Brian was referred to us by long time customers. We had an issue arise and Brian was able to help the same day. He did great work and was helpful with explaining all the questions we had. We'll definitely be using Raytown Plumbing again.

These guys know what they're doing!! They don't take short cuts and I like that. I know that when I call them to fix something I'm not going to have to worry about it for a long time!

After the runaround from Roto Rooter, we were beyond frustrated. We found Brian through a google search. He was very pleasant on the phone and was able to work around our schedule. He arrived when he said he would and was very considerate, not only of our home, but of the pandemic. We had a previous diagnosis of what we were dealing with, that Brian was able to see had been a false claim. He was able to fix our issue within an hour for a great price compared to what Roto Rooter had wanted. I can’t say enough good things. We absolutely will be using him again.

Brian and his team at Raytown Plumbing did fantastic work for my grandmother in law. They were attentive, punctual and friendly and completed the job very quickly. This job was a difficult one, and their efforts made the experience easy. Cannot recommend them enough to fix all your plumbing needs!

Brian installed a new sump pump in my basement. Super nice guy. He explained everything he was doing. Professional and affordable and quick.

Brian has not even left our house yet, but let me tell you the knowledge and skill this man has made him worth the money.
He spent hours to get a test plug piece out of my stack before replacing it. He was kind, he was understanding, and he was transparent about everything he was doing. He offered to show me, explained how the pipe bent and where the problem was. Once everything was said and done, the new stack piece looks and works great!

Not only that, but he cleaned up after himself as well, which I appreciated. Did all the hard work, but still didn't want to leave anything extra for me.

Brian was here at the time he said he'd be here, explained to my 90 year old mother several times what he was doing, estimate was exactly what he charged. Very observant and did it as mom wanted. Brian is the utmost in professionalism! He answered my call on the first ring and told me he’d try to fit us in today after his first job. Within hours, he was at my door, with a clean mask and gloves on! He was super polite, and very informative as to what each step he wanted to take was for. He offered several options for each problem (we had a backed up floor drain in our utility room, and the washer drain was not working). He noticed our basement toilet was running and offered to fix it today, too. He offered several options for fixing everything and gave costs right up front. He fixed everything in less than an hour and made sure everything was in place and cleaned up and working perfectly before leaving. I can’t recommend Brian and Raytown Plumbing enough! He is honest, kind, professional and truly knows what he’s doing - he has 40 years’ service under his tool belt!
