I had a drain clog and the technician said it's fairly standard/procedural but didn't bother to try and determine what the clog might be or use any camera equipment to inspect. When it came to payment it was just a number off the top of his head - the office never communicated it nor was there any option of any sort for the pricing for a job that took 20mins. To no surprise the clog happened again so I mean I would look elsewhere for a plumbing service - and if you have a clog explicitly ask if they will be doing camera inspection on the pipe.

All I can say is wow ! I had a plumbing issue at my house that I just purchased. I have three companies come to take a look two of them plain out tried to rip me off. They wanted to charge me for things I didn’t need and over charge for parts. Pro plumbing came to my house and look at the issue and told me this is a easy fix. They didn’t try to exaggerate the problem or to inflate the price they told me how long it was going to take and gave me a fair price. They did the job the same day and I haven’t had any issues since then. They also do AC work as well which I didn’t know. I had an issue with my AC and they took care of that for me as well. They’re by far the most affordable and honest company that I had the pleasure to deal with I highly recommend you use them thanks again guys

Awesome place to shop and work for household material

Employees are super friendly and repair person David and his assistant both very respectful and they wore masks the whole time. They got the job done so quick They were in and out and problem solved. Thank you pro plumbing services on a job well done.

This place is fantastic. I was replacing a bathroom vanity in a house built in 1915. (my house) I needed some oddball parts because nothing in my house is standard sized. I went to 3 Home Depots before I found this place. I walked in, told the guy behind the counter my problem, and he knew immediately what I needed. He sold me the $0.50 part I needed, and I will be going here first for anything plumbing related from now on.

Dealing with family is hard but my dad and his guys installed my new sewer , and a repipe on my house i just bought . I did get 2 other quotes for the work always chevk the priceon everything you get done , my dad always told me . But for sure half the price just like i expected. great family plumbing company and happy to be a son of a plumber .

I agree with he comments below. Rick, the owner, did everything possible to solve my plumbing problem, and he was successful. Definitely THE plumbing supply shop in Tampa Bay area.

They tried to fix our bathroom and installed the AAV completely wrong. They also messed up the entire underground installation, and didn’t make it right.

Plumbers were already out of service window when I first called in because they were late. Then an hour later I call again and they said they got into accident after I called first time.

I SPECIFICALLY called in about the water line to the ice maker in fridge having no pressure. I also mention that there is little pressure in toilet refill.

They then charge $89 for service, and the only work they did was replace valves in two toilets (that they told me they replaced the first one and then tell me that I had to pay $155 for that.

Despite my chief and only complaint when I called dispatch being that the ice maker not getting enough water pressure, they told me when they confirmed that it was in fact not getting enough pressure due to a previous home owner having done a smaller line from sink, they refused to do it today. They want to charge $45 for a second visit+ repair fee to install a new line.

I highly recommend this business for any work you need. Rick is very professional & helpful, I will only go to him from now on.

Terrible experience stole money with unfinished job

Pro Plumbing was a referral to me from another business who owns properties and uses them. They've done work for me in a few properties that I've owned or renovated. I've used several different plumbing companies and almost all have done good work, however this one has been able to keep their prices the most reasonable.

I've had them install pipe and plumbing fixtures, swap out valves, and fix and replace water heaters. Have not used them for any huge (as in whole house repipe) jobs yet but so far they've delivered when they said they would every time. Both Rick and his plumbers have always been easy to deal with. The work has been to code and I've never had to worry about them whether they were working in vacant properties with equipment and materials laying around or occupied properties with tenants in place.

Based on the work they've done for me and the business that referred them, I recommend them.

Thank you Rick for the prompt service. We needed a water heater replacement after our heater wasn't working. He gave us his opinion on the best value to buy for our situation. His team got everything replaced before we had a major issue. Once again thank you for your expertise and quality work at a fair price.

Rick was very professional and very quick with setting up service for an emergency I was having.

Abraham was the plumber on site and he was extremely knowledgeable and very professional as well. Fixed the emergency with no issues.

The service window time I was given was scheduled for 11:00-1:00. Our plumbing technician called at 2:00 and apologized for the confusion with the appt time. He arrived at 2:15, came into the house taking off his shoes (thank you!), and quickly took care of our toilet problem! Chip was very personable, efficient, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it! I am happy overall!

Had a new water heater install. The technician was friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable.

This place is amazing and so is Rick and his crew. They will do anything to get the job done to your satisfaction and are just all around great people. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing issues and neither should you. :)

The best plumbing supply store

We purchased a 1949 home in Seminole Heights, Tampa. We upgraded two bathrooms and the laundry room. We realized that all were effected by low water pressure. We called Pro Plumbing because they were close and happened to have a high rating. After discussing, we asked them to replace all of the piping, from the meter at the street and through out the house. The price was fair and they finished in a day. The water pressure is great and they are great.

Rick and his team are always on point and on budget. I use them commercially and personally - they are the best!

The price for re-piping seemed to be good, however it took them literally 2 months to finish the rushed job.
Every time you call there would be a lame excuse. First two weeks after they dug a trench in my front lawn it was rain, then all plumbers were sick (lady on the phone later admitted they got some commercial project and moved all plumbers to Orlando because they couldn't care less) then they had to finish someone else's job who was waiting for over a month according to them. The plumbers would come when they felt like it without even calling first. I had to be leaving the back door unlocked while at work during that time. About a month after the trench got dug up they opened up some walls which led to a rat sneaking in inside the kitchen.
About a month later they got it together and finished. However hot and cold lines were switched. It took them an extra week and a few visits to get it fixed because out of five people we dealt with only one seemed to be a real plumber and the other ones were perhaps some underpaid apprentices.
City inspection is finally passed, however these professionals cut the water supply to the mother in law suite stating it was not included in the job and that house needed to be re piped as well.
Luckily, we hired another company. The mother in law suite was already cpvc and the only two galvanized pipes left were the one they disconnected and garden hose one. I was shocked.
Never again. Stay away if you value you time and want to be treated with respect.

Highly recommend for plumbing repairs. Had broken pipes inside a concrete wall and Pro Plumbing fixed the problem and patched the wall. The cost was very reasonable and the repair person was great to work with. Would definitely use them again!

Called them and they were out in 30 minutes. Abraham was very polite & got the job done quick! I had been quoted $350 for a new cartridge by a previous company, but Abraham informed me the cartridge was fine and it was a clog in a line. Got it done in 20 minutes for half the cost! Will use again!

I would like to add comments. 4/16/19. I called pro plumbing spoke with Kris. I explained i had the tub & toliet plugged up neither was useable . kris was so kind and had to tell me all the techs were busy til friday.
It was tues!!!😱😵 i freaked out! She sincerely regreted having to tell me that and i would have to find another plumbing co... I was beside my self. I contacted another co they stated the earliest would be btwn 4/6pm
Today. I took the appt. For today!
Not even 10 mins after i made the appt with another co. Kris called me back & said a tech came out of the field asked if they had anything. Kris said i scheduled a few .Plugged cleanout/ jobs for fri. The tech Chip said he would get at least 1 done today. She told him she had to advise me she didn't have a tech til fri. Chip said he'd do it right now. No customer should have to wait 3 1/2 days with a plugged tub & toliet. Kris called me imediately and Chip just got to the office & he'd be right over.
I was so pleased , i said great!!! I gotta call & cancel the other company i hired. Joann was a sweet lady and said she appreciated me calling back to cancel. She understood.
The tech Chip got to my home in less then an hr. He did a wonderful job!! I felt like the techs pro plumbing has sent to my home have been very professional, friendly & courteous. I really was pleased !! Chip explained how it needed to work correctly. He did a great job!

This was the second company I had out to look at my hot water heater which hasn’t been heating and when it does heat it’s just lukewarm. First company didn’t even look at anything, just said the unit was old and needed to be replaced for $2600 and was rude when we said we wanted to look around. This guy with pro plumbing was fantastic. He was so nice and he replaced the element and now my water is HOT. The only complain I have is that he was supposed to be here between 12-2 and didn’t show up until 4, but other than that I had a great experience with them. Will use again.

I had a technician come out and fix a super clogged shower drain, they showed up early and was able to fix the clog easily and even cleaned up the workspace. I was very happy with the service and would definitely have them come back again!

We had them fix up one of our bathrooms. Unfortunately the pipes were installed incorrectly, and they had to come back multiple times with several different plumbers to fix. Edwin in particular did not seem to know what he was doing. I would not use them again.

Replaced a bathtub. Left a huge mess with smashed roaches and debris all over. Immediately after the work was complete, a pipe started clanking very loudly whenever the toilet fills. Plumber came back to check and said he can’t see how this could be related to the work they did, which would be quite an coincidence. If I end up hiring a different plumber to fix it this review will go to one star, but I would have given 3 stars if they owned up to the problem and fixed it.

Pro plumbing professionalism makes our company look extremely professional. Prices are very fair.

Hired them to unclog my toilet. They no-showed 3 times, even after I kept rescheduling and being patient. When they finally showed up 2.5 hours late on the third re-schedule, the plumber Edwin was super rude and had no idea what he was doing. It was a DISGRACE. I called Callelo plumbing and they immediately had it fixed the next day. Stay away from this horrible company.
