His team got everything replaced before we had a major issue. Once again thank you for your expertise and quality work at a fair price.

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing multiple times, including to add a liner within our sewer line. Our existing clay pipes were deteriorating, particularly because of tree roots. Our only other alternative was excavation, so we were happy with the more affordable liner option. There were some unexpected issues, but Benjamin Franklin was responsive to our concerns and we were able to coordinate work options ahead with management. Management addressed our concerns quickly and kindly, even bringing in additional workers to complete the project. I felt like I was a partner in this endeavor. I would recommend their services and will continue to use Benjamin Franklin for future plumbing needs.

I have been using Suarez Plumbing for years and they never disappoint and are very professional...The owner Gene answers the phone immediately and personally, whether on a job or not.....There are no delays, comes out quickly and always on time......He can diagnose most any problem on the phone and his work is always 5 Star.....He works individually and/or based on the job, with a team of experts.....He services our rental properties as well as our older home and my grown children's homes.......last year he replaced the cast iron drainage pipe both beneath our concrete slab and in the walls at considerably less costs than other estimates we had, as well as doing minimum damage to our tile floors.....yesterday he replaced our hot water heater within hours after our call and used the best performance replacement product on the market.....he surprisingly replaced the damaged water pipes as well at no additional costs......Gene also explained how to keep hard water from building up with my regular maintenance.....I trust this plumbing company to be honest and fair....I would not consider using any other.......no job is too big or too small...see for yourself......

I called at 11:00 AM to have some work done under a bathroom sink. Was told they could be out same day between noon and 4 PM. 11:45 got a text that they were on the way and 5 minutes later a call to confirm the text.Tom arrives at 11:50 and completes the job by 12:30. Excellent service, courtesy, and price.

I have two words to say, “Horrible Experience”!!!The plumber just very unprofessional and rude! All I want was to unclog my shower bathtub! Issue wasn’t major, just I haven’t had much of an experience as I am a new homeowner! It took him barely 20 mins to perform the service! He changed me $340 for a 20 mins job! Besides that, he didn’t do the job well and when I asked him that the water is still running slow, he threatened me with anger, and told he this is what he can do the best! He slammed the bathroom door and was just telling me, “are you not gonna pay me”!! I obviously have to pay for what he asked, but when I asked him the work is not properly done and can you check back again, he told me, “dude, I am not your slave! This is all you get from what you pay, besides I can give a 6 month warranty!!”The plumber guy was a black, so I decided not not argue with him, as I can be quoted as mean! So I just let him go with the service fee! I worried that he can be a threat as he showed he was angry and frustrated!All I was expecting a decent service fee and some friendly behavior from Roto-Roter Minneapolis guys!!!! Never going to call them for service!!! Please do not waste your money calling this place!!!!

We used this company for all the plumbing purposes for our newly constructed home with a move in of two months ago. We had them install two Trutankless water heater‘s. We have been contacting them since our move-in date with issues of not having hot water or it coming and going intermittently.Service tech “Elvis”came out a couple of times and was unable to fix the issue. Then called the company again and spoke to Brian who said he would call us back and we still have not heard from him in over a week. The service tech claims that he’s in touch with the creator of the true tankless water heater and that he would get help to fix it but this is still been a problem and we have been living in the home for two months and it’s still not resolved.

This is what this store have to offer, a cardboard with a the word 'broken'. This has been the case for weeks if not for a couple months now... This broken piece of equipment summarize everything for this store!!!
They have lost the general sense of customer service... That ancient service of finding in other stores what they have out stock is gone at least for the new employees!

Maybe it's because of the pandemia, but in general it has become an ordeal to communicate with them or simply find help!

Great communication. Everyone was very friendly and explained what they were doing and why. Always arrived as scheduled. Very impressed. Will use this business again.
