Great guys fit me in quick got our new tank installed quickly didn’t create a crazy expensive bill. Would easily hire them again.

My technician Tyler knew immediately what our problem was and got right to work fixing it. Very professional. He and the other technicians just like him are why I continue calling ARS when I have plumbing or heating/AC issues.

Courtesy was recommended to me by my usual plumber who could not make it out. They were great, Neal showed up and took care of my pilot light that had gone out. I felt he was honest and did a great job. I will use courtesy again.

They came out after another company tried to fix my problem and wanted to charge me thousands. These guys not only were substantially cheaper but pleasant and knowledgeable.

Who doesn't want an honest contractor!? John is that guy!!! He called me and after I told him my problem he said, I'm going to save you $100 and he walked me through how to fix the problem I was having with my garbage disposal and it was FIXED!!! My goodness, you just don't get this kind of service and honesty today anymore. He even helped me fix the issue I thought I had with an electrical outlet so I didn't have to hire an electrician and all over the phone. So guess who my new plumber is for ALL my plumbing needs and more!? Yep...THANK YOU JOHN!!!!!!!!!

We've used SLAM twice in the last month. The first time was to replace our hot water heater. I contacted them through the website and got a really quick response and had them scheduled a day or two later to come out. Scott & Nate were beyond nice about our crazy, barky dog & worked hard to get the new hot water heater installed. They were up front about the details of the job and all went great. Yesterday, we broke the cartridge in our shower faucet & they replied first thing this morning & got us scheduled this afternoon. Nate came out, figured out the issue & replaced it lickety split! We highly recommend SLAM & I'm really happy to have found a company we feel we can trust. Thank you so much!

My wife and I have lived with our 18 year old GE water heater and figured it was probably due for replacement. I went to a reputable company in Sacramento and was quoted about $2400 to replace it. Hired Mike to replace tub faucet. Charged me $125 fee and faucet WASN'T replaced because he didn't have the part to cut the hole bigger in the tub where the faucet goes, but I was still charged! Ended up having my counter installer do the job. Mike seemed stressed about every little thing....the counter guy came cut the hole and installed the faucet in less than 10 min. If you want to be stressed out.....hire Mike.
