I can't say enough good things. In an age where customer service and reliability are a thing of the past, Carroll delivers. I use them at home, work and my mom's house and i cant say enough good things. If they can make this jaded east coaster happy imagine what they can do for you

I used to love this company. The previous owner retired and now they do sorry work and the plumber tried to up charge. Spent most of his time smoking and on the cell phone. Then didn't fix the problem. Even forced reusing an old wax ring for the toilet. Estimate went double too.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Fraud company as well!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! I did not pick them by choice but choice home warranty picked this trash company for my service. They waited an hour after they were supposed to be here to tell me that they need to reschedule another day. I had to file a complaint and speak to a manager at choice home warranty about this trash company ! They didnt even apologize about the inconvenience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
