Awesome experience overall, we used them for service on our AC system, they came out fast, were knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with.

They lied and told mbe they could not rod my pipes, but charged me anyway. Another plumber came and fixed the problem by rodding my drains.

Had an emergency Hot Water Heater leak issue on Friday morning and also water was getting really hot. The leak was getting bigger and water turnoff did not work. Redco was very responsive and send person ASAP. They were able to remove old and and install new tank with getting required permit and finished the job late on Friday night so we could open for business on Monday morning. They even made trips on Sat & Sunday to check everything was working as expected. Customer service was top notch. I recommend them for any Plumbing work.

Needed a sewage drain cleared in a hurry and I had already contacted a multitude of other businesses. who were either closed, too busy, or didn't answer. Chris answered right away and said he would be over directly, as he was finishing up a ticket. 30 minutes later he was done and at a reasonable price to boot! Would definitely recommend and will call him for any issues we have in the future.. Thanks Chris..

Mike is awesome to work with. They fixed my water line on the house. They even rinsed off the dirt and sand that was on the sidewalk and driveway before they left. I will be using Guaranteed Plumbing again and will be recommending Mike and his crew to my co-workers.

Juan was very friendly and did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. The price was super reasonable. He was quick and left the kitchen cleaner than it was before. He also gave me a bunch of tips on how to prevent future clogs and a 30 day guarantee. Can't recommend him enough.

Very professional and informative. Our shower faucet broke in the evening and we had to turn the water off to the house. I called Albert and they were out first thing the following morning. This was a tricky repair, and they got it done quickly, and correctly, and we were able to turn the water back on less than 24 hours from when we had turned it off. He was my plumber and I was impressed by his skill and courtesy to me and my family! Thank you, Albert!

I was very disappointed by this company! I called to make an appointment and they said they will come the same day. I spend my entire afternoon waiting on them after which they called and said no one is coming today and re-scheduled me for the next day “first thing in the morning”. Again, I spend my entire morning waiting on them but no one called or reached out. Of course I called them and they said someone will call me. No one did! So I decided to call the main number again and obviously they saw my called ID and hung up twice. The conclusion is they are not reliable and they wasted me almost 2 days !
