A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

Quick response and competent fix. Price is a bit high for an hour's time but plumbing is never cheap. Will use again!

After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

The technician (Jeff. Not the owner. A different Jeff ) that came to my house was GREAT. We were without hot water. A part was ordered and installed. But that didn't fix the problem. He could have called it a night and returned later in the week. But he knew we had kids in the house and being without hot water would be terrible. He scrambled, got us a new hot water heater, installed it, cleaned up like he was never here, and at 11PM finished up the job. He was amazing. He really went above and beyond for us. We truly appreciate Jeff and Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond Plumbing.
