Nice guy, shows up on time. But didn't get much done because he didn't have this part or that drill bit etc etc. Every few minutes he would come and say oh we have a problem. No WE don't, you do and it's your job to figure it out. The point of hiring a plumber is to get the job done, not make it the owners problem. Charged me $300 for his time, didn't get the job done. I hired another plumber who got everything done with no problems. Wouldn't recommend

Mike comes so quickly and even faster in an emergency . Always prompt and polite. Very reasonable. I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing needs.

Hired Mike to replace tub faucet. Charged me $125 fee and faucet WASN'T replaced because he didn't have the part to cut the hole bigger in the tub where the faucet goes, but I was still charged! Ended up having my counter installer do the job. Mike seemed stressed about every little thing....the counter guy came cut the hole and installed the faucet in less than 10 min. If you want to be stressed out.....hire Mike.
