Sacramento Plumbing Solutions recently finished re-piping our entire house, both sewer and water. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with.

I recommend them without hesitation!

I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

Technician was on time, pleasant, removed our old toilet with no mess, installed the new one, and was efficient in the install. VERY professional, and we appreciate his service. Thank you!

Brian came out yesterday to do the summer inspection of our air conditioner and mini splits. He called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was neatly dressed and very courteous. It was obvious that he is well trained as he carefully examined each component of our systems. Brian showed us that the condensor pump for the airconditioner was not working and he replaced that. He also found that the refrigerant was very low and added four more pounds which brought the cool air in the house down to the proper temperature. As I'm revewing the invoices I see that Cool Willy has a checklist for each unit-air conditioner, mini split, etc and the technician has to fill in the requested information as he does his inspection. We were so pleased with Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing and Brian in particular that we signed up for the Cool Willy's Club which gives you summer and fall inspections, 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling and several other perks. Oh, and we will be requesting Brian to come and do our fall service.

Driver was traveling at 45 in to 55 until he noticed a few of us went around to to pass him at which point he sped up to approximately 81 mph to ensure that we did not get in front of him though he was unwilling to travel the speed limit initially. To the back of the plumbing list.

Terrible company, lies, does not get permits, does not follow code, and will not follow up on shoddy work, in short beware, the guy is a Bible thumping crook. Law suit in progress. Anyone with a good review MUST be related, beware

Ernie and his crew of very professional guys were very knowledgeable. Nova plumbing had done about 4 jobs at my house. They know the city codes and how to do the job correctly. They were HERE IN TIME and were very courteous. They have great prices and great service. I would highly recommend them on any project!
