Alex was professional and cordial in manner, did a clean job in removing the old water softener, which was the culprit of the current water damage in the home. Although the first design of the drain pipe for the next softener gave me some concern, he came back with a new design which alleviated my concern, and it was done beautifully. He even showed me how to change the hot/cold sides of the shower valve. I appreciate him.

Dave is always prompt and very knowledgeable. We have had him look at several plumbing issues in our bathroom and he and his team are always able to quickly resolve whatever issue we have. We are so lucky to have Red D in our neighborhood!

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

This company is incredible to say the least - we called them out for a major water leak. The technician, Keith, located the problem instantly and detected the leak. I made sure to shop around and I'm glad I did. Not only was this family run business quick to help me replace a water heater, but they had to be the best deal in town. Not only that, I had another small issue at a later date that they came out same day and quickly diagnosed and resolved. We called Servro out to get 2 feet of water out of our crawl space. They spent 4 hours and cost me $800. I called Delameter plumber to see if they could help. The owner came over and crawled through the wet crawl space and got the sump pump working, with this got rid of the water within 5 minutes!! Servpro cost me time and money and Delameter Plumber fix the problem with being here longer than 10 minutes tops!! Amazing

My wife and I called them back and ask them to remodel our hall bath. As a homeowner, you will always want things to be perfect, but I believe this company and the owner believes they will not leave until it’s perfect. They go above and beyond when they are here and they make sure all the plumbing works before they leave. The most important thing is they do it right the first time. I have never called them to come and fix a problem caused by them.

I will definitely use them again and I recommend them on any plumbing or remodel. They are great!!
