Bobby's Septic Tank Pumping

It's the holiday season and lots of company staying at the house (lots of showers, lots of toilet flushes, lots of loads of laundry, lots of loads through the dishwasher. End result - the first time in 21 years that the septic tank is FULL. Who you gonna call? Bobby's!!!! I called late in the afternoon around 4:30 pm......desperate and hopeful. Bobby's was on site the next morning - pumped the tank, problem solved. Great customer service! If there was a 6th Star in the 5 Star rating system - Bobby's would get that one, too. z

I have to start with saying that I have never taken the time to go online to write a review and let me say I am online all the time. Bobby is a really great guy who does his job exceptionally well and who gives you valuable advice along the way if he notices other things going on with your septic tank. I really felt as if I was dealing with a friend. Outstanding service for a great price, no need to search anywhere else and I highly recommend.

Needed a septic tank pump-out. Called at 8:45am on a Friday... they were here before noon! I've been using Bobby's for years and it's always been the same. Friendly responsive service!

I called Bobby around 7:30 am and asked for an ASAP appointment as our plumbing was completely backed up
He arrived around 9 am Really super nice guy and fairly priced I will recommend him to family and friends

Matt and Lucy were the nicest people and were able to come out the same day and get us taken care of along with advice on how to prevent future backups. AND were cheaper that the other guys .

Thank Goodness for Bobby’s Septic Tank Pumping Services. We were in an emergency situation and with he was willing to squeeze us in so we didn’t suffer with a back up over the weekend. His customer service was excellent and he kindly showed us details about our septic that were weren’t aware of. It horrified us to see what the prior tenants flushed down their toilets! He stayed and helped to ensure that our system was flushed. He was prompt and his price was more than fair. A definite 10 out of 10!!! Will are happy to say we have a septic business the next time we need serving.

I Called Bobby's on Friday of a busy weekend. They kept me posted on the schedule and were able to show up the next morning on a Saturday as promised. They found an old septic tank at the rental house... dug it out, pumped the tank and closed it up perfectly. There were no issues, just good communication, good work and a fair price. This is the second time they have done work for me and it won't be the last. Highly Recommended.!

Very honest guy and even though he couldn't help us with our issue he told us who could and didn't charge us.
