Our cellar backed up, and the technician arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before beginning work. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. The issue has been resolved, and we are pleased. Amazing response!

Quick response and competent fix. Price is a bit high for an hour's time but plumbing is never cheap. Will use again!

Around Nov 2014, AF installed their recommended solution of Fujitsu system (three units) for nearly $20K.. Less than 6 months later, the Unit kept breaking down with several major issues from parts melting down, leaking, needing coils, etc. Nick assured us of the 5 year warranty which they'll cover. This November, and without warning or communication, they stopped responding to our calls for service. We left him, Tim and Kristen many voicemails but didn't get one call back. After one week of no heat and no call back, we ended up hiring someone else to fix the unit again . Very unfortunate situation we had with these guys.

Gene and Chris took great care of us. They were very well priced and they did a great job fixing our toilet flange and re-seating it with a new ring and grout. We had a bad experience with a previous plumber WAY over charging us for a broken pipe and basically forcing us to file an insurance claim. I wish we had called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath from the start!!!

This guy is a liar. He said he wouldn't charge just to take a look at our water heater. He came and didn't fix anything and wanted $50.00 in few hours the water heater stopped working so the next day I called someone else. They replaced thermocouple and water heater is working fine now.

Reliance Plumbing is great. They called to let me know the rep was on his way and 10 minutes later he was at my home. He inspected the toilet which was the original installed in the house 31 years ago and suggested it be replaced with a new, water saver one. We both went to the store and I chose a new one which he put in his truck, came back and installed. The whole process took less than 2-1/2 hours and the cost was very reasonable. The rep, Alfonso, was very polite, efficient and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Reliance Plumbing.

Horrible customer service. They never answer. It took them 2 weeks to deliver a dishwasher only for it to be damaged. They never set up a time for the new delivery. I had to call them, they told me they weren't mind readers and the hardware store had to call them. The hardware store called their corporate office to find out they had it ready 3 days prior. The delivery of the 2nd dishwasher was going to be another 3 weeks. The hardware store was able to reach out to another delivery company and scheduled it for 3 days out. Smh, don't use them.
