair and walked outside. I walked into the room during the replacement and water was trickling all over the furnace/floor. Bill was $550 for less than one hour of work and replacing 1 valve.Service was done in Oct 2020.

Jack was professional, knowledgeable and honest. As a homeowner, it’s never good when you find water in your basement. Thankfully, Jack was able to diagnose the issue (broken pipe under the sink) and skillfully repair it in record time. If we ever have plumbing needs in the future, The Plumber will be our first call.

Called and left a message. No call back. Called a few days later and set up an appointment. He did not show.

Tommy provided exceptional service and the repair was made quickly. I would also like to add that the office called to notify me when the repair man was running late . A demonstration of excellent customer service .
