They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.

Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs made my house livable again. For almost two years now I had issues with my cast iron plumbing and unless I had a leak insurance would not cover it. John and his team came did a great job and the best thing Is that my kitchen flooring did not have to be broken to get to the pipes they were able to get to the pipes through the outside. They were professional and courteous and explained everything. Thank you John

Poor workmanship and service. My husband and I have a New Contruction Home. They are the independent contractor for Mungo Homes and they've been completely useless. We've had to come out of pocket for pretty much everything because they want to place blame on everyone under the sun except themselves. We've had the same plumbing issue from the moment we moved in, so who can be the culprit in this issue besides them? We apparently didn't build the house or do the plumbing. Ridiculous company. Beware.

Dominick has been working with our family for 7 years! Every time our toilet, bath tub, or kitchen sink gets clogged, which is several times a year, he is able to get it straightened out every time. He never charges the ridiculous fees that many other contractors/plumbers seem to be charging and he is always friendly and professional! I happily and confidently recommend MSK Plumbing to anyone having pipes and/or plumbing issues!

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
