We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. Called Valeriy on a Sunday afternoon to come take a look at a leaky water heater. He came out that same night and replaced the heater completely. Very greatful for his service. Very polite and efficient. No more problems with water heater. He called again to check on me and make sure everything is working well. Which it was. Josh, Andrew, and Max did a great job on my HVAC installation and are really nice guys! If you have any problem, talk to them. They are very customer service oriented and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the work they do. Also, everyone I interacted with at the office was helpful and courteous.
